What you will do

We are looking for a goal-oriented regional marketing manager to lead all regional marketing efforts in the Benelux region, in accordance with the global marketing strategy and aligned with the regional sales strategy. As a Marketing Manager - Benelux, you will be at the forefront of creating strategic campaigns that encompass a range of marketing channels, including but not limited to, content creation, online and offline events, direct marketing, social media, and any other channels that you deem necessary.

Your role involves developing a deep understanding of local market trends and customer preferences. Based on this insight, you will collaboratively design and implement campaigns that aim to increase brand awareness, promote products or services and attract new customers to the company across the region.

Your scope:


- Analyzing local competition and strengthening the company’s brand position in assigned regional areas.

- Developing and implementing regional marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services.

- Supervising the regional marketing budget.

- Collaborating with the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

- Providing support to local sales teams and distributors to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.

- Tracking and reporting on the performance of regional marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines in the region.

- Report on campaign performance. Monitor results and use the data to make informed decisions on future campaigns and tests.

- Be involved in commercial conversations and understand how marketing impacts the sales funnel so that you can drive improvements or test new ideas.

Requirements:


- You have at least 3 years of experience as a regional marketing manager for a B2B company

- You are fluent in English and a native French and/or Dutch speaker. Any additional language will be a plus.

What you will do

The Talent Acquisition Lead is a key role within the People team, reporting directly to the People Director. What you will do

What you will do

Brite’s product suite and strategic expansion into new verticals and markets hinge primarily on its ability to ensure product-market fit, making the product team a key cornerstone of the overall success of the business. As a key part of the product team, the Product Owner is also vital in defining the culture and ways of working at Brite.

As the Product Owner - Payouts you will be responsible for the development and implementation of Brite’s Payout products.

Responsibilities for the Product Owner - Payouts include (but are not limited to):

- Ownership of delivery for the Payouts team at Brite, ensuring that product development happens in an efficient and structured way and in line with agreed timelines

- Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to build short-, mid- and long-term backlogs

- Act as an interface between Engineering and the product organization

- Create product requirements based on the roadmap and distil them for the different development teams, effectively leading stand-ups, refinements, demos, retrospectives and more

- In-depth reviews of customer needs as relayed by the Product Managers, Sales and other internal stakeholders and aligning them with backlogs and feature development plans

Are you a brite mind?

You are a product leader with experience in managing and developing payments products in a fast-paced environment. You have experience defining product roadmaps, building collaboratively with design and engineering peers, and shipping at scale. You are comfortable sorting out ambiguity and can bring clarity of purpose to the teams surrounding you. You know where to start and how to run the right tests to validate your hypotheses.

Need to have:

- 3+ years of from a leading role in a product development environment

- B.Sc. in Engineering, Economics or similar

- General knowledge about the payments industry.

- Strong technical understanding of how to build a technical infrastructure that scales.

- Knowledge and experience from leading development teams in an agile environment.

- Key qualities are integrity, analytical skills and ability to create buy-in around you. You enjoy taking the lead and bringing people along on the journey.

- Strong drive and interest for building great products and finding solutions to complex problems

Good to have:

- Experience from working within a regulated Financial Services business

- Understanding of how PSD2 impacts the payments and financial industry

- Practical experience from building consumer payment products in a fast-paced environment

- A strong entrepreneurial mindset

What you will do

The Product Manager reports directly to the CPO and is responsible for managing the existing product portfolio and driving product strategy based on the overarching company strategy and commercial opportunities. In this role you are also managing a team of Product Owners. Development and implementation of new features and functionality are done together with the Product Owners and in close collaboration with the commercial teams. The Product Manager is also expected to represent Brite at conferences and client meetings to collect relevant information and educate partners.

Responsibilities for the Product Manager include (but are not limited to):

- Collaborate closely with Business development and sales teams to collect input from customers and translate it into product features and improvements

- Define ways of working for Product to ensure efficiency and accuracy in delivery together with Product owners

- Initiate and project lead cross functional product initiatives

- Continuously evaluate and iterate on the ways of working in Product and tech to optimise prioritisation and output

- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales in packaging and presentation of Brite’s products

- Keep up to date with the latest developments in payments and open banking

- Be an ambassador for Brite and Brite’s products externally and internally. This includes going to conferences, client meetings and internal training sessions

- Work with Business development and the CPO to implement a streamlined process of bringing from ideas -> business case -> roadmap -> delivery

Are you a brite mind?

As an individual, you have high intrinsic motivation and want to make a dent in the payment landscape. You identify with working in a challenger environment and have strong entrepreneurial drive and business acumen.

- General knowledge about the payments industry

- Thorough understanding of PSD2 and its impact on the payments industry both from a customer and technical perspective

- 4+ years of from a leading role in a product development environment

- B.Sc. in Engineering, Economics or similar
