THE ROLE?

As our PMO Manager, you will be working in a small dynamic team and report to the Chief Project Officer. You will be working cross-functionally between all the departments and drive the PMO strategy for our projects, and supporting the corporate development within Hexicon. Besides this, you will be in charge of managing and expanding the PMO department.?

To be successful in the role of PMO Manager, you should be familiar with implementing improvement processes and have a detail-oriented mindset. You should also have an extensive experience with project management, and strategic development processes, be able to support where necessary, and not be afraid to coach the project teams on new standards and processes. ?? ?



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE?

- Develop and implement project management standards, templates and processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across projects

- Track the progress of each project via project reports and update progress dashboards for management and stakeholders

- Schedule, plan, and programme projects in Primavera P6 and/or MS Projects while working closely with the Project Managers

- Support M&A processes by managing data rooms and lead document control

- Work with key stakeholders to identify, analyze and assess project risks. Establish and track risk mitigation plans

- Create and review documentation for project creation, development and implementation



YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE??

- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or similar education

- 6+ years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years in PMO or project development in the energy industry or in complex engineering and construction projects

- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint

- Self-motivated, creative & effective problem solver

- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks

- Fluency in English (excellency in writing)



IT’S NICE IF YOU HAVE??

- Previous experience working with Sharepoint, MS Project and/or Primavera P6

- Experience in the energy industry

- Fluency in Swedish

Som energisamordnare hos oss har du ett nära samarbete med kontorets kundförvaltare, teknikförvaltare, projektledare och driftenhet och är kontorets expertstöd inom energieffektivisering med ansvar för bland annat kontorets energiuppföljning.

Din kompetens och erfarenhet

Vi söker dig som har

relevant högskoleutbildning eller annan eftergymnasial utbildning med inriktning inom energi, alternativt har du införskaffat motsvarande kunskaper genom arbetslivserfarenhet
aktuell erfarenhet av att leda och att följa upp energieffektiviseringsarbeten
gediget kunnande inom energianvändning i fastigheter, både praktiskt och teoretiskt
erfarenhet av administrativa arbetsuppgifter och van användare av de vanligaste Officeprogrammen
god förmåga att uttrycka dig väl på svenska i både tal och skrift.

Fastighetsavdelningen förvaltar fastighetsnämndens fastigheter och byggnader men har även förvaltningsuppdrag åt andra nämnder inom staden. Några exempel på fastigheter är Kulturhuset, Stockholms stadsbibliotek, Liljevalchs och Östermalmshallen samt idrottsanläggningar som exempelvis Eriksdalsbadet. Avdelningen består av fem enheter och innefattar förutom enheten teknikspecialister två kundförvaltarenheter, driftenheten samt enheten teknikförvaltning.

With the new HeatPower 300 launched to the market and a growing interest and recent orders, Climeon needs to strengthen the Finance team with an Accountant that will help guide our company´s growth and contribute to future financial success.

We’re looking for a meticulous and positive individual to join our finance team and play a pivotal role in managing our financial landscape. You will be working with ongoing accounting in the general ledger and underlying sub-ledgers, overseeing foreign subsidiaries, and managing currency reconciliations. You will also play an active role in monthly and quarterly reporting as well as provide support to Climeons operational departments.

Some of your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, invoicing, and inventory transactions with a focus on accuracy.

- Execute currency reconciliations and monitor foreign currency transactions.

- Facilitate intercompany transactions and ensure seamless reconciliations.

- Register and monitor fixed assets to uphold accurate financial records.

- Handle periodic compilations, VAT, and employer declarations for regulatory compliance.

- Collaborate in monthly reconciliations alongside the Accounting Manager and the rest of the finance team.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we seek someone with a relevant education within Finance/Accounting as well as at least two years relevant experience in operational accounting. We believe that you have strong familiarity with financial systems such as Business Central or other ERP platforms as well as good skills in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must, Swedish language skills are considered a big plus.

We are now looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our Research & Development team. As an Electrical Engineer at Climeon, you will be designing, integrating, testing and installing new products as well as supporting our existing products.
The role includes:
Electrical system and cabinet design including power electronics, power supply systems, motor/generator control systems, control and automation systems, safety systems
Specification, design, integration, verification and commissioning of the systems above
Prepare and review electrical drawings and schematics
Configuration and design of electrical drive interfaces
Designing for and verifying compliance with applicable international electrical standards and class requirements (including grid codes)
Design for Manufacturing/Design for Assembly
Power system analysis, fault/load calculations, protection
Cable sizing
Electrical safety work

Who are you?
To succeed in this role we seek someone with the following:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. within Electrical development or similar
Minimum five years’ work experience within electrical development, power systems and/or power electronics
Knowledge within power electronics, automation, switchgear and inverters
Hands-on experience working with multimeter, oscilloscope etc.
Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus

Experience from the maritime industry
Understanding or experience of power plant design or ship electrical system design
