Martina BUMM Bromma är en barn- och ungdomsmedicinsk mottagning som erbjuder vård för barn upp till 17 års ålder. Vi utreder och behandlar de flesta tillstånden i öppenvård såsom astma, allergi, enures, obesitas samt ADHD/ADD.
Mottagningen präglas av stor lyhördhet, flexibilitet, engagemang och uppgiftsfokusering där utveckling, delaktighet samt möjligheter att påverka vården står högt i kurs.
På enheten arbetar även barnpsykiater, ST-läkare, barnsjuksköterskor, psykologer, undersköterska, medicinska sekreterare och receptionist.
Martina Bromma ingår i i koncernen Barnsjukhuset Martina som är den största barnvårdgivaren med regionsuppdrag i Stockholm. Martina finns på Sophiahemmet, Sollentuna, Järva, Bromma, Globen, Nacka och Huddinge
Tjänsten
Vi söker en barnsjuksköterska som vill arbeta på en arbetsplats tillsammans med engagerade och kompetenta kollegor som brinner för barns hälsa. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer omfattas av att vara en del av vår barnsjuksköterskemottagning med sedvanliga mottagningsuppgifter samt egen mottagning med patienter och deras familjer. Hos oss arbetar vi även i team med våra erfarna barnläkare.

Barnsjuksköterska/Distriktssköterska till Rissne BVC

Är du sjuksköterska med specialistutbildning i barn och ungdom eller distriktsvård och vill arbeta inom barnhälsovården på en mottagning som erbjuder både att vara del i en familjecentral och arbete med det utökade hembesöksprogrammet, då kan du vara den för oss.

Om mottagningen:  

Rissne är ett multikulturellt område och har en stor variation. Mottagningen erbjuder det utökade hembesöksprogrammet till alla inkluderade i området vilket innebär bland annat att de familjerna erbjuds sex hembesök under barnets första 15 månader, dessa görs tillsammans med en föräldraskapsstödjare från Sundbybergs stad. Mottagningen har ett välfungerande och utvecklat samarbete med Sundbybergs stad. Förutom hembesöksprogrammet är Rissne även en del i Sundbybergs familjecentral tillsammans med öppnaförskola, kommunen och barnmorskemottagningar. Detta är något som tillsammans berikar BVC arbetet ytterligare och som vi värderar högt. 

För oss på Rissne BVC är det en självklarhet att arbeta utifrån en helhetssyn på människan och vi strävar efter att ge våra familjer hög tillgänglighet, delaktighet och kontinuitet.

Rissne BVC ligger i Sundbybergs stad dit både tunnelbana och flertalet bussar går, även smidigt att ta sig med bil. Det pågår även arbete med att tvärbanan ska gå till Rissne, Rissne är ett område under stor utveckling och flertalet bostäder byggs.

Rissne BVC är också en del av BHV Stockholm Norra där 16 BVC-mottagningar ingår. Detta möjliggör kunskapsutbyte mellan mottagningarna och till BVC klustret hör också en vårdutvecklare. Klustret arbetar aktivt för att fortsätta att driva barnhälsovården framåt genom förbättrings- och utvecklingsarbeten, exempelvis är BVC nu en del av den digitala plattformen, Alltid Öppet.




Om tjänsten:  

Som BVC sjuksköterska hos oss kommer du att erbjudas ett spännande arbete där du arbetare självständigt med också i team. I team tillsammans med dina BVC sjuksköterskekollegor, föräldraskapsstödjare, läkare och flera andra professioner. Du har ett eget ansvar över ditt arbetsområde, samtidigt som du har kollegor och en närvarande ledning runt dig. Vi arbetar efter barnhälsovårdens hälsouppdrag som bland annat innebär besök vid nyckelåldrar, hembesök, vaccinationen och föräldragruppsverksamhet. Där barnet och familjens behov styr.

Vi arbetar med journalsystemet Take Care.

Vi följer samverkansavtal och bedriver facklig samverkan med lokala representanter inom verksamheten.



Kvalifikationer:  

Du skall vara sjuksköterska med specialistutbildning i Barnsjukvård eller Distriktsvård. Svenskkunskaper motsvarande C1 är ett krav inom SLL.  

Vi lägger stor vikt på personlig lämplighet.

Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete inom BHV är meriterande.

Du är kommunikativ och lugn och har förmågan att planera sitt arbete så att det både passar dig och mottagningen bäst. You will continuously analyse the current workflows/processes to identify areas of improvement within Azure AD / Entra with the end goal to create a great end user experience from onboarding to offboarding.
You will use PowerShell and MS Graph in order to script and automate IAM processes and also in integrations in downstream systems.
You will participate in projects, stakeholder management, design discussions, and implementations with the objective to apply state of the art solutions.
You will join a team that owns several productivity tools and consists of members with different specialities . Therefore we are looking for you who thrives on learning other tools and contributes to the teams’ tasks developing and maintaining these tools. The team manages tools outside of the Microsoft specialisation scope such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Make, Miro, Slack etc.

Who you are

You are a IT engineer, more specifically within the M365 suite and Azure AD (Azure AD, M365 is a must - MS Windows, MS Intune, ATP, Defender etc. is a plus).
