Vi söker nu en erfaren bokförare och administratör på deltid
Du ska vara flexibel och snabb med en vilja att effektivisera arbetet. Du trivs att arbeta både självständigt och i ett team. Du trivs i en roll och verksamhet där det händer mycket. Du har en känsla för detaljer men är även bra på helhetssynen. Du kommer att ansvara för ett kontor med Hyresavisering i fastighetssystem REAL, förberderlser för bokföring för ett antal mindre bolag inom koncernen vilket ställer krav på att Du är strukturerad, noggrann och kvalitetsmedveten och ser till att saker och ting blir gjorda.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Ansvarig för föberedelse för företagets löpande redovisning, inkl månads-, kvartals och årsbokslut
Säkra korrekt redovisning och finansiell rapportering till ägaren själv
Skatt- , moms-, och arbetsgivardeklarationer, löner 7-8 anställda
Leverantörs reskontra
Månatlig balans avstämning
Hyres avisering REAL Fastighet, kvartalsvis, inläsningar av hyror, hantering sena hyror, uppsägningar, betalningar genom bank filer

Krav:
Gymnasieekonom eller motsvarade, alternativt civilekonom.
Inga anmärkningar i belastningsregister
5 års tidigare erfarenhet av kvalificerat ekonomiarbete, bokslut, redovisning och administration
Behärska hela redovisnings kedjan från "ax till limpa" på K3-nivå
Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel
Arbetat med löner
Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
Det är meriterande att Du har erfarenhet från fastighetsbranschen och REAL Fastighet.

Om tjänsten
Här välkomnas du till ett kreativt, talangdrivet produktionsbolag som utvecklar, producerar och distribuerar innehåll i olika genrer så som reality, drama, dokumentärer och underhållning.
Huvudkontoret är beläget i centrala stockholm där ekonomiteamet sitter. De söker nu en nyfiken student som vill ta sig an rollen som ekonomiassistent och avlasta teamet med bland annat leverantörsfakturor och kvittoredovisningar. I din roll kommer du främst att jobba nära en av kollegorna i ekonomiteamet, men stöd finns att få från hela gruppen. Under rätt omständigheter kan det även finnas möjlighet att lära sig och få arbeta med mer avancerade uppgifter.
Tjänsten är med start i augusti och på deltid. Arbetstiderna är framförallt 09-17 tisdagar och torsdagar med viss flexibilitet, på plats på kontoret. Vi ser att du som söker rollen har ett flexibelt schema och möjlighet att arbeta dessa dagar framöver. Under framtida somrar finns det möjlighet att arbeta fler timmar.

Vi söker dig som
Studerar en eftergymnasial utbildning på minst 50% inom ekonomi och har minst 1,5 år kvar av studierna
Har en grundförståelse och ett intresse för redovisning
Har erfarenhet av arbete i Excel: kunna hantera stora datamängder i excel genom att sortera, filtrera samt summera och gärna kunskap i enklare formler

Det här är en roll för dig som trivs med att arbeta nära affären, gillar struktur och vill vara ett tryggt stöd till ett säljteam i högt tempo. Uppdraget omfattar 50 -75%, med fysisk närvaro på kontoret tisdagar och torsdagar. Vi ser gärna att du är tillgänglig även övriga dagar för löpande frågor och uppföljning. Arbetsplatsen är centralt belägen vid Hötorget i Stockholm.
 
Om rollen 
Ekonomiflödena hanteras i affärssystemet Kleer, vilket innebär att rollen inte omfattar traditionell löpande bokföring. Däremot behöver du förstå ekonomiska samband och känna dig trygg med att arbeta med uppföljning och kontroll. Rollen innebär mycket arbete med uppföljning och statistik, där Excel är ett viktigt arbetsverktyg. Du behöver därför vara bekväm med att sammanställa, strukturera och analysera data samt arbeta med löpande administration och säljstöd till kundansvariga på Pro4U. 
 
Du kommer bland annat att:
Göra enklare avstämningar, exempelvis mot huvudbok
Hantera tidrapportering, fakturering och krediteringar vid behov
Följa upp affärsdata kopplat till försäljning och göra viss analys  
Säkerställa att siffror och underlag är korrekta
Ge administrativt stöd till säljarna
Bidra till struktur i interna processer och system

Det handlar om att skapa kontroll och kvalitet i flödena – så att affären kan utvecklas utan friktion.

What you will do as our AI Engineer / Data Scientist

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
· Around 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI or machine learning solutions, with a focus on delivering real systems in production.
· Practical experience developing AI applications, ideally including Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, or similar).
· Strong programming skills (typically in Python) and experience building production-ready solutions (e.g. APIs, backend services, or pipelines).
· Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
· Solid understanding of how to connect AI solutions with data pipelines and enterprise data systems.
· Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
The ideal candidate also brings experience in areas such as agent-based systems or advanced AI architectures, as well as familiarity with LLM techniques like prompt engineering, orchestration, or context management. A background in data science, machine learning, or statistical modelling is considered a strong plus, particularly for use cases such as anomaly detection.
Familiarity with MLOps practices, scalable system design, or data visualization tools is beneficial, as is an academic background in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or similar).
