About the Role
Are you ready to step into a role where every second counts? We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented RTA to join our team and help us keep our Samsung operations running seamlessly. Key Responsibilities
As a Real-Time Analyst for Samsung, amongst other duties, you will:
Keep your finger on the pulse—monitor real-time data, agent activity, and performance to ensure everything stays on track.
Act quickly—raise alerts and escalate issues when things don’t go as planned.
Be an efficiency expert—analyse trends, recommend solutions, and optimise staffing and resources in real-time.
Collaborate with brilliant minds—work closely with operations, workforce teams, and IT to solve challenges as they arise.
Stay ahead of the curve—update attendance records, manage skill changes, and ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
Ensure local labour laws are adhered to at all times.
Sharing data on a weekly/monthly basis with local Operations to ensure that individual and team performance targets are met.

What We’re Looking For
Language Skills: Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Education: Completion of secondary school/Gymnasium.
Characteristics: Adaptable, patient, with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. Prior experience is meritorious but not required – we value your personality and drive above all.
Strong analytical skills and a high level of proficiency in Excel and/or reporting tools

Krisberedskapsavdelning arbetar dygnet runt, årets alla dagar med att bevaka och analysera händelser åt hela totalförsvaret som inträffat eller befaras inträffa i Sverige eller på annan plats av betydelse för svenska intressen eller svenska medborgare.
Bevakningen av nationella och internationella händelser kan vara avgörande för att vidta rätt åtgärder för att förebygga, mildra eller helt förhindra oönskade konsekvenser.

Arbetet gruppchef
Som Gruppchef för Analytikerteamet är du en av flera gruppchefer inom Krisberedskapsavdelningen (KBA). Tillsammans med avdelningschefen utgör ni den lokala ledningsgruppen och ansvarar för att leda både det strategiska och operativa arbetet inom avdelningen.
Du har ansvaret för att koordinera och styra krisberedskapsavdelningens informationshantering. Detta inkluderar att inrikta, samla in, bearbeta, analysera och förmedla både intern och extern information. Informationshanteringen är händelsestyrd, vilket innebär att arbetet ofta präglas av korta ledtider och krav på snabb, högkvalitativ leverans.
Som första linjens chef leder du analysgruppen, som består av medarbetare med olika roller och kompetenser. Med ett närvarande och coachande ledarskap arbetar du för att stötta och utveckla varje individ i teamet. Du bidrar även till avdelningens kollektiva ledarskap, där samarbete med dina chefskollegor skapar goda förutsättningar för hela medarbetargruppen.
Dina ansvarsområden omfattar:
Arbetsmiljö: Delegerat arbetsmiljöansvar och arbetsmiljöarbete.
Medarbetarsamtal: Genomföra regelbundna samtal för utveckling och uppföljning.

Vi söker dig som har en högskoleutbildning med inriktning mot analys, risk- eller krishantering, eller motsvarande utbildning och erfarenhet som bedöms likvärdig. Du är en inspirerande ledare och ambassadör som har lätt för att engagera och involvera ditt team. Din kommunikativa förmåga i både tal och skrift är en av dina styrkor.
Du drivs av att arbeta med och för människor, och din samarbetsförmåga gör dig till en lagspelare som samtidigt kan arbeta självständigt. Arbeta hos SOS Alarm
Arbetstidens förläggning är som grund dagtid men i din roll som gruppchef kan du behöva arbeta flexibla tider som kan variera utifrån verksamhetens behov, då avdelningen arbetar dygnsgående tjänst.
Förtroendearbetstid tillämpas för tjänsten och placering är i Stockholm.
Vi tillämpar 6 månaders provanställning. Startdatum april-maj 2025.

Your role in customer support
In your role, you will answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle chat inquiries from customers, focusing on financial matters. This can include anything from bills and contracts to financing a product over time. In addition to this, you will provide high-level professional service for a well-known brand and handle various customer inquiries to meet their needs. You strive to provide our customers with a first-class customer experience. You will have a lot of responsibility, but you will never be left without support thanks to our clear routines, a strong team spirit, and high engagement among both colleagues and leaders – at Transcom, we all work as one!
Position: CSR (Customer Service Representative) Transcom
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 07:45-16:30.
Work location: Kistagången 10, Stockholm
Employment type: Full-time (100%)
Fixed monthly salary with the possibility of bonuses based on customer satisfaction and efficiency on both team and individual levels.
Collective agreement: Call/Contact Center and Market Research companies
Employment form: Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone with good patience and that extra touch when it comes to service. Fluent in spoken and written Danish.
