The positionAsDirector of Technology Security, you play a critical role in safeguarding the technological infrastructure and assets of the company. You will report to the Chief Architect with a dotted line to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). In this role you will oversee all aspects of security within the technology domain, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, data, and resources. The responsibility covers all parts of Cambio, including recent acquisitions.
You will coordinate all security employees that are located in different parts of the technology organization.This role is pivotal in ensuring the company's technological assets are protected against evolving cyber threats and vulnerabilities. By providing strategic leadership, and implementing robust security measures the Director of Technology Security strengthens the company's resilience
Some of the areas of responsibility
Develop and implement a comprehensive technology security strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Secure that all parts of Cambio technology meet the requirements and risk appetite that is set on a company level
Design and maintain secure architecture frameworks, ensuring scalability, resilience, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Identify, assess, and prioritize security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats across the technology landscape.
Oversee the implementation and operation of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection solutions.
Monitor security controls, conduct regular assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, legal, and compliance, to integrate security into all aspects of technology operations.

Requirements
Extensive experience (10 years) in technology security roles
In-depth knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies, including network security, encryption, and access control.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve security goals.
Fluent in English and Swedish
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The position
The Head of customer support role is responsible for establishing and running Cambio’s Customer support. You will join in a time where you will take an active part in the upscaling process including recruiting your own team, defining, setting internal KPIs/PIs and managing an outsourced partner for a part of 1st line support.
Responsibilities
Provide tactical and operational direction for our customer support team to continually deliver on our customer experience, cost management and SLAs
Maintain and improve our customer support tactical plans with focus on organization, processes and tools, capability development and governance
Maintain an active role in hiring, training, workforce planning, and supporting the team, as well as managing all day-to-day team activities
Act as a resource to assist customer service representatives with questions, ticket escalations and complex issues

Proven track record in managing multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines

Solid understanding of ITIL processes, ITSM tools and good understanding of contact center tools infrastructure (including integrations)
Analytical, able to analyze contact center reporting, and data to make decisions to support corporate, regulatory, and customer service-level goals

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary contact within Cambio regarding the customer’s implementation, maintenance, and support. Som Senior Fullstack Developer hos oss kommer du få jobba med och utveckla Sveriges modernaste och mest etablerade digitala vaccinationsplattform - MittVaccin, och du blir du en del av en dynamisk och agil organisation med globala ambitioner. I rollen kommer du att arbeta med utveckling, design och arkitektur av både vår front- och backend, med en tyngd på backend och även jobba med tekniska utredningar som del i arbetet. Fokus ligger på nyutveckling och att bygga nytt snarare än ren förvaltning. Viktiga krav på tjänsterna är skalbarhet, prestanda, regulatorisk följsamhet, medicinsk säkerhet och funktionalitet för self?service. Utvecklingsteamet arbetar agilt enligt Kanban och Scrum i sprintar och vi har flera releaser av tjänsterna varje år. As the Security Risk Manager (SRM) of Cambio, you will be part of a team of highly skilled specialists and play a vital role in the Security risk management at Cambio. Your primary responsibilities will be to develop the Cambio Security Risk Management framework and continuously improve and adapt it as new requirements arise. To improve security awareness, you will lead and conduct employee risk workshops and trainings. You will be an essential link between all the business areas and work closely with the management team with great opportunities to create real change.

Besides the primary responsibility, you will take part in incident management and drive business continuity management.

You will work closely with your colleagues, leveraging each other’s expertise to support each other when needed and allowing the team members to further expand their security interests and expertise.

The SRM reports to the CSO/CISO, who reports directly to the CEO.

- Hold one or more professional information security certifications, such as CRISC, CISM, ISO27001 Lead implementer/Auditor, CISA, ITIL.

- Experience of working in a software development company, preferable Med-Tech

- Have practical experience in implementing security risk mgmt.

Din roll och teamet
Som Applikationsspecialist i kundteamet hos oss på Cambio MittVaccin har du en nyckelroll och en av dina viktigaste arbetsuppgifter kommer vara att se till att nyttan med våra lösningar realiseras för slutanvändarna i vården. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will work in our R&D Integrations team. Cambio's Customer Service Delivery division is responsible for overseeing and providing assistance to Cambio's customers. The position

The position

In the new area of Cambio Integration Competence Center (ICC), we are delivering integrations to our customers. Therefore, we are now looking for an Integration Competence Center (ICC) Coordinator that will plan and coordinate implementation of integrations and be part of building a successful service delivery team of Integration specialists.?

The Cambio ICC Coordinator role coordinates all requests based upon a framework aligned Internal and with the customers.?During the Implementation projects the coordinator controls the status, agreed time usage, etc.

The role will work closely with Technical Operations and R&D to improve the delivery of Integration capability connected to the Service Delivery.

Ability to continuously improve the way of working to ensure a first-class service delivery over time is essential for an ICC coordinator when delivering services as agreed.?

- Good technical knowledge in relevant are

- Able to lead teams and drive activities within tight timeframes

- Knowledge in ITIL framework

- Experience from working in an ITSM tool

- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English

The position

Cambio is expanding and is now looking for a Product Manager for the Professional Services area. This includes all advisory types of services in Cambio, e.g. business development, training and support. With a firm anchoring in market trends and customer value, the Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Professional Services area, including the strategy and related competitive situation, the profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, gathering and prioritizing of product requirements, planning and execution throughout the services lifecycle. About you

To be comfortable in this role you should be a person who demonstrates ownership of the full Cambio Professional Services offering. Since our focus on Professional Services are new to Cambio, it is expected that you continuously gather and analyze critical information about the market, the opportunity, competitors, users, customers, prospects etc

You are used to consume financial information to analyze and optimize revenue, pricing, and contribution margins for the Professional Services area. Furthermore, you have solid experience of working with complex tasks, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You have experience of supporting strategic sales cases and are well versed in networking with key contacts internally and externally.

Requirements?

- 10+ years experience from software and/or professional services product management for a larger organization

- Strong leadership skills

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to comprehend the business context and market opportunities that drive the building of a product.

- Experience from product P&L ownership and business case development

- Ability to build strong relationships with 3rd party companies, to gain in-depth understanding of customers problems and needs.

- Excellent communication skills, presentation and speaking skills

- Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken

- Master degree or equivalent work or education experience
