Om rollen som Account Executive
I Team Sweden så är vi ca. 14 st Account Executive och vi har kontor i Stockholm, Göteborg och Malmö. Teamet jobbar tillsammans mot ett gemensamt mål och man har även individuella försäljningsmål som skall nås.

Om rollen:
I rollen som Junior Financial Controller kommer du jobba i vårt nybildade Financial Controlling team, Financial Controlling teamet ingår i finance teamet där vi just nu är 11 dedikerade personer.

Teamtailor har idag sju dotterbolag i bland annat London, Berlin, Paris och Austin. Din huvudsakliga uppgift kommer vara att koordinera ekonomin i dotterbolagen samt hjälpa till att bygga upp finansiella processer. - Implement and onboard new customers
- Help our customers use Teamtailor at full potential, with everything from integrations, best practice to training opportunities
- Work proactively with renewals
- Build strong relationships
- Find new business opportunities with our existing customers, in the form of expansion sales, upselling/cross-selling.
- Track customers accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to prevent that risk
- Collect and analyze customers feedback and present internally
- Together develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction

As Accounting Manager at Teamtailor, you will have an important role in driving the work with month-end and year-end close forward.

What you will do:
- Coach a team of 3 colleagues in the accounting team who work with AR, AP and Payroll respectively
- Responsible for month-end and year-end book close process
- Prepare timely financial statements, statutory reporting including annual reports and income tax declaration
- Act as contact person towards auditor, tax offices, company registration office etc.
- Work with consolidation of group accounts (koncernredovisning)
- Identify and run improvement projects within the accounting function
- Develop and document accounting processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

We are right now 12 Customer Success Managers located in Sweden, Finland and United Kingdom ??????????????????? We work together towards common goals on a quarterly basis, with renewals and happy customers.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Implementing and onboarding of new customers
- Help our customers use Teamtailor at full potential, with everything from integrations, best practice to training opportunities
- Work proactively with renewals
- Build strong relationships
- Find new business opportunities with our existing customers, in the form of expansion sales, upselling/cross-selling.
- Track customers accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to prevent that risk
- Collect and analyze customers feedback and present internally
- Together develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction
