Du behöver inte ha tidigare erfarenhet från branschen, det viktigaste är att du har ett genuint teknikintresse, vilja att lära dig och rätt inställning. Resten lär vi dig på plats!
I den här rollen blir du en del av ett engagerat team där du under sommaren arbetar med att testa, felsöka, reparera och kvalitetssäkra IT-utrustning så att den kan användas på nytt.

Rollbeskrivning
Vi söker en erfaren Testutvecklare för ett uppdrag i ett backendteam med fokus på observability och kvalitetssäkring. Rollen är hands-on och innebär att omsätta befintlig strategi i praktiken genom konkret implementation, anpassning och förankring i teamets dagliga arbetssätt. Du bidrar till ett datadrivet förhållningssätt kring prestanda, stabilitet och kvalitet – och hjälper teamet att bygga upp långsiktig förmåga inom dessa områden.
Arbetsuppgifter
Implementera och införa observability i applikationer, inklusive metrics, loggar och tracing
Sätta upp dashboards, larm och mätetal i Grafana
Planera och genomföra systemövergripande prestandatester, inklusive utveckling av testscript
Analysera produktionsdata och testdata för att identifiera prestandaproblem och flaskhalsar
Genomföra riktade prestandatester och ta fram rapporter med rekommendationer baserade på testresultat
Bidra till ett datadrivet arbetssätt kring prestanda, stabilitet och kvalitet
Etablera hållbara arbetssätt och stärka teamets kompetens inom observability och prestandatestning

Krav
Minst 5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av prestandatestning i komplexa systemmiljöer
Erfarenhet av att planera och genomföra systemövergripande prestandatester
Erfarenhet av analys och tolkning av prestandadata
Erfarenhet av att arbeta nära utvecklingsteam i agila miljöer
Erfarenhet av att implementera prestandatester, inklusive utveckling av testscript (t.ex. i Locust eller motsvarande)
Erfarenhet av verktyget Locust för prestandatestning
Erfarenhet av observability och monitorering, exempelvis OpenTelemetry, Grafana och Prometheus

Vi söker en erfaren och driven IT-testare för ett affärskritiskt integrationsprojekt inom varuförsörjning. Uppdraget ingår i ett större moderniseringsprogram och fokuserar på att etablera stabila integrationer mot flera angränsande system. Projektet befinner sig i en intensiv genomförandefas inför pilotstart och utrullning – här gör din insats verklig skillnad.

What you will do as our AI Engineer / Data Scientist
As our AI Engineer, you will focus on building and deploying AI-powered applications, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI and modern AI system architectures. Your responsibility will include designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using LLMs, including RAG pipelines and agent-based systems.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
· Around 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI or machine learning solutions, with a focus on delivering real systems in production.
· Practical experience developing AI applications, ideally including Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, or similar).
· Strong programming skills (typically in Python) and experience building production-ready solutions (e.g. APIs, backend services, or pipelines).
· Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
· Solid understanding of how to connect AI solutions with data pipelines and enterprise data systems.
· Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
The ideal candidate also brings experience in areas such as agent-based systems or advanced AI architectures, as well as familiarity with LLM techniques like prompt engineering, orchestration, or context management. A background in data science, machine learning, or statistical modelling is considered a strong plus, particularly for use cases such as anomaly detection.
Familiarity with MLOps practices, scalable system design, or data visualization tools is beneficial, as is an academic background in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or similar).
