Vi söker en Erfaren Avdelningsassistent/Sekreterare till ett internationellt bolag i Södertälje. Start snarast möjligt, 10 månaders tidsbegränsat uppdrag.

Företaget genomgår nu en transformation från att vara en leverantör av lastbilar, bussar och motorer till en leverantör av kompletta och hållbara transportlösningar. Vill du vara med på resan? Avdelningen System Platform är en växande organisation med idag ca 260 anställda. Vi ansvarar för utvecklingen av företagets elektriska plattform med allt från elektriska komponenter och kablage till den övergripande arkitekturen och verktyg nödvändiga för vår mjukvaruutveckling. Vi är ute på en mycket spännande resa där det kommer att hända många spännande saker framöver.
Uppdraget:
Vi söker nu en avdelningsassistent (10 månaders tidsbegränsat uppdrag), med möjlighet till eventuellt fortsatt arbete inom sektionerna på avdelningen.
Dina arbetsuppgifter:
Som avdelningsassistent kommer du att ha ett stort administrativt ansvar och du kommer att arbeta nära avdelningschefen och stötta i det dagliga arbetet. Genom att självständigt planera chefskalender, förbereda möten och liknande ligger du hela tiden steget före.
Du deltar aktivt i avdelningens ledningsgrupp och ansvarar för avdelningens och ledningsgruppens årskalender och har en helhetsbild. Du bokar avdelningsmöten, chefsmöten, m.m. och ansvarar för förberedelser och genomförande tillsammans med dina kollegor i chefsgruppen. Du är aktiv på olika möten och ansvarar för protokollskrivningen i realtid för personal-, process- och teknikmöten.
Vidare har du en samordnande roll för avdelningens övriga assistenter. Ni jobbar nära med förbättringsarbete och med att utveckla och effektivisera våra administrativa rutiner. Din roll har många kontaktytor och arbetet bedrivs både självständigt och i team, varför teamwork är en viktig beståndsdel för att få arbetet att fungera. Du ingår i R&Ds; assistentnätverk samt E-sektorns, där du är med och utvecklar effektivare arbetssätt.
Din profil:
Som avdelningsassistent har du varierande arbetsuppgifter och kan driva flera parallella aktiviteter. Vi söker dig som har flera års erfarenhet av sekreterar-/administrativt arbete; du ska känna dig trygg och bekväm i rollen.
Du trivs i en roll som är föränderlig och som ställer stora krav på flexibilitet, samt gillar att arbeta med människor i en teknisk miljö. Du är en kreativ problemlösare med god förmåga att utrycka dig i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska, då vi har många internationella medarbetare och företaget ingår i TRATON koncernen.
Du är inte rädd för att ta för dig och skapa kontaktnät utanför din egen organisation. Som avdelningsassistent har du även kontakt med assistentkollegor inom TRATON-koncernen (MAN och Navistar), så du talar och skriver obehindrat i både svenska och engelska.
Du är strukturerad, organiserad och klarar av att jobba under tidspress, då tempot tidvis är högt. Du har god framförhållning och är väl uppdaterad när det gäller dina arbetsuppgifter och ligger alltid steget före i förberedelserna.
Ett gott ordningssinne, hög integritet och god samarbetsförmåga samt en genuin känsla för service är också viktiga personliga egenskaper. Naturligtvis arbetar du obehindrat i Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook m.m.) och annan modern teknisk utrustning.
Detta är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid via Incluso i Södertälje, rollen kräver 100% on-site i Södertälje. Start är snarast möjligt och uppdraget löper initialt i 10 månader, eventuell möjlighet till förlängning efter det.

· Experience supporting research or innovation environments is a plus.

About the position

Experience in working with recruitment and Talent Acquisition is a must (at least 2-3 years).

We are now looking for a Business Controller with an interest in and understanding of Technology.
As Business Controller, you will collaborate and work closely with stakeholders and other senior leaders within and outside Business Tech. A central part of the role will be to guide and support your units and to contribute to continuous improvement.
Your main focus is to enable and encourage a sound business mindset for the invested funds to maximize business value in line with company objectives, while ensuring good control and knowledge of our spend.
As a Business Controller, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative team working closely with fellow controllers on a daily basis.
