In this role, you will work on a variety of ongoing projects, with a focus on technical automation solutions and expertise in property and industrial sectors. Your daily tasks will involve programming, designing layouts and creating visual representations in specialized software. You will collaborate closely with a team consisting of two project managers and three programmers specializing in ABB 800xA, along with a dedicated Siemens S7 specialist.


To succeed in this role, we see that you have: 
- At least 5 years experience hands-on experience with ABB 800xA programming
- An industrial background in areas such as power generation, heating plants or manufacturing
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal language

We're seeking an enthusiastic and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing Team in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our user acquisition and engagement efforts by creating compelling visual content for our paid advertising, CRM campaigns, and other digital channels. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your design and video-editing skills to attract new users and nurture our existing community.

What you will be doing

Design engaging and effective visual assets for various digital platforms, including social media ads, display ads, email marketing, landing pages, and website content.


Create and edit short-form video content for our digital channels to capture attention and communicate key messages.


Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team, including performance marketers and CRM specialists, to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.


Ensure all visual materials align with the Natural Cycles brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.


Contribute to the development and execution of creative concepts and visual strategies.


Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.



What skills and experience we think you have

You have a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, specifically within the digital realm.


You possess solid graphic design skills, including proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).


You have experience in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools) and are comfortable creating engaging short-form video content.


You understand the principles of effective visual communication for digital marketing purposes.


You are a proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong ability to manage your time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
MAJORITY are seeking a Platform Engineer (DevOps) to join our team and help us maintain our deployment pipelines, databases, infrastructure and security posture. You will be responsible for handling the non-functional aspects of the system, including on-call duties and conducting POCs with new technologies to improve ease of operation and cost savings. Additionally, you will be expected to script and automate day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the development teams with automation and architecture.
Automate and drive security and compliance for PCI Level-1 and SOC2 compliance, DevSecOps.
Improving the overall performance of the platform and all of its infrastructure with a focus on fast response time, scalability and resource allocation.
Continuously further develop and improve the internal tools for dev teams and help driving towards continuous delivery.
Continue the construction of a microservice architecture with the support of, among others, Kubernetes, Istio, Datadog, Elastic, Terraform.
Requirements/Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience developing tools and platforms with in-depth experience from cloud providers.
Extensive experience in Docker orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or similar
Solid Linux experience
Development/Scripting experience preferably in Python
Have an understanding and interest for CI/CD and experience with build tools/services such as AzureDevops or similar
Production experience with monitoring, logging, and distributed systems

We are looking for a passionate Product marketing manager to join our Product team’s exciting journey in building and rolling out the premiere banking and multi-service solutions for migrants and internationals. Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and updates within the mobile banking app.

Managing Translations into Spanish
Oversee the end-to-end translation process of app content.
Collaborate with translation vendors or in-house translators to ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Implement a quality assurance process to review Spanish translations before publishing to ensure consistency with brand voice and tone.
Manage timelines and workflows for translation projects, ensuring timely delivery of Spanish content for product releases.
Monitor user feedback from Spanish-speaking users to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of translations.

Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven expertise in storytelling and content creation, while maintaining consistent brand voice across a variety of channels
