About the role
We are looking for a visionary Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our global cybersecurity organization. The ideal candidate is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with a track record of enabling secure digital growth in fast-paced, complex global environments.
Responsibilities
You will define and execute a global cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and risk priorities, driving enterprise-wide initiatives, setting measurable security goals, and ensuring continuous improvement in safeguarding the organization. In addition, you will oversee cybersecurity architecture, risk management, compliance, and incident response across global operations, building a security-aware culture, aligning policies and standards with organizational objectives, and ensuring regulatory adherence in dynamic, consumer-oriented environments such as Retail, FMCG, or similar industries.
Experience & Background
Extensive experience across risk management, information security, and IT leadership roles.
Proven success in senior leadership, driving organizational change and leading large, distributed teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute security policies and programs in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.

Om arbetsplatsen
Säkerhetsavdelningen är organiserad som en del av lärosätets verksamhetsstöd och omfattar beredskap, krisberedskap, signalskydd, säkerhetsskydd och verksamhetsskydd. Befattningen är en del av området säkerhetsskydd och verksamhetsskydd men kan även komma att bli engagerad i övriga områden. Anställningen är placerad i stockholm.
Arbetsuppgifter
Du leder, samordnar och administrerar arbetet inom signalskydd på Försvarshögskolan. Arbetsuppgifterna kommer att vara av både operativ och strategisk karaktär där arbetet innebär en hög grad av samarbete och samverkan såväl internt inom myndigheten och tillsammans med externa aktörer.  
Arbetsuppgifterna består bland annat av att: 
 
ansvara och driva aktiviteter och projekt inom signalskydd inom bland annat materiel, utbildning och kontroller
ansvara för att, tillsammans med signalskyddsorganisationen, programmera och läsa in förekommande uppdateringar och ominstallationer i signalskyddssystem
utveckla och skriva interna bestämmelser inom signalskydd
utbilda personal på signalskydd och signalskyddssystem

Arbetsuppgifterna kan förändras över tid eftersom verksamheten utvecklas. Du kommer ha ett nära samarbete med säkerhets- och säkerhetsskyddschefen.
Vem söker vi?
Vi söker dig som har:
utbildning och behörighet som signalskyddschef
relevant akademisk examen eller annan utbildning/arbetslivserfarenhet som Försvarshögskolan bedömer som likvärdig
flerårig och gedigen arbetslivserfarenhet inom signalskyddsarbete

Your mission

What you'll do

Who you’ll work with...
As a Designer, you’ll be a key part of the creative engine, owning the design process within your product area. You’ll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team—including Pattern Makers, Print Designers, Product Developers, Planners and Business Controllers—to bring collections to life.
From early research and trend direction to technical sketches, product development, and fittings, you’ll be involved every step of the way. You’ll stay plugged into global fashion insights, using them to fuel fresh ideas and elevate the final product for your target customer.


Who you are....
We’re looking for someone who brings both vision and execution, with:
A BA or MA in Fashion or Textile Design.
Experience as a Fashion Designer ideally within Kids and/or Baby Garments in particular working within the Woven category.
Strong, fast-paced skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
A good sense of taste and a true love for the fashion world.
Experience in 3D CLO or similar software is desired.
A commercial, trend-driven mindset with a sharp eye for global fashion and future directions.
Solid knowledge of materials, fabrics, and trims.

Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and strong Excel skills.

As a Workforce Management Expert, you translate labour standards and labour demand into practical, store?ready workforce plans.
