As a Mechanical Engineer in the Vehicle Hardware & Quality Assurance team, you’ll play a key role in the development of our next-generation hardware, ensuring it meets our high standards of repairability, reliability, and performance. As a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for the accounting of financial transactions and a wide range of financial reportings across multiple markets in Europe. YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As a Senior Android Engineer you’re a part of a cross functional team with highly skilled Backend Engineers, Mobile Engineers, UX Designers and Product professionals. The team owns development and delivery of products and features built on the Android rider app used by over a million of end users.You will be a part of our cross-team Android chapter and take part in developing what mobile development is at Voi. Your responsibility is also to build features that engage and empower our users and drive the app experience forward. This will include:
Designing, developing and maintaining features in large cross-team Android applications

Except having an interest in staying up to date on Android development, we believe the right person has:
3+ years of experience as a Senior Engineer developing native Android applications with Kotlin
Ability to understand and contribute using our tech stack (Jetpack Compose, LiveData, Data Binding, Coroutines, Retrofit, Dagger2)
Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and effectively
Experience writing well-structured, testable, reliable, efficient and easily maintainable code
Preferably worked with GPS/Map based Android applications with complex UI’s.

As Financial Associate you will independently manage the accounts payable process end-to-end for the DACH-region and collaborate closely with the rest of the finance function to make sure the financial results are reported accurately, timely and in compliance with local regulations. As a Product Designer at Voi, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of urban mobility. YOUR MISSION AT VOI
For this position as a Fleet Specialist, you'll mainly focus on mechanical work and you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles. This means keeping our scooters in top shape and provide strong support to our team on the ground. Although focus will be on maintenance and repairs, we do expect this person to be able to support our In Field team if needed. Here are some exciting tasks awaiting you:

To continue this journey we are looking for a German speaking Finance Associate focusing on the accounts payable process for our operations in the DACH-region. Are you ready to join the Voiage?
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As Finance Associate you will independently manage the accounts payable process end-to-end, and collaborate closely with the rest of the finance function to make sure the financial results are reported accurately, timely and in compliance with local regulations. This will include:
Managing the accounts payable process and ensuring that the coding of invoices is accurate
Obtaining approval from different business units within set deadlines
Processing payment runs and bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
Reviewing employee expenses and ensure appropriate documentation and coding
Maintaining Vendor Master data in the ERP-system (Netsuite)
Preparing and answering for balance sheet reconciliations related to accounts payable
Reconciling vendor accounts and statements
Collaborating closely with the rest of the finance function to implement efficient processes, and support in monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting and external audits

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We are looking for a thorough finance professional with the ability to manage effective communication with a large number of stakeholders and solve problems independently. In addition to being fluent in English and German we believe the right person has:
Bachelor's degrees (or Higher Vocational Education) within business administration, finance or similar

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We’re looking for you if you're looking forward to learn new things and develop your current skills. It's ok if some points is new to you, we don't expect anyone to know everything. On the other side we foster a team culture were everyone is expected to share and help grow those around them. We believe you have some experience of:

- Some years of professional experience as a platform engineer with a focus on automation
- Cloud based infrastructure (GCP or equivalent) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Infrastructure as Code tools (we use Terraform)
- In setting up CI/CD tools (we use Argo CD and Github)
- Building and managing cloud native applications
- Programming experience using Cloud SDKs/APIs (we use golang)

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll be part of a team with the mission to ensure that we have the best features and products to serve our customers, and that it works seamlessly every time. Our web applications are built using React and Typescript while our platform is based on microservices written in Golang. We work with greenfield development, offering plenty of opportunities to have an impact on our future product. To put it into specifics, this is what you’ll be working on:

- You will be responsible for defining and delivering technical solutions for both Frontend and Backend in our market management team i.e. leading and owning the development of front-end system including security and architecture design
- Evaluate and communicate the pros, cons, and costs in each potential solution or implementation to ensure UI functionality is scalable and as simple as possible.
- Work closely with peer teams (e.g. data, mobile, IoT, design, product), and business partners (like marketing, repairing services, logistics)

- Visualize large scale configuration data to improve our service design.
- Collaborate with the cross-disciplined product team to build a high quality user experience
- Be creative and drive new ideas regarding architecture, tools, products and languages
