What you will do

Brite’s product suite and strategic expansion into new verticals and markets hinge primarily on its ability to ensure product-market fit, making the product team a key cornerstone of the overall success of the business. As a key part of the product team, the Product Owner is also vital in defining the culture and ways of working at Brite.

As the Product Owner - Payouts you will be responsible for the development and implementation of Brite’s Payout products.

Responsibilities for the Product Owner - Payouts include (but are not limited to):

- Ownership of delivery for the Payouts team at Brite, ensuring that product development happens in an efficient and structured way and in line with agreed timelines

- Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to build short-, mid- and long-term backlogs

- Act as an interface between Engineering and the product organization

- Create product requirements based on the roadmap and distil them for the different development teams, effectively leading stand-ups, refinements, demos, retrospectives and more

- In-depth reviews of customer needs as relayed by the Product Managers, Sales and other internal stakeholders and aligning them with backlogs and feature development plans

Are you a brite mind?

You are a product leader with experience in managing and developing payments products in a fast-paced environment. You have experience defining product roadmaps, building collaboratively with design and engineering peers, and shipping at scale. You are comfortable sorting out ambiguity and can bring clarity of purpose to the teams surrounding you. You know where to start and how to run the right tests to validate your hypotheses.

Need to have:

- 3+ years of from a leading role in a product development environment

- B.Sc. in Engineering, Economics or similar

- General knowledge about the payments industry.

- Strong technical understanding of how to build a technical infrastructure that scales.

- Knowledge and experience from leading development teams in an agile environment.

- Key qualities are integrity, analytical skills and ability to create buy-in around you. You enjoy taking the lead and bringing people along on the journey.

- Strong drive and interest for building great products and finding solutions to complex problems

Good to have:

- Experience from working within a regulated Financial Services business

- Understanding of how PSD2 impacts the payments and financial industry

- Practical experience from building consumer payment products in a fast-paced environment

- A strong entrepreneurial mindset

Att jobba som teknisk systemspecialist Lumera

Som teknisk systemspecialist kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i att säkerställa en stabil drift inom vår standardapplikation Lumera. Vi är mitt uppe i en transformation och implementering av ny funktionalitet i Lumera sker kontinuerligt.

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:
Säkerställa god övervakning som möjliggör proaktiv förvaltning.
- Utveckla och underhålla rapporter via Script.
- Agera support på inkomna incidenter samt följa upp med leverantör.
- Delta vid produktionssättningar av nya versioner.
- Koordinera och installera nya versioner i våra testmiljöer.
- Delta i tester och leda testkoordinering i samband med releaser.
Teamet består idag av sex kollegor, men är en del av ett större team som även hanterar krav, test och testauotmation. Hela teamet består idag av 18 personer. Vi arbetar tillsammans för att säkerställa en stabil och effektiv förvaltning av Lumera. Vi arbetar hybrid vilket innebär tre dagar på kontoret per vecka. I tjänsten ingår även viss helgtjänstgöring.
För att lyckas i rollen

Ser vi att du är en nyfiken, strukturerad och självgående person. Du är kommunikativ och trivs att samarbeta med andra. Gevetvis tycker du att det är viktigt att ha roligt på jobbet.

För att lyckas i rollen har du några års erfarenhet där du har jobbat med djup teknisk kompetens inom Server Management Studio och databashantering. Dessutom kan du kommunicera på svenska både i tal och skrift.

Det är meriterande om du arbetat med följande:
Powershell
- Octopus Deploy
- Windows Server
- Hantera testmiljöer som ex felsökning, minnesproblem mm
Extra meriterande för den här rollen är om du har tidigare erfarenhet av Lumera eller arbetat inom försäkringsbranschen.

We are seeking an IT Support Manager to lead and develop the Nordic IT support organization for Samsung with a service-oriented and strategic approach. Vem är du?

Erfarenhet som Product Owner eller i en liknande roll som gett bred kunskap av BI-verktyg, gärna Power BI

Förmåga att använda och kommunicera krav med hjälp av verktyg som Jira och Confluence.
Erfarenhet av agila metoder och processer.

What you will do
At Brite you will be part of our highly skilled QA team where we take accountability for the QA and Test strategy, toolset, and processes. We also work across the Engineering teams to support them in their quality and test work as well as assisting them with deploying high quality solutions.Your responsibilities will include
Work on a daily basis with the QA and Test domains at the company. Together with your fellow QA team mates you take accountability for our QA and Test Strategies, the test management and the testing tools and frameworks we need to deliver quality products.

Are you a brite mind?
You are a leader with a solid technical background in modern development. You have experience from managing or facilitating technical collaborations between teams and departments. In the past you have had formal leadership roles such as Tech Lead, Development Manager or as an Architect. You have experience collaborating in creating Architectural visions and how to communicate them to the relevant stakeholders. You are a developer at heart! The ideal candidate has:
Experience in Test Automation and manual software testing.
Experience from working in a micro service architecture
Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, methods and techniques
5+ year of professional work experience
Having mentored other QA engineers, for example in a formal or informal leadership role.

Good to have experience:

What you will do?
Brite’s product suite and strategic expansion into new verticals and markets hinge primarily on its ability to ensure product-market fit, making the product team a key cornerstone of the overall success of the business. As a key part of the product team, the Product Manager is also vital in defining the culture and ways of working at Brite.
As the Product Manager of the Merchant Onboarding Team, you will play a critical role in building a self-service onboarding experience that empowers merchants to set up and start using our services independently. This team is responsible for creating intuitive tools, developing clear documentation, and improving processes so that merchants can transition from sign-up to go-live as seamlessly as possible. Working closely with internal stakeholders and receiving direct feedback from merchants, you will identify key pain points in the onboarding process, prioritizing solutions that make the experience faster and more user-friendly.Responsibilities for the Product Manager Merchant Onboarding include (but are not limited to):
Be the product visionary, using your deep knowledge of the product and customer needs to define and communicate a clear product strategy.
Proactively identify new product opportunities and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Lead the continuous improvement of our Merchant Onboarding, while driving the development of new, cutting-edge features.
Own the delivery for the Merchant Onboarding team, ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely product development that aligns with company objectives.
Collaborate with Engineering to build and manage product backlogs, bridging the gap between technical teams and the broader organization.
Dive into customer needs, working with sales to ensure product roadmaps are aligned with market demands and future growth opportunities.
Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, demos), and be comfortable with team reviews, pre-reads, and transparent communication to foster a high-performing team environment.
Use your knowledge of OKRs and KPIs to track performance, make data-driven decisions, and ensure you’re driving the most impactful business outcomes.

You are a product leader with experience in managing and developing payments products in a fast-paced environment. You have experience defining product roadmaps, building collaboratively with design and engineering peers, and shipping at scale. Need to have:
3+ years of from a leading role in a product development environment
B.Sc. in Engineering, Economics or similar
General knowledge about the payments industry.

A track record of leading agile development teams, guiding team reviews, and communicating transparently across stakeholders.

What you will do

What you will do
As the Head of Financial Crime Prevention at Brite, your will lead our financial crimesteam and oversee the entirety of our financial crime prevention operations. This pivotal role involves managing, developing and growing our AML team. You will be instrumental in ensuring our operations align with both external and internal regulations, enhancing our AML and CTF frameworks, and safeguarding our company’s integrity and reputation. In this role you will also own the counterparty risk management and process. Your duties will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Ensuring that the first line risk work, including merchant KYC, is conducted in accordance with external and internal rules
Regularly update policies and manuals to reflect current laws and regulatory requirements, ensuring our AML/CTF efforts remain effective and compliant.
Provide regular updates on the status of AML/CTF activities to the Board of Directors and Executive Management, maintaining transparency and accountability.
Supervise our global KYC, AML/CTF, counterparty risk, and sanctions screening policies, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive approach to AML across the company.
Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, including banks and authorities, fostering strong, cooperative relationships.
Coordinate the reporting of suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities, upholding our commitment to combating financial crimes.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive AML/CTF compliance training program for the entire firm, promoting a culture of awareness and compliance.
Manage cross-functional projects, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
Collaborate with senior executives to develop a unified vision regarding the importance and urgency of AML efforts, driving strategic initiatives forward.

What you will do
At Brite you will be part of our highly skilled QA team where we take accountability for the QA and Test strategy, toolset, and processes.
