What you will do
At Brite you will be part of our highly skilled QA team where we take accountability for the QA and Test strategy, toolset, and processes. We also work across the Engineering teams to support them in their quality and test work as well as assisting them with deploying high quality solutions.Your responsibilities will include
Work on a daily basis with the QA and Test domains at the company. Together with your fellow QA team mates you take accountability for our QA and Test Strategies, the test management and the testing tools and frameworks we need to deliver quality products.
Supporting one or multiple Engineering teams as they mature in writing and executing tests and other quality verification tools. Your focus is on improving how the team works.
In this senior role you are also expected to be a mentor for other QA engineers as they grow their skill sets over time.
Reporting and Monitoring tools are a vital part of improving our work, both in engineering and in QA. You are going to share responsibility with other engineers in improving our tools.

Are you a brite mind?
You are a leader with a solid technical background in modern development. You have experience from managing or facilitating technical collaborations between teams and departments. In the past you have had formal leadership roles such as Tech Lead, Development Manager or as an Architect. You have experience collaborating in creating Architectural visions and how to communicate them to the relevant stakeholders. You are a developer at heart! The ideal candidate has:
Experience in Test Automation and manual software testing.
Experience from working in a micro service architecture
Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, methods and techniques
5+ year of professional work experience
Having mentored other QA engineers, for example in a formal or informal leadership role.

Good to have experience:
Experience with Selenium, Cypress or any other relevant modern automation tool
Experience with Postman, Charles
Experience with Javascript/Typescript, Python
Knowledge of Gherkin or another BDD tool.

The Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing Brite’s product strategy from our Stockholm office. What we are looking for As the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) at Brite AB, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our Sweden-based anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF) and sanctions programs for our EU operations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Brite's policies. Collaborating with the teams in our headquarters in Stockholm (including the Management, Financial Crimes Prevention and Compliance teams), your responsibilities will include support with and oversight of the first line AML, CTF and sanctions activities, investigating and reporting suspicious transactions escalated by the business, and ensuring adherence to best practice, the Swedish FSA’s expectations and regulatory frameworks.

Your duties will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Serve as Brite AB's MLRO located in Sweden, liaising with both internal and external parties on financial crime matters.


Oversee and together with the Head of Financial Crime Prevention refine Brite's AML/CTF and sanctions program, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.


Following up and testing compliance and quality in the anti-financial crimes work.


Conduct investigations, detect and report suspicious activities, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.


Provide guidance on AML, CTF, and sanctions compliance, and lead financial crime awareness training for staff.


Regularly report on financial crime risks and compliance to the board and management.


Contribute to the timely regulatory reporting on AML to the Swedish FSA.


Update governing documents for financial crimes compliance and give input to other policy owners as required.


Stay informed on regulatory developments within financial crimes, assess their impact on Brite and participate in implementation projects.


Perform risk assessments, support other departments in regulatory compliance, and handle internal and external audits.

What you will do
Brite is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for an AML Analyst with iGaming experience to strengthen our operation team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and managing risks related to money laundering, financial crime, and regulatory compliance.
As an AML Analyst at Brite, you will:
Perform first-line risk work, including merchant KYC, ensuring compliance with external and internal regulations.

Who you are

To succeed in this role, you should have: At least 4 years of experience in AML/KYC/Compliance within the iGaming industry. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as AMLD, GDPR, and other compliance requirements in both fintech and gaming sectors. Experience with transaction monitoring and risk assessment. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
