Att jobba som testare Pega

Som SIT testare i team Pega kommer du spela en viktig roll i att säkerställa hög kvalité inom Skandiabankens låneprocess och bidra till att den fungerar smidigt för våra kunder.
Du kommer att planera och utföra manuella tester och bidra till att gå mot mer automatiserade tester. Testerna inkluderar funktionella, end-to-end och regressionstester
Verktyg som används är Swagger för testdatatjänster, readyAPI för API tester, Splunk för att hämta svar från tjänsterna och Browserstack för att testa mobila gränssnittet.

Du blir en del av ett engagerat team som består av två testare, fem utvecklare, en specialist och en produktägare. Vi arbetar agilt enligt SAFe metoden. Teamet arbetar mycket tätt tillsammans genom bland annat partestning för att dela kunskap och utvecklas tillsammans. För att säkerställa ett bra testflöde kommer du även arbeta över stora kontaktytor nära andra team. Vi är ett engelskspråkigt team, vilket innebär att all kommunikation och dokumentation sker på engelska. Du kommer i rollen att rapportera till en av våra gruppchefer inom IT Bank.

Vi sitter alla i Stockholm och arbetar hybrid vilket innebär att vi ses på kontoret tre dagar i veckan.
För att lyckas i rollen

Vi söker dig som har flera års erfarenhet som testare i Pega. Du kan kommunicera på engelska flytande både i tal och skrift. Som person trivs du i en miljö där samarbete och kommunikation är avgörande för att lyckas i rollen. Dessutom har du en naturlig nyfikenhet för att lära dig nya saker.

Extra meriterande för rollen är om du har erfarenhet av bolåneprocesser, tidigare arbetat i en agil kontext samt kan kommunicera på svenska.

About the role
As a Senior Test and Verification Engineer, you will join a cross-functional team using agile methodology to develop medical software applications. You’ll drive quality assurance through testing and verification, collaborating with back-end developers and product owners. Your work will support continuous integration, ensuring our products meet requirements and design standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review system and software requirements.
Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for web-based applications.
Build automation test suites for frontend web applications.
Perform test planning and support release activities.
Create and maintain test artifacts, such as specifications and reports.
Write clear problem reports to identify root causes and help prioritize fixes.
Documentation - such as test reports, and formal reports that require signatures.

Who are you?
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy sharing knowledge with your team. You also need to possess strong communication skills that enable you to navigate seamlessly between teams, ensuring smooth collaboration. In addition to your interpersonal strengths, you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in software testing and verification.
Key qualifications include:
Familiarity with safety-critical software development.
Experience with creating automation testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of web-based testing and tools (e.g., Mabl is a plus).
Strong programming skills and a deep understanding of testing concepts.
Experience with non-functional testing (e.g., security, performance, maintainability).

Having an ISTQB certification and experience in full-stack automation testing is considered a plus. Programming skills, particularly in Java and Kotlin, are also meritorious.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

? Interpret stakeholder requirements to develop, implement, and fine-tune machine learning models that address their specific needs and business objectives.
? Improve and maintain existing machine learning models to enhance their performance, accuracy, and efficiency over time as well as following new regulations.
? Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including product, engineering, and business, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of machine learning solutions with overall company goals.
? Analyse and transform data using to prepare datasets for machine learning model development and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
? Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and promotions.
? Collaborate with external parties to enable outsourced ML based applications.
? Perform advanced analysis on large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform the business to make informed decisions

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Domain Architect (DA), you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing the architecture of our Payments domain with a main focus on evolving our Payments gateway, within our organization. As a DA, you will ensure that our systems and solutions are scalable and reliable and align with the overall enterprise architecture, business goals, and industry best practices. You will belong to the architect team within Payments and report to the Head of Engineering.


YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

? Develop and maintain the architecture for the Payments domain.
? Define architecture principles, models, and guidelines.
? Ensure the architecture is scalable, resilient, and aligned with business and overall IT strategies.
? Work closely with business stakeholders such as PMs (Product Managers) and POs (Product Owners) to understand their needs and translate them into architectural solutions.
? Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance processes.
? Responsible for maintaining and further developing the technical roadmap for the payments domain.
? Drive continuous improvement in the Payment architecture, ensuring it evolves in response to changing business needs and technological advancements as well as legal requirements.
? Maintain comprehensive documentation of the architecture, including diagrams, models, and decision logs.

Who are we looking for
We're looking for a real software craftsman that has significant experience in Java and backend system development and thrives in an atmosphere where learning new technologies is key.
We’d love to hear from you if:
You have experience with common Java frameworks such as Spring and JPA
You’re no stranger to working with relational databases such as My.
You have experience in building scalable and fault-tolerant systems and are familiar with microservice architectures.
Bonus points if you have used (but by no means necessary) Kotlin, Akka, Hazelcast, Elasticsearch, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Consul, Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
