As part of our new IT organization, the Integration Solutions team is a cornerstone of Schibsted Media’s success. Reporting to the Application Solutions department, we collaborate closely with business units like Finance, HR, and Payroll to deliver integration services that enable efficient data exchange and empower seamless operations.

With the transition to two companies—Schibsted Media and Schibsted Marketplaces—our team is spearheading the establishment of the Integration Competency Center (ICC). Throughout 2024 and 2025, we’ll build a world-class team and ensure a successful transition of services, unlocking the full potential of our business areas.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Integration Developer with the overall responsibility of Test & Quality Assurance, you will:

- Be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that our developed services and APIs meet the highest standards of excellence, such as cost-efficiency, high availability, reliability, and performance.
- Create and document test cases based on input from Integration architects and stakeholders.
- Perform test work according to ICC Development process, principles and guidelines, and ensure automation coverage is par with the standards.
- Support and assist team members, acting as a resource for assisting on increased test & quality assurance with a kind, open-minded, and collaborative approach.
- Lead end-to-end testing efforts across various platform applications. Work closely with developers to ensure unit testing coverage increases with each change, finding efficiencies to improve.
- Take integrations from concept to production, adhering to a DevOps mindset.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate integration needs into pragmatic, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate within an open and honest agile team, working closely with Solution Architects and Integration Architects to drive improvements in tools, processes, and designs.

The main task for the Head of Talent Acquisition and their team is to set up “best in class” processes and an organization to match the strategic initiatives. YOUR MISSION AT VOI Our current TA organisation of 8 people is today based in Stockholm, Barcelona, London & Berlin. The teams cover recruitment in engineering, commercial functions and warehouse operations. During 2024, the TA teams have hired approximately 500 employees. As the new Head of TA, you will report into the VP People & Culture and be an integral part of the People & Culture leadership team. You will have an important role in developing your organization and taking it to the next level in terms of processes & ways of working. Equally important is to continue building up strong relations with other intersecting business functions e.g. Business Control, Comp & Ben etc. Naturally, you will also build strong relationships with the senior leadership team at Voi.
This will include:
Lead and scale the Talent Acquisition function: Manage a team across multiple European cities, fostering collaboration, growth, and high performance.
Proactively identify unique skills and roles, and contribute to succession planning in order to future-proof the teams.
Design and implement strategic, data-driven hiring: Build standardized, scalable processes across all role types, integrating analytics and AI to optimize decisions.
Drive international and high-volume recruitment: Oversee hiring in key European markets, balancing volume hiring with executive search and niche roles.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning: Align recruitment with business goals by collaborating with senior leaders, HRBPs, and Finance.

Lead transformation and ensure compliance: Drive TA improvements and uphold legal and diversity standards across regions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
Proven leadership experience, ideally leading distributed Talent Acquisition teams across multiple markets.
Expertise in building structure and standardisation across diverse hiring areas (R&D, Commercial, Blue-collar and Leadership roles)
A successful track record of leading Talent Acquisition initiatives in multiple countries, particularly within the UK and DACH regions.
Strong project management and change leadership skills, with a proactive approach to driving and embedding new ways of working.
Deep understanding of the dynamics between volume hiring and targeted headhunting/search.
Ability to translate strategic and operational business needs into clear, actionable Talent Acquisition plans.
Hands-on experience managing high-volume recruitment in high-growth environments, ensuring both speed and quality.
A data-driven mindset with experience from utilising AI in shaping and advancing the Talent Acquisition analytics agenda.
Skilled in coaching and partnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and leadership teams to elevate the TA function and hiring outcomes.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As a Senior Technical Project Manager in the Vehicle Hardware and QA team, you will lead global cross-functional project teams to deliver cutting-edge vehicles and hardware solutions. You will ensure projects align with business objectives while fostering a culture of great collaboration and continuous improvement.
Lead end-to-end procurement & development projects of our next-generation vehicles, batteries, & hardware modules.
Collaborate and spend significant time onsite with our suppliers in Europe & China and during the whole production cycle until launch set requirements, evaluate samples across many dimensions e.g; repairability & reliability as well as being involved in analysing issues.
Bring strong technical expertise and vehicle development knowledge to push the bar for technical excellence & hardware development both within Voi and with our suppliers.
Facilitate project planning with Voi cross-functional teams; define project scope, execution, deliverables and monitor budgets of multiple technical projects simultaneously.
Monitor project progress and give status updates to various internal stakeholders & the Management team.
Mentor and support team members in promoting best practices in smart vehicle development & project delivery.


WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in technical project management, with a strong preference from vehicle development.
You are experienced in working with different disciplines of a hardware development team including mechanical & electrical engineers, test & verification engineers as well experience working with procurement, QA and supply chain teams.
Experience of full product life cycle from setting goals to resolving in-field issues after launch.
Experience collaborating with external suppliers and with taking tough discussions with suppliers in the intersection of technical and commercial, ideally Chinese.
You have the ability to travel as the role requires frequent travel to our teams and suppliers in Europe and China.

Strong leadership skills & capable of managing diverse and cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
