We are seeking a senior Product Designer to join our fantastic design team. As a senior Product Designer at Qliro, you will be responsible for the full design cycle; shaping a strong design framework, conduct research, create prototypes, and create engaging visuals together with your colleagues in the design team. You will have your own dedicated product area where you will work closely together with a Product Manager and Tech to drive your product forward based on research and data.

We are now looking for a Software Engineer to STIX - our platform for credit and fraud checks. The STIX team’s mission is to secure Qliro Payments using state-of-the-art credit checks and fraud detection whilst maintaining a seamless customer experience in a way that enables Qliro’s growth targets.

STIX is a backend heavy team that is responsible for the credit engine, integration with credit information providers, fraud detection and the fraud user interface for our fraud officers. We are part of the transactional payment path and have high demands in terms of up time and response times.

We are looking for an Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to work together with a team of senior and highly-skilled engineers (AWS, Network, Windows and Linux). The infrastructure Team is responsible for our 24/7 on-premises infrastructure (Data centers, networking, compute, storage along with infrastructure-related services such as virtualization platform, load balancing, DNS, active directory, logging and monitoring). Qliro is also on a journey towards AWS, where you and the Infrastructure team will provide the foundation (Centralized services, Landing Zone).

In your job, you and the Infrastructure team will build and maintain the Qliro business-critical infrastructure as well as making it available for self-service consumption by the other tech teams in Qliro. This means that you will actively drive the Infrastructure as Code movement within Qliro, as well as lead by example by making the Infrastructure available as a service.

We are looking for a System Owner that will be responsible for managing Qliro's core IT platforms. You will be a part of our System Operations team and work closely with our product organization, improving and managing the availability of our systems.

Qliro is looking for a Merchant Underwriter to join the Financial Crime team.

The Financial Crime team have the overall responsibility for Qliro’s efforts to prevent financial crime, which includes the areas Fraud and AML/CTF (Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing). The team also have the responsibility for merchant acceptance and monitoring from Fraud, AML/CTF and Credit perspective. The team works closely with several other teams in Qliro to ensure efficient prevention.

Today the team consists of two persons:

- Financial Crime Manager with overall responsibility for all tasks.

- Financial Crime Officer with focus on Fraud and AML/CTF.

As a Merchant Underwriter your main tasks will be:

- Analyze and make recommendations for new merchants for Credit Committee decisions. This includes a basic analysis of the merchant’s financial situation.

- Perform the final Fraud, AML/CTF and Credit check and sign-off, including KYC (Know-Your-Customer) measures, on merchants as part of the onboarding process.

- Set up parameters for monitoring of merchants from a Fraud, AML/CTF and Credit perspective.

- Monitor merchant ownership and financial situation, merchant website content and merchant transaction behavior, using internal and external tools, and take investigative action when necessary.

- Produce periodic reports of counterparty risk overview covering all merchants.

- Produce other aggregated reports on merchants as needed.

- Perform periodic updates of KYC for all merchants.

- Support the Financial Crime Team in other tasks when needed.

The Treasury team is a key part of Qliro’s financial management and acts as the first line of defense in ensuring the company’s financial risks and funding position. Qliro’s Business Control and Analytics team is looking for a talented and driven Business Analyst to strengthen our Business Control and Analytics function. The Business Analyst will report to the Head of Business Control and Analytics within the finance organisation and will work closely with many other departments to create value for Qliro, our merchants and customers through analytical insights and fact-based decisions. We are about to significantly grow our sales department and are therefore looking for a Sales Operational Excellence. This is a brand-new role and as such the person hired will have great opportunities to, in collaboration with the hiring manager, form it into something special. As a Sales Operational Excellence you will play a key role in Qliro’s execution of our new sales strategy. In close collaboration with Head of Sales and various team leads you will be laying the foundation and providing the tools needed for our sales executives to bring in the deals. You will have great mandate and responsibilities to drive your own initiatives and your stakeholders will involve the entire company.

Qliro has a track record of delivering new products and services at an unmatched speed. We are active in an exciting intersection of the e-commerce, payment, and financial services markets. We target both leading online merchants and millions of Nordic consumers seeking superior digital payments and consumer finance products.

What you’ll do:

- Continuously develop and improve Qliro’s sales process
- Define, set up and improve lead generation for Qliro Enterprise- and SME sales; including refinement of existing data and active analysis of triggers from secondary (external) sources
- Support CCO/Head of Sales in the set up and monitoring of sales KPI’s and CRM quality, including sales activities, lead conversion, pipeline etc
- Act as the Sales team representative in cross-company projects
- Ensure a coherent and up-to-date library of Sales related material e.g. pitch decks, merchant business cases, client references, BD-models etc
- Document, structure and improve ways of working and processes connected to sales at Qliro
- Drive the migration of the current Qliro CRM to new solution


We believe you:

- Are at least two years into your career as a Management Consultant
- Have a well-developed “consultancy tool box” and are evaluating to leave consulting for “the line”
- Are fluent in English and Swedish

You will have to take responsibility for your own tasks, structure your own ways of tackling problems and push your own processes through. Want to join a small team of Project Managers/Integration Specialists and Product Owners who focus on solutions for our ever-growing portfolio of merchants and drive the B2B experience ambition at Qliro?

As an Integration Specialist your role is to drive integration projects and ensure integrability of Qliro products. Acting as an interface between our partners and the product organization you will be expected to provide expert assistance as well as gather any new requirements and feedback from the merchants. A good understanding of e-commerce, payments and tech is preferred.

You will:

- Act as voice of the merchants and devise solutions to meet merchant needs
- Maintain and develop product integration tools and documentation relating to Qliro products
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations and investigate merchant needs to gather requirements for new functionality from time to time
- Gather feedback on current implementation, features and functionality
- Help maintain a good understanding of how merchants operate Qliro’s products



We believe you:

- Have at least some experience as an Integration Specialist / in product development or technical project management
- Are a critical thinker, comfortable with complexity who can navigate unclear situations
- Are an excellent problem solver with a sense of ownership, accountability, and great attention to detail
- Are familiar with REST APIs, SDKs, API testing tools, Atlassian suite, and Github
- Have full working proficiency in both Swedish and English
- May have experience in payments or e-commerce, which will consider a plus
