The position

Din roll och teamet
Som Applikationsspecialist i kundteamet hos oss på Cambio MittVaccin har du en nyckelroll och en av dina viktigaste arbetsuppgifter kommer vara att se till att nyttan med våra lösningar realiseras för slutanvändarna i vården. The position

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary contact within Cambio regarding the customer’s implementation, maintenance, and support. You will be a part of a team that works close with the customers and be an important part when it comes to helping the customer identify their business needs and leading them along the journey based on their business plan. Together with other key stakeholders within Cambio you will manage existing business to ensure deliveries, satisfied customers and keeping a strong relationship with them.

This means you will be in the front seat together with our customers when it comes to implementing our products and services, participate in fulfilling maintenance agreements such as SLA’s and KPI thresholds. All while adding value to the customers daily work so that they are encouraged to continue using our services.

In this role you will have close contact with the customers and participating in monthly tactical delivery meetings.

The position
Would you like to be an Informatician solving complex information design challenges and shaping the future of healthcare information systems to improve healthcare and welfare?

Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance, cross-team alignment, and governance to support the building of desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable large-scale business solutions to meet our customers' needs.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will work in our R&D Integrations team. Within R&D Integrations, we work with many exciting initiatives to enable different stakeholders in the care chain to securely exchange information with our electronic health record COSMIC through various integrations. The integrations enable, for example, patients to be able to read their medical records online or book an appointment via a web diary. Or for healthcare professionals in a hospital to be able to receive information from an ambulance system or manage electronic sick leave certificates directly in our electronic health record COSMIC.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with our agile development teams including developers, architects, product owners, UX designers and informaticians in Sweden and Sri Lanka, to investigate and analyze needs and design integration solutions for the development of both new and existing products. The position

In the new area of Cambio Integration Competence Center (ICC), we are delivering integrations to our customers. Therefore, we are now looking for an Integration Specialist that will be part of a team where all requests are handled based upon a framework aligned Internal and with the customers.

The role will work closely with Technical Operations and R&D to improve our delivery of Integration capability connected to our Service Delivery.

You will in your role as Integration Specialist be responsible for identifying, designing, configuring, and testing integrations needed to deliver integrations to customers. You will also provide support to Cambio’s customers regarding integrations and innovation, and to guide and coordinate technical interoperability. This role is collaborative, pedagogic and with the customer in focus.

As part of the new Integration Competence Center team, there will be opportunities to contribute to developing the function, processes as well as innovating the way the organization interacts both internally and externally in collaboration with the team and the ICC coordinator.
