We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in fostering a data-driven culture across our organisation, enabling departments to leverage data comprehensively and facilitating data teams in building models, AI, and machine learning solutions.


Your expertise will drive the development and maintenance of our state-of-the-art cloud-based data platform, which is central to powering our globally recognized brand. In this role, you will see a direct correlation between your work, company growth, and user satisfaction.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:


Build and maintain highly scalable and robust data management systems tailored to specific business needs and challenges.
Ensure systems meet business requirements and industry practices for data integrity, security, and accessibility.
Build, maintain, develop, test, deploy and enhance our data pipelines and systems
Collaborate with data team and stakeholders including data architects, Executive and Product from the beginning to the delivery of a project
Ensure the highest quality of data is made available throughout the entire organisation and systems meeting our SLAs



OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Experience working in an online, gaming, or fast-moving industry
3+ years of work experience in data engineers and data platforms
Must have experience in successfully implementing data-centric applications, such as data warehouses, operational data stores, and data integration projects
Experience with , ETL, data modelling, and Python
Proven experience with Bigquery
Proficient with one or more big data & new data technologies such as DBT, Apache NiFi, Airflow, Kafka

Vi tar fram data som behövs för kundens beslutsunderlag och blir lätt spindeln i nätet i våra kunduppdrag. Vi tycker det är kul med samarbete och känner en stor samhörighet inom teamet men också med kollegorna i företagets andra team.
Du kommer att arbeta som GIS-konsult med fokus på databaser och datahantering/bearbetning. Rollen som konsult är mycket bred, du är många gånger delaktig från allra första början i projekten och diskuterar både arkitekturfrågor och tillvägagångssätt, många gånger i workshopform, för att sedan arbeta med själva genomförandet.
Säkerhetsprövning tillkommer i vissa av våra uppdrag.
Om dig
Du har relevant högskole- eller universitetsexamen
Du har minst 5 års erfarenhet av datamodulering, prestandaoptimering av databaser ArcGIS-plattformens geodatabaser samt Microsoft Server, Oracle eller Postgre
Du har goda kunskaper i Pythonutveckling och gärna FME
Du har god förståelse av ArcGIS-plattformen och dess programvara
Du har lätt för att kommunicera tekniska koncept till icke-tekniska intressenter både på svenska och engelska

Job description
We are looking for a JavaScript Engineer.
The team is responsible for development and maintenance of all sports betting in Leovegas Group, including the brands Leovegas, Expekt, Royal Panda, Bet UK and 21.co.uk.
Leovegas is unique in its variety of both being shared among several brands making scalability and efficiency important, as well as being customized to support each brand’s different needs.You will be backed up by your extended team of a team lead, product manager, developers and designers.
The team you will be a part of is highly technically skilled, self-motivated, and a mix of employees based in Stockholm but remote work is allowed.
Who are we looking for?
You are familiar with coding with typescript
You have a passion for technology and clever solutions
Driven to learn and apply the latest techniques
Other skills that will come in handy
NodeJS, GraphQL, Jest, Relay, Webpack
Previous experience working with microservices and micro-frontends

Working Hours:
We have a work from home policy during Covid-19 times. The team is based in Stockholm but remote work is allowed.
