About the job
In this position, you strengthen our sales channels by improving tools and processes for contract and field sales. You work closely with the Parts & Services Business Lead for CRM and CPQ, while managing and testing sales-enabling tools like Showpad. Together with frontline teams and division stakeholders, you actively shape processes and solutions that support account managers and sales representatives.
Your tasks include:
Supporting Sales Channel Specialists in analyzing and developing CRM, CPQ, Showpad, and other tools.
Analyzing field sales activities and system usage, providing insights for improvement.
Documenting and publishing sales processes and procedures.
Testing and validating new tools, processes, and training content.
Maintaining global process guidelines and resolving system issues.

You report to the Sales Tools & Processes Manager of the Parts & Services Division. The position is based in Stockholm.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with experience and/or interest in marketing or business administration and are eager to learn and grow. Knowledge of our business and solutions, such as Salesforce CRM, Aurora, or Showpad is an advantage.

You have experience in learning methodologies such as 5Di, Five Moments of Need, Brinkerhoff’s High-Performance Learning Journeys, and Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model. An understanding of the manufacturing or mining industries is a plus, as is experience with talent development programs, including HiPo initiatives. Fluency in English – both written and spoken – is a must.
You’re an excellent communicator and influencer with strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment and have a collaborative mindset. Your mission
You take a central role in shaping how we engage with our most strategic manufacturing customers. This high-impact position combines hands-on customer engagement with responsibility for developing a structured partnership approach for Intelligent Manufacturing and shaping how we work with strategic partners going forward. As the single point of orchestration for enterprise-level customer engagements across Intelligent Manufacturing, you drive collaboration that delivers measurable business impact and long-term partnership value. Your work spans the entire Intelligent Manufacturing portfolio – from design and simulation to production and verification – and connects closely with our cutting tools businesses.
Included in your mission is to:
Engage and orchestrate relationships with selected global enterprise manufacturing partners.
Develop and implement a structured approach for managing and growing strategic partnerships.
Facilitate collaboration between enterprise customers and Sandvik’s decentralized businesses to unlock joint opportunities.
Create awareness of our full digital and manufacturing offering, enabling end-to-end automation.
Connect commercial opportunities across brands to maximize value for both us and our customers.
Drive commercial and operational value generation for both parties through structured joint initiatives

Beyond these responsibilities, you shape and communicate compelling solution narratives that integrate CAM, Simulation, Metrology, QMS, and AI-driven automation. You listen and learn from customers’ needs and expectations, translating insights into tangible actions and improvements. Your influence extends internally as well, as you help guide roadmaps and strategies based on what you learn from the market.
The role is based in Europe and involves regular travel to follow key customer engagements. You report to the Vice President of Business Development for Intelligent Manufacturing and collaborate closely with technical, commercial, and marketing experts to ensure our enterprise positioning is impactful and consistent.
Your profile
You bring extensive experience in manufacturing software, digitalization, or industrial automation, combined with a proven track record in enterprise account management, partnership development, or consultative solution selling. You are comfortable engaging at senior levels and have strong relationship-building skills, including experience working directly with C-level stakeholders. A deep understanding of digital manufacturing concepts, such as MBD, QIF, digital thread, and AI-driven automation, sets you up for success. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills are a must.

About your job
In this position, you play a key role in driving strategic priorities toward 2030 and beyond. You combine strategic project work with market intelligence to support fact-based decision-making. Your insight into market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer realities directly influence high-level decisions and help steer our strategic direction.
You drive projects aligned with our business priorities – ranging from overarching strategy development to cross-functional initiatives. Topics vary based on business needs and may include divisions and sales area strategies, customer segmentation, portfolio and production capabilities, sustainability, automation, digitalization, electrification and M&A. You collaborate closely with top management across our divisions, sales areas, and global functions.
The location for this position preferably Stockholm, Sweden or Tampere or Turku, Finland. International travel is a natural part of your job.
About you
We’re looking for a highly structured and analytical person with a high degree of interpersonal skills to influence and lead high profile strategy work. You’re curious, socially skilled and flexible – a master of interactions and stakeholder management. This combined with a passion for conceptualizing findings makes you a perfect fit for this role. As a true doer, you prioritize your tasks and follow up on your work, making sure we reach timely results with high quality. You’re a true team player who at the same time enjoys working independently. You have a confident and engaging approach, and you embrace feedback, new perspectives, and sharing best practice.
We believe you have a few years’ experience from top-tier consulting firms or a similar strategy role in a multinational company, or you’ve recently graduated from university with a degree in engineering or business management. Experience from the mining industry is beneficial. Acting in a truly global environment calls for excellent skills in English, verbally and in writing.
