We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate UX Designer to join our Product team. This role involves in-depth collaboration among PMs, UX Team, Developers and other stakeholders. The primary focus will be solving customers’ problems, crafting a great user experience and designing UIs for the product.

This role is at Rillion in central Stockholm.

What you will do:

- Dive deep into UX Design and create a beautiful experience ?????

- Conduct user research to gain deeper insights into our user behaviors ????

- Engage in strategy and execution across various initiatives, with room to shape the role and make an impact ????

- Design and iterate solutions based on user research, thorough understanding of business needs and measuring impact ????

- Drive and evangelize the UX mindset in the organization ????

We think you have:

- Proficiency in communicating with stakeholders to grasp business goals and objectives

- Ability to easily communicate and visualize ideas through prototypes and sketches

- Approximately 5 years of experience in UX Design

- Expertise in Figma, understanding tokens and variables and experience in working with and building Design Systems

- Experience in conducting UX Research and user studies

- Proficiency in establishing and driving UX/UI Strategy in the business

About the role
As a Product Manager at SeenThis, you are the shepherd who guides a product from conception to its place in the market and beyond. You will act as the champion for customers’ needs, the translator between various teams, and the strategic leader who ensures the product aligns with our overarching business goals.

Own product vision and roadmap, including prioritizing features, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving product strategy, specifically for (1) our ad creative capabilities, (2) martech, and (3) sustainability tech.

Som Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist hos oss på AcadeMedia kommer du jobba tvärfunktionellt mot flera av bolagets verksamhetsområden. Du kommer på ett självständigt sätt driva utvecklingen av våra tekniska verktyg för finansiell planering inom området Data & Analytics. I arbetet ingår att konsultativt utveckla och underhålla finansiella modeller för planering, budgetering och prognostisering av finansiella resultat, framför allt i IBM Planning Analytics. Du är en del av vårt dedikerade BI & Analytics team som jobbar med allt från behovsanalys, kravställning och design av rapporter och verktyg.
För att passa i rollen ser vi gärna att du har
Eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi, systemvetenskap eller annat område vi bedömer som relevant
Minst 3 års erfarenhet av arbete i rollen som controller, Super user, affärsutvecklare eller liknande
Arbetat operativt och/eller utvecklat IBM Planning Analytics eller liknande finansiellt planeringsverktyg
God förståelse för finansiella processer
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift

Det är ett extra plus om du också har erfarenhet av
Power BI
Kunskap och erfarenhet av

The role
As the Head of IT at Bonava, you will play a central role in utilizing technology to drive business value and aligning IT initiatives with the organization’s goals. This position is critical for shaping the organization’s IT strategyand ensuring that technology investments support and enable business growth. You will be responsible for Bonava's central IT function consisting of three teams that together consist of 21 employees located in Bonava's various markets, and report to our CFO. In this role, you will also be responsible for overseeing the information security across our system landscape, ensuring our operations are robust and secure.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead Bonava's IT department, ensuring technology initiatives align with business goals.
Strategically plan and implement IT solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Manage a diverse, multinational team across Germany, Finland, and the Baltics, fostering collaboration.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating the value of IT investments.
Lead the team by developing and coaching team members to cultivate a motivated workforce.

Skills & Requirements
We are looking for a proactive individual with a solid background in IT, specifically with experience in leading international IT departments and working strategically with IT-related issues.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in IT delivery and strategy, demonstrating an ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills with various stakeholders, both internally and externally
Ability to create understanding of IT costs and explain the value of IT investments.
Empathetic leadership and ability to adapt communication to different groups.
Proven experience in leading IT teams, showcasing successful people management and team development.
While not essential, a background in the construction or real estate industry would be an asset.
