About the job


As a UI Designer at Arrowhead, you are responsible for conceptualizing and applying UI designs across multiple systems of our games. You will make sure that the UI works consistently and is representative of the game mechanics and improves the user experience. As a UI Designer you are also expected to have a good enough understanding of the implementation processes’ and to be able to work around any potential technical limitations.

- Create complex and reusable UI prototypes.

The Game Design Lead at Star Stable drives the design work within the studio, helping the project teams turn the creative vision into tangible design that gets into the hands of our players. Game UI Lead

About the role

We are looking for a mid-level to senior Technical Artist with experience in the mobile gaming space. Our project is ambitious and you will be one of the senior positions in building up the actual 3D world. Working closely with the Art Director and Tech Lead, you will be responsible of building up the pipelines and tools between Art and Tech, shader coding, asset and scene optimizing, and VFX.

We are currently on the lookout for two technical artists: one VFX expert and one UI pro. If you think any of these could be the right fit for you, keep reading!

Your day-to-day as a Technical Artist

- Collaborating with artists and designers to create game assets that are both visually stunning and technically sound
- Developing and maintaining art pipelines and tools to ensure efficient workflows for the art team
- Working closely with the engineers to integrate art assets into the game engine, optimizing performance and ensuring compatibility across platforms
- Developing and maintaining shaders and materials that are efficient, visually compelling, and work seamlessly with the game engine
- Creating and implementing visual effects that enhance the game's immersive experience

- Clear understanding of modular modelling, procedural modelling, procedural texture generation
- Full experience of making new shaders for mobile games
- Expert level of Unity3D and Shadergraph, as well as Blender, Substance Designer, Substance Painter, Zbrush, 3D Coat, Spine Animation
- Good Understanding of C# and Python
- Good artistic eye and imagination to make eye catching VFX and shaders based on limited references

This includes modelling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering.

Your day-to-day as a 3D Character Artist

- Collaborating closely with the Art Director on multiple aspects of game art creation, including modelling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering.
- Defining the visual style, design and overall look of the game, creating visually stunning props and characters.

Vi söker primärt en passionerad och kreativ modellbyggare för att ansluta till vårt team. Som modellbyggare kommer du att vara ansvarig för att skapa detaljerade och noggrant konstruerade modeller av olika objekt, inklusive fordon, arkitektoniska strukturer och andra föremål. Vi på Carla vill sätta en ny standard för hur man köper, säljer och leasar bilar. Vårt mål är att det ska vara lika lätt och tryggt att köpa en bil online, som allt annat man köper på nätet. Självklart ska alla bilar vara laddbara. Bolaget grundades 2020 i Stockholm och är nu i en spännande tillväxtfas och letar därför efter en chef till vår Foto- och utleveransavdelning på vår moderna anläggning i Kungsängen.

Om Carlas fotoprocess:

Alla bilar som Carla säljer skall fotograferas och dokumenteras enligt en noggrann och kvalitativ process i vår interna fotostudio. Att ta rätt bilder är viktigt för att Carla ska kunna presentera våra bilar online på bästa sätt. Tydliga foton och en korrekt dokumentation/display av bilarna hjälper oss att nå våra säljmål, säkerställa att vi har ett kontinuerligt flöde av producerade bilar och sist men inte minst att vi får nöjda och återkommande kunder. Rollen ställer därför krav på förmågan att arbetsleda fototeamet och att anpassa fotograferingen för att framhäva bilarnas unika funktioner och att maximera försäljningspotentialen i bilderna.

Fotostationen har ett nära samarbete med marketing- och contentteamen som publicerar alla bilder som tagits på vår site, Detta ställer krav på projektledning, koordinering och samarbetsförmåga så att vi når våra dagliga mål över antalet fotograferade bilar i verkstaden.

På Carla genomgår alla bilar en gedigen kvalitetssäkringsprocess. Som ett sista steg innan vi levererar bilen hem till kunderna skall den förberedas inför leverans bl.a. säkerställa att bilen har korrekt dokumentation med mera.

About the role

About the job
As a Character Artist, your main focus is on creating characters and then specifically their appearance: clothes, (organic and hard surface) armors, cloaks, entire outfits. For both playable as well as non-playable characters; creatures, human(oids) / droid and robots.

You'll be part of the entire cycle - (also without concepts) proofing, mock-up all the way to game-ready assets and characters.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we believe you are passionate about user facing products and energy tech. You are a true problem solver, like to take accountability, bounce back when the going gets tough and you easily collaborate with others across the company.

In terms of experience, we believe you have several years of experience within Product Design. You have previously worked with mobile products and focused on research, usability tests, wireframes, and mockups. Preferably you have some experience with HW products. You also have good knowledge of Figma and both quantitative and qualitative user research methods. Furthermore, you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have previously worked at a scale-up company and also if you speak Swedish.

Om uppdraget:

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att arbeta som presskommunikatör i en medieintensiv och komplex verksamhet. Det här är ett uppdrag för dig som är samhällsintresserad, uppskattar att samarbeta med kunniga medarbetare och som levererar med hög servicegrad till medierna.

Som presskommunikatör får du bland annat jobba med att

- Ta fram budskap och underlag för hantering av medieförfrågningar

- Stötta en stor organisation i mediefrågor

- Planera, genomföra och utvärdera olika typer av proaktiva PR- och kommunikationsinsatser riktade mot medier.

Som presskommunikatör krävs att du har förmågan att förklara komplexa frågor på ett lättbegripligt sätt, formulera budskap och göra relevant nyhetsvärdering. Du är flexibel och prestigelös och trivs med arbetsuppgifter med såväl kort som lång framförhållning.

Krav för tjänsten:

- Minst 5 års erfarenhet av att arbeta som presskommunikatör

- Minst tre års erfarenhet av att arbeta med mediehantering, både proaktiv och reaktiv.

- Erfarenhet från minst 1 tidigare uppdrag inom politiskt styrd organisation

Det är meriterande om du har en avslutad utbildning inom kommunikation eller journalistik.
