The role

We are seeking a Chief People Officer to lead our people and organizational development strategy during an exciting period of transition and growth. This is a unique opportunity to impact our culture, leadership, and innovation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As Chief People Officer you are enabling Qliro’s strategy through our people. Together with The People and Recruitment team you will provide structure and support that enables our teams to grow and develop their operating model so that they can reach their goals.

Some of the thing that you’ll do:

- Ensure the People team can reach our strategic goals through continuous planning, follow-up and prioritization

- Represent all matters People as a member of the Executive management team

- Set the development plan for our Executive management team

- Work with and coordinate bigger projects within People and Recruitment such as leadership development programs and launching offices in new markets

- Ensure Qliro as a regulated company follows set up rules and regulations

- Set up and continuously develop our employee incentive programs

- Develop and scale our People and Recruitment processes to fit for our international expansion

- Deep knowledge and experience from working with Swedish Labour law

- Having experience with Nordic Labour law

- Experience from fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments

- Fluent in Swedish and in English (English is our corporate language)

- Experience with setting up and working with People and Recruitment related metrics

- Experience in supporting a wide variety of different types of teams, from customer support to Backend developers

- Experience in supporting managers and employees in several countries

- Have worked in a noted company or a company under the regulation of the Swedish SFSA

This role is an interim position to cover for our Chief People Officer while she’s on maternity leave. The expected length of the assignment is 9-12 months from august 2024.

The Pay Later team is a backend heavy team that handles the customer's journey when they have chosen to pay after they recieved their products. We allow the customers to easily see and pay their invoices and be notified about the changes. We are a team that work closely together and help each other to develop, we do that in many ways like close feedback loops, mob programming and code reviews.

We are now looking for a Software Engineer to STIX - our platform for credit and fraud checks. The STIX team’s mission is to secure Qliro Payments using state-of-the-art credit checks and fraud detection whilst maintaining a seamless customer experience in a way that enables Qliro’s growth targets.

STIX is a backend heavy team that is responsible for the credit engine, integration with credit information providers, fraud detection and the fraud user interface for our fraud officers. We are part of the transactional payment path and have high demands in terms of up time and response times.

By this time, you might wonder what the name "STIX" comes from. Well, it's actually a funny (but simble) story including a certain type of owl... We are happy to tell you more in our interview process!

The Financial Crime team have the overall responsibility for Qliro’s efforts to prevent financial crime, which includes the areas Fraud and AML/CTF (Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing). What you’ll do:

- Handle ongoing People (HR) administrative tasks within the People department such as employment agreements, employer certificates, People system updates, run and build reports, update our payroll provider on employee changes, L&D admin etc.
- Updated the intranet and our Slack channels with relevant info
- Act as support in recruitment (design and publish job adverts, conduct selections and telephone interviews)
- Respond to incoming questions from the organization and our employees




We believe that you:

- Have at least 1,5 years left of your studies within HR or equivalent
- Have a genuine interest in HR and are curious about how an HR department can work from the inside
