Stockholm: Junior Project Manager - Digital Compliance

Do you want to shape the future of secure and compliant IT and OT operations in a highly regulated, safety?critical environment? This is a key role where you will combine structure, regulatory expertise and change leadership to create real, lasting impact across an international organization.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As IT Governance & Compliance Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of IT and OT governance at Aviator. You develop, implement and maintain policies, standards and frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, GDPR, EU AI Act and other relevant regulations. You are responsible for IT and cybersecurity risk management, including the risk register and remediation follow-up, and you plan and lead internal and external audits to ensure findings are closed with evidence.
A central part of the role is driving adoption – ensuring governance is embedded into daily operations across multiple countries and business units. You also oversee third?party and vendor risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery governance, and act as the primary point of contact towards auditors, regulators and external stakeholders. The role is based at the Head Office at Stockholm Arlanda, with some on?site presence required.
YOUR PROFILE
Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT governance, IT compliance or similar roles


Proven experience developing and implementing governance frameworks and policies


Strong experience in organisational change and behavioural adoption


Solid understanding of ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, GDPR and other EU regulations


Experience with IT and cybersecurity risk management, audits and vendor risk


Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery governance


Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Information Security, Law or related field


Fluency in English


As a person, you are structured, credible and confident in influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority. You are pragmatic, results?oriented and able to translate regulatory requirements into practical ways of working that create real compliance in the organization.

What We're Looking For
An engineer who has built compliance controls from the ground up.
Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar frameworks.
Strong architectural understanding and hands-on experience of common cloud infrastructures.
Ability to automate compliance controls using code, scripts, or infrastructure tooling.
A collaborative mindset - comfortable working with engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders like legal and marketing alike.





What You'll Do
In one sentence: Design compliance-by-design systems, automate controls and monitoring, and work cross-functionally to turn regulatory and business requirements into scalable technical solutions for secure data, privacy, and responsible AI.
Design and implement compliance-by-design systems across our infrastructure that people actually want to use.
Automate compliance controls and monitoring using modern tooling.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure systems meet SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and emerging AI regulations.
Partner with sales, product, platform, and legal teams to translate requirements and needs into technical implementations.
Help shape the architecture around data handling, privacy, and responsible AI.

What you would do as our UX/UI Designer
The UX/UI Designer is responsible for making sure the company’s digital products are easy, clear, and safe to use. The role focuses on understanding how care professionals actually work and then designing interfaces that help them do their job smoothly, without confusion or frustration. The designer works closely with product managers and developers and helps shape consistent user experiences across several products as they grow into scalable, global platforms.
In this role you will report to the Techlead and PO QIACCESS.

You would also:
Understand user needs by talking to users, observing how they work, and identifying usability problems.
Design clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Turn business requirements and technical constraints into simple, intuitive design solutions.
Work closely with developers and product managers to make sure designs are implemented correctly.
Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across multiple products and platforms.



The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone with:
3+ years of experience working as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or Product Designer in digital product teams.
Experience designing web and mobile applications, preferably systems or tools used in professional/work environments.
Strong understanding of user?centred design, including user research, usability testing, and iterative design.
Practical skills in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and clear interface designs.
Experience working closely with product managers and developers in agile or product?driven teams.


The role requires someone who is curious and genuinely interested in understanding users and their everyday challenges. Experience of working with AI solutions, as well as a strong personal interest in the development and application of AI, is highly meritorious. This interest is central to the role, as it is important that the person is motivated to be part of and actively contribute to the journey of our new Global Offering business unit, where AI plays an increasingly important role in shaping future offerings.
The person needs to be structured and able to maintain an overview while working on several products in parallel. Strong communication skills are essential, as the designer must clearly explain design decisions to developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. The ideal person is collaborative, open to feedback, and comfortable adjusting designs based on input, data, and user insights. As the work is carried out in an international environment, the person also needs to feel confident communicating and collaborating in English and enjoy working across teams and cultures.

The role
You’ll take end-to-end ownership of small to medium-sized features, from early technical design through to production and continuous improvement. Working closely with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers, you’ll help turn complex requirements into clear, well-structured solutions.

• Strengthen delivery and operational excellence — improve CI/CD pipelines, support production systems, and continuously refine engineering practices for long-term sustainability.

• Solid senior experience (5+ years) building backend systems in cloud-native, distributed environments.
• Strong ownership mindset — you’re comfortable taking a feature from idea to production and standing behind your decisions.
• Architectural judgement — you know when and how to apply DDD, TDD, microservices, and event-driven design pragmatically.
• Hands-on cloud and DevOps experience — particularly with AWS, containerisation, CI/CD, and modern deployment models.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and methods to enhance productivity, code quality, and system design.

As a Senior Embedded & IoT Test Automation Engineer, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our embedded and IoT products are robust, secure and built for real-world reliability at global scale.


Your Role: Drive Quality, Reliability & Technical Excellence
• Own the full testing lifecycle for embedded and IoT products — from test planning and design to execution, automation and reporting.
• Lead hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), system-level and automated testing across firmware, connectivity, containerised environments and network protocols.
• Develop and maintain advanced LabVIEW-driven test frameworks — creating requirements-based test cases, orchestrating complex automated test sequences across our embedded test stands, and integrating Python, Docker and CI/CD tooling to ensure scalable, reproducible and high-quality test environments.
• Collaborate closely with firmware, hardware and software teams to shape QA strategy and enable seamless, high-reliability integrations.
• Identify risks early, expand test coverage, and continuously enhance testing processes, tools and automation frameworks.
