What would you do as our Finance Business Partner
The Finance Business Partner will be part of the ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions finance team in Stockholm and act as a partner to functions in the organization. The Finance Business Partner will also ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, reviewing, producing various financial analyses and presentations. The role will take part both in the Forecast cycles as well as monthly, quarterly and annual closing. Our finance team manages multiple areas both locally and internationally, including, but not limited to, accounting, controlling, reporting, consolidation, forecasting, analysis, and internal control. Personal characteristics as being communicative and collaborating well with people will be important since the role is working closely with several functions. The Finance Business Partner will report to Director and Head of Business Control Global Solutions.

You would also:
• Develop new analyses.
• Work together with the global finance team to perform- and deliver on ad-hoc requests from various parts of the organization.
• Prepare business forecasts and budgets.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
• University degree within Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• Some years of relevant work experience, e.g. Finance Business Partner, Controller or similar.
• Experience and understanding of IFRS.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Excellent command of English, ability to communicate in Swedish with our internal stakeholders.

LSS/SoL-hälsan söker nu en administrativ assistent för ett vikariat under juni, juli , augusti. Verksamhetens grunduppdrag är att erbjuda kommunal primärvård till personer som bor på särskilt boende inom LSS eller Socialpsykiatri och/eller som vistas på daglig verksamhet. I rollen som administrativ assistent är du en viktig kugge för att vårt uppdrag ska fungera. Din roll

Din kompetens och erfarenhet

We are now looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Internal Auditor to join ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems. This is a highly visible, global, and business?critical role where you will independently lead audit engagements, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to stronger governance across the division.


The role reports to the Internal Audit Director, Entrance Systems Division, with international travel of 20–30%, mainly within Europe and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute end?to?end financial and operational audits according to the annual audit plan and predefined work programs.

Skills
Strong project management capabilities, including managing multiple audits simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines.

Comprehensive understanding of audit principles and the ability to interpret complex accounting concepts.

Experience in SOX environments or similar control frameworks is beneficial.
International audit experience, especially in North America, is an asset.
Willingness to travel internationally (20–30%).

What you will do as our AI Engineer / Data Scientist
As our AI Engineer, you will focus on building and deploying AI-powered applications, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI and modern AI system architectures. You will take ownership of transforming existing prototypes into robust, production-ready solutions, while contributing to the broader AI capability within the team. Your responsibility will include designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using LLMs, including RAG pipelines and agent-based systems.
You would also:
· Take existing AI proof-of-concepts and evolve them into scalable, production-ready solutions, including developing and maintaining backend services and APIs to expose AI capabilities.
· Build, connect, and manage AI pipelines alongside underlying data pipelines to enable end-to-end intelligent systems.
· Design, deploy, and operate AI solutions on cloud platforms (primarily Azure, with exposure to AWS where relevant).
· Implement LLM-based solutions using prompt engineering, context management, and orchestration techniques.
· Collaborate with stakeholders in Internal Audit and across the business to translate requirements into practical AI solutions.
· Contribute to data analysis, modelling, and exploratory work, and support dashboards or visualizations to communicate insights and monitor performance.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
· Around 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI or machine learning solutions, with a focus on delivering real systems in production.
· Practical experience developing AI applications, ideally including Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, or similar).
· Strong programming skills (typically in Python) and experience building production-ready solutions (e.g. APIs, backend services, or pipelines).
· Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
· Solid understanding of how to connect AI solutions with data pipelines and enterprise data systems.
· Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
The ideal candidate also brings experience in areas such as agent-based systems or advanced AI architectures, as well as familiarity with LLM techniques like prompt engineering, orchestration, or context management. A background in data science, machine learning, or statistical modelling is considered a strong plus, particularly for use cases such as anomaly detection.
Familiarity with MLOps practices, scalable system design, or data visualization tools is beneficial, as is an academic background in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or similar).

What you would do as our Trademark Paralegal
This paralegal role sits within the global Branding function at ASSA ABLOY and focuses on supporting the management and protection of the company’s trademarks and designs worldwide. The position plays a key administrative and coordination role in ensuring that the Group’s IP portfolio is well organized, properly maintained, and supported from both a legal and operational perspective. You would also:
• Maintain and update IP management systems with accurate information on trademarks and designs based on input from IP lawyers.
• Monitor disputes, deadlines, and legal matters by organizing files, calendars, and task lists.
• Track IP-related costs, manage invoices, and prepare cost reports, presentations, and supporting materials such as newsletters and educational content.
• Support online brand protection activities, including monitoring misuse, take-down processes, and management of digital assets such as domains and social media.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience in a legal, IP, or administrative environment; experience as a Junior Paralegal or Trademark Administrator is preferred. A relevant degree is required.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and information flows accurately and in a structured way.
• An interest in learning about trademark, design, and brand protection processes within an international environment.
• A good command of English, both written and spoken, and can communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
