Co-own backlog, scope, and planning with the Product Manager.

Run effective execution rituals (standups, planning, reviews) with transparent risk management.

Lead feedback conversations, performance reviews, and growth plans.

Partner with the Tech Lead on architecture decisions and technical strategy; contribute code when it’s high leverage.

Coordinate work with suppliers/partners and manage integrations. Oversee access management, compliance, and KPI/observability work.

Lead by example and contribute to the codebase, such as solving bugs or deliver on features.

Additionally, You Will
Promote good engineering practices and constructive code reviews.

Foster a learning culture that values feedback and continuous skill development.

Influence platform roadmap and tech stack evolution. Balance short-term delivery with long-term sustainability and simplicity.

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du:

Civilingenjörsutbildning inom teknisk fysik, IT eller motsvarande
