What you would do as our Trademark Administrator & Portfolio Coordinator
As a Trademark Portfolio Coordinator at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, you are a key partner to the business, providing operational support in the protection and management of the division’s global trademark portfolio. This includes handling trademark filings, renewals, enforcement, and domain name matters that safeguard our brand identity across all markets. You’ll play an essential role in monitoring and maintaining the health of our trademark assets and initiating and coordinating actions where needed to address third-party conflicts or misuse. Your work helps ensure our trademarks remain relevant, protected, and aligned with the business’s evolving needs.
This global team operates from our offices in Landskrona and Malmö, Sweden. You will report to the Head of Intellectual Property.

You would also:
Act as the link between Legal, Marketing, and Business to ensure accurate and effective trademark usage and protection across the company.
Monitor global trademark and domain name watch services and support the handling of oppositions, enforcement actions, and infringement cases.
Administer trademark filings, renewals, and record updates across global jurisdictions, coordinating with external counsel and service providers.
Maintain internal trademark databases (e.g., Ipendo) and support portfolio audits and clean-up projects.
Prepare documentation and reports related to trademark strategy, risk management, and enforcement, while representing the division in day-to-day trademark matters and cross-functional IP initiatives.


The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least five years of experience working independently as a trademark administrator or paralegal, preferably within industry or an IP law firm.
Possesses strong knowledge of trademark law and procedures in key global markets and basic understandings of domain name registration practices.
Is proficient in using IP databases and docketing systems (e.g., Ipendo), as well as MS Office and communication tools like Microsoft Teams.
Holds relevant education and professional experience in trademark administration and management; a law degree is considered a merit.
Is fluent in English at a high professional level; proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.


The Trademark Portfolio Coordinator should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an open and inclusive attitude that enables effective collaboration across different corporate functions, cultures, and countries. What you would do as our Trademark Paralegal
This paralegal role sits within the global Branding function at ASSA ABLOY and focuses on supporting the management and protection of the company’s trademarks and designs worldwide. The position plays a key administrative and coordination role in ensuring that the Group’s IP portfolio is well organized, properly maintained, and supported from both a legal and operational perspective. We offer a hybrid working model and expect the candidate to be present in the office at least three days per week.

You would also:
• Maintain and update IP management systems with accurate information on trademarks and designs based on input from IP lawyers.
• Monitor disputes, deadlines, and legal matters by organizing files, calendars, and task lists.
• Track IP-related costs, manage invoices, and prepare cost reports, presentations, and supporting materials such as newsletters and educational content.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:

We are now looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Internal Auditor to join ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems. This is a highly visible, global, and business?critical role where you will independently lead audit engagements, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to stronger governance across the division.


The role reports to the Internal Audit Director, Entrance Systems Division, with international travel of 20–30%, mainly within Europe and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute end?to?end financial and operational audits according to the annual audit plan and predefined work programs.

Skills

Comprehensive understanding of audit principles and the ability to interpret complex accounting concepts.
Solid knowledge of IFRS and experience with financial consolidation/reporting systems such as HFM, SmartView, or OneStream.

Qualifications

Experience in SOX environments or similar control frameworks is beneficial.
International audit experience, especially in North America, is an asset.

· Around 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI or machine learning solutions, with a focus on delivering real systems in production.
· Practical experience developing AI applications, ideally including Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, or similar).
· Strong programming skills (typically in Python) and experience building production-ready solutions (e.g. APIs, backend services, or pipelines).
· Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
· Solid understanding of how to connect AI solutions with data pipelines and enterprise data systems.
· Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
The ideal candidate also brings experience in areas such as agent-based systems or advanced AI architectures, as well as familiarity with LLM techniques like prompt engineering, orchestration, or context management. What you would do as our Trademark Paralegal
This paralegal role sits within the global Branding function at ASSA ABLOY and focuses on supporting the management and protection of the company’s trademarks and designs worldwide. The position plays a key administrative and coordination role in ensuring that the Group’s IP portfolio is well organized, properly maintained, and supported from both a legal and operational perspective. The role involves close collaboration with internal IP lawyers as well as external partners across different countries. The position reports directly to ASSA ABLOY’s Global Head of TM/Brand IP and is located at our office in Stockholm, Sweden.

We offer a hybrid working model and expect the candidate to be present in the office at least three days per week.

You would also:
• Maintain and update IP management systems with accurate information on trademarks and designs based on input from IP lawyers.
• Monitor disputes, deadlines, and legal matters by organizing files, calendars, and task lists.
• Track IP-related costs, manage invoices, and prepare cost reports, presentations, and supporting materials such as newsletters and educational content.
• Support online brand protection activities, including monitoring misuse, take-down processes, and management of digital assets such as domains and social media.
• Coordinate documentation and communication with internal stakeholders and external agents regarding global trademark and design filings, renewals, and portfolio management.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience in a legal, IP, or administrative environment; experience as a Junior Paralegal or Trademark Administrator is preferred. A relevant degree is required.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and information flows accurately and in a structured way.
• An interest in learning about trademark, design, and brand protection processes within an international environment.
• A good command of English, both written and spoken, and can communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
• Experience working with digital tools and systems (such as databases, tracking systems, and spreadsheets); familiarity with AI tools is considered a strong advantage.

As our AI/ML Developer, you’ll support HID’s success by:
• Collaborating closely with the AI Center of Excellence, AI teams, and product teams to align development efforts with strategic goals.

Your Experience and Background include:
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
• Proven track record in Python development with strong knowledge of NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and ML frameworks.
• Experience with AWS Machine Learning ecosystem (SageMaker, boto3, CloudWatch).
• Strong knowledge of and experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).

What would you do as our Senior Cloud & IAM Developer
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Cloud & IAM Developer to strengthen our global identity and cloud security capabilities within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions. In this role, you will take the lead in designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and innovative Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across multi-cloud environments.

Configure, administer, and optimize the Okta identity platform, including SSO integrations, SCIM provisioning, and lifecycle management.
Implement and manage authentication and authorization flows using modern identity standards such as OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0.
Establish and enforce IAM governance frameworks, access policies, and security best practices across all platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes for secure and scalable identity infrastructure.


The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, including deep expertise in Okta, AWS IAM, and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID.
Proven ability to design and implement secure authentication frameworks using OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0.
Strong understanding of SCIM provisioning, directory services (AD/LDAP), and automated user lifecycle management.
Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and a passion for building scalable, compliant, and secure cloud identity solutions.
