About the role
We are looking for a visionary Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our global cybersecurity organization. The ideal candidate is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with a track record of enabling secure digital growth in fast-paced, complex global environments.
Responsibilities
You will define and execute a global cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and risk priorities, driving enterprise-wide initiatives, setting measurable security goals, and ensuring continuous improvement in safeguarding the organization. In addition, you will oversee cybersecurity architecture, risk management, compliance, and incident response across global operations, building a security-aware culture, aligning policies and standards with organizational objectives, and ensuring regulatory adherence in dynamic, consumer-oriented environments such as Retail, FMCG, or similar industries.
Experience & Background
Extensive experience across risk management, information security, and IT leadership roles.
Proven success in senior leadership, driving organizational change and leading large, distributed teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute security policies and programs in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our Network team and help automate and optimize global network infrastructure. In this role, you’ll build tools and platforms that enhance visibility, resilience, and deployment speed across retail, warehouse, and data center environments. You’ll work closely with network engineers and architects to design scalable systems for multi-vendor networks (Cisco, Aruba) and cloud connectivity (Azure).

You’ll be working closely with our Networking team to design and evolve our global network infrastructure across data centers, warehouses, and retail environments. WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people to have experience with...
Proficiency in Python and at least one other programming language
Experience with network automation frameworks
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching)
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and tools
Experience with REST APIs, event-driven systems, and webhook-based integrations
Knowledge of data modeling and API integration with systems
Knowledge of AI/ML development is a plus

Develop and implement a comprehensive category plan for non-commercial goods, focusing on strategic sourcing to enhance procurement processes and achieve optimal value from a total cost of ownership perspective.
