We are right now 12 Customer Success Managers located in Sweden, Finland, and the UK ??????????????????? We work as a team towards common goals on a quarterly basis, with renewals and happy customers our main targets.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Implementing and onboarding of new customers
- Help our customers use Teamtailor at full potential, with everything from integrations, best practice to training opportunities
- Work proactively with renewals
- Build strong relationships
- Find new business opportunities with our existing customers, in the form of expansion sales, upselling/cross-selling.
- Track customers accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to prevent that risk
- Collect and analyze customers feedback and present internally
- Together develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction

I Team Sweden så är vi ca. 14 st Account Executive och vi har kontor i Stockholm, Göteborg och Malmö. Teamet jobbar tillsammans mot ett gemensamt mål och man har även individuella försäljningsmål som skall nås.

I rollen som Account Executive har du ansvar för hela säljprocessen - från början till slut. Du nykundsbearbetar företag i alla branscher inom storleken 1-400 anställda. Du ringer kalla samtal, bokar dina egna möten där du demonstrerar Teamtailors lösning. Efter införsäljning så lämnar man över till en customer success manager som därefter utbildar kunder i plattformen.

Dessutom är du del av ett större team som kommer generera inkommande försäljningsmöjligheter från Marknad & från våra Partners. ????

Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Implement and onboard new customers.
- Help our customers use Teamtailor at its full potential, with everything from integrations in our marketplace, and best practices to training opportunities.
- Work as a strategical advisor & goal-oriented for our customers.
- Work proactively with renewals.
- Build strong relationships.????

- Find new business opportunities with our existing portfolio customers, in the form of expansion sales, upselling/cross-selling. ????

- Track customer's accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to prevent that risk
- Collect and analyze customers' feedback and present it internally
- Together develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction.

Is this you?
- Experience in SaaS

- Experience in HR or Recruiting

- Customer Success or KAM experience ????????
- Experience in project leading, especially complex projects
- Communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy and negotiation skills
- Engaged, creative and solution-oriented
- Have the mindset willing to learn and try new things
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and rapidly- changing market

What you will be doing:
Work with the Management Team with the commission planning and follow-up process, including setting quotas and OTC (on target commissions).

End-to-end accountability for the commission process, including understanding, documenting and educating on commission schemes; running commission calculation models, maintaining commission agreements, sending commission reports and explaining/supporting commission related questions etc.

Ownership of the data quality of quotas and actuals in sales report and our CRM, including monthly updates of the quotas and actuals.

Assist in periodical sales forecast and follow-up process.

Ongoing and ad-hoc reporting and updating of sales-related key figures.

Working with other colleagues in the Finance team to ensure data consistency/reconciliation throughout the CRM system and ERP system.

Actively drive and improve the processes and routines within your area of responsibility.

In this role you will report directly to the CFO.
