Would you like to work with a product loved by millions and millions of kids all across the world? Do you want to work with a gaming studio who truly believes in the power of play?

As the Campaign Manager for Toca Life, you’ll be responsible for creating, executing and monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure that they achieve their objectives. You’ll work closely with Alexandra, the Marketing Manager for Toca Life, to deliver high impact campaigns and initiatives primarily towards the North American and UK markets.

You’ll ensure the campaigns are brimming with creativity and are sparked a passion for Toca Life, its players and future fans.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll create and plan integrated marketing campaigns that are anchored in the Toca Life marketing strategy, franchise strategy and brand DNA. You’ll analyze historical and current campaign data to optimize marketing campaign direction, strategy and value.

You’ll work closely with the creative hub (a team of animators, artists and copywriters) in order to turn your campaign ideas into communication with impact. You’ll ensure the campaigns deliver on brand and brief by feedbacking on the campaign material, proofreading copy and so on.

You’ll stay up to date with the latest market research and trend analysis in order to understand kids. You’ll use this knowledge as inspiration for our marketing campaigns.
Is this you?
You have a few years experience in marketing, meaning you have experience driving digital marketing campaigns from start to finish. You also have an understanding of performance marketing through paid user acquisition.

You’re data driven, with an analytical mindset and strong understanding of key performance metrics. You’re able to evaluate performance marketing campaigns in order to identify what works and what key learnings can be brought into future campaigns.

You’re fluent in both spoken and written English, and you believe in the power of play!

You have to be located in Sweden as we won't be offering any relocation for this particular position.

I rollen stöttar du även med att administrera event samt webinar internt som externt.

Du blir en del av det svenska marknadsteamet där alla i teamet skapar innehåll för att stötta vår kund i sin beslutprocess. Din bakgrund
Vi ser att du har någon form av utbilding inom marknadsföring eller marketing automation.

- Du har under cirka 3-5 år byggt framgångsrika inbound kampanjer med B2B-kommunikation mot företagskunder med långa säljcykler.
- Du är van av att ta ägarskap över Hubspot med uppdateringar, automatiseringslistor och rapporter. Vidare har du erfarenhet av att initiera kampanjer, ta fram dashboards och bygga arbetsflöden.



Denna roll vänder sig i första hand till den svenska marknaden och svenska kunder, men som ett globalt företag behöver vi arbeta och påverka intressenter på engelska.

As Brand Partnership Manager for Toca Life, you'll not only identify potential brand collaborations, you'll also be the one to make sure they happen.

You’ll be part of a diverse and growing marketing team that consists of 26 experienced marketeers covering everything from performance marketing to designing assets and creatives that kids love.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager for Toca Life to identify potential partners that deliver on strategy. You’ll create best in class pitch decks that embody the Toca Life brand essence to get the partners onboard. The collaborations will leverage in-app features, be in tune with the audience, and have a clear business rationale.

You’ll pitch and plan integrated 3rd Party Collaborations that are anchored in the Toca Life marketing strategy, franchise strategy and brand DNA.

You’ll supervise the execution of collaborations to ensure that they deliver against agreement, this includes collaborating with content teams, proofreading copy, feedback on campaign material and so on.

You’ll consolidate reports of performance and results, assessing against key objectives and KPIs, including Brand & Campaign Evaluations.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Partnership Team and brand partners based in the US. This means you’ll have to be available for meetings outside typical working hours as well as be excited about traveling to the US approximately 2-4 times a year.
Is this you?
You have a few years experience within the field of marketing. This includes experience working with partnerships and/or 3rd Party Collaborations. You truly understand their value.

You’re a good project manager and enjoy driving marketing initiatives from start to finish, including the evaluation and learning from that. You’ll take those learnings and make sure things go even better the next time.

As a Fullstack Developer in the Growth & Optimization Team you’ll focus on maintaining and improving our back-end to ensure delivery and support of connected features needed by the in-app shop in Toca Life World.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the one to continuously improve on our CMS (Built in React & NodeJS) that is used for publishing new content in the in-app shop.

You’ll work closely with other teams like Central Tech and various games teams, as there will be work dependencies. You’ll also be demonstrating the usage and value of developed tools and services to team members who do not share your skillset.

On a normal day you will mostly focus on development work. But you’ll also be going back to other programmers, producers, designers etc to share your work early and ensure a synced end goal and that everything is on track. Like when we launched a playful, gender-neutral collection for kids together with global fashion brand H&M, or when we teamed up with Sanrio to welcome Hello Kitty and Friends into the digital universe of Toca Life World, providing millions of players with new tools for self-expression. As Brand Partnership Manager for Toca Life, you'll not only identify potential brand collaborations, you'll also be the one to make sure they happen.

You’ll be part of a diverse and growing marketing team that consists of 26 experienced marketeers covering everything from performance marketing to designing assets and creatives that kids love.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager for Toca Life to identify potential partners that deliver on strategy. You’ll create best in class pitch decks that embody the Toca Life brand essence to get the partners onboard. The collaborations will leverage in-app features, be in tune with the audience, and have a clear business rationale.

You’ll pitch and plan integrated 3rd Party Collaborations that are anchored in the Toca Life marketing strategy, franchise strategy and brand DNA.

You’ll supervise the execution of collaborations to ensure that they deliver against agreement, this includes collaborating with content teams, proofreading copy, feedback on campaign material and so on.

You’ll consolidate reports of performance and results, assessing against key objectives and KPIs, including Brand & Campaign Evaluations.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Partnership Team and brand partners based in the US. This means you’ll have to be available for meetings outside typical working hours as well as be excited about traveling to the US approximately 2-4 times a year.
Is this you?
You have a few years experience within the field of marketing. This includes experience working with partnerships and/or 3rd Party Collaborations. You truly understand their value.

You’re a good project manager and enjoy driving marketing initiatives from start to finish, including the evaluation and learning from that. You’ll take those learnings and make sure things go even better the next time.

You have strong business acumen and a capability of assessing the collaboration with a holistic approach; brand, product, and fans.

Would you like to be the one responsible for, and ultimately drive and own, the User Acquisition strategy for not only one, but two, gaming studios?

As a Performance Marketing Manager here with us you won’t only be working with Toca Boca, but also our sister studio Noid. Both studios are part of Spinmaster Digital. You’ll be the one to build the Performance Marketing function and set a team in place to deliver against strategy and goals.

Working with both studios gives you the opportunity to work on a variety of games and brands, ranging from big and established or brand new, to legacy ones. All with target audiences ranging from kids to adults.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll set the User Acquisition- and App Store Optimization strategy for both Toca Boca and Noid. You’ll work closely with the various production teams at both studios, and of course, the marketing team.

You’ll collaborate with our marketing team and in-house creative hub consisting of marketing specialists, animators and designers. You’ll brief them on assets and copy needed to deliver on performance marketing campaign objectives. You'll set KPIs and evaluate performance against them, reporting results and sharing recommendations with key stakeholders.

You'll stay on top of industry trends and updates, identifying new platform opportunities and optimising campaigns based on performance data and insights.
Is this you?
You are an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who knows a lot about user acquisition with a focus on mobile. This means you have experience managing budgets, know how to set great strategies and manage the set up, and execution of, assets for Apple search ads, Google UAC campaigns, and other UA platforms.

You have a genuine interest in working with kids as the target audience and you have an understanding for what it means to be COPPA and GDPR compliant.

You’re a great communicator who is fluent in English. You know how to write great creative briefs and set messaging strategies. You communicate well with stakeholders and have a talent for presenting reports on user acquisition and paid marketing activities in an easy-to-understand way

You’re data driven and have experience using a variety of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Firebase, AppAnnie, and MMPs like Adjust.

Do you want to be part of creating a multiplayer digital playground for kids to hang out in and play together?

You’ll be part of a growing game team in delivering our most ambitious project yet - Toca Days - a friendly multiplayer world for children where they can feel safe, creative and be able to express themselves.

As the first UI Artist on this project you’ll be the one to create the majority of the UI assets - from placeholder to final art, from menus and buttons to in-game assets.

What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for creating all UI visuals in the game. This means:

Developing the visual identity of said UI, in collaboration with the Art Director and UX Designer. Ensuring the look is consistent and inline with the visual identity of Toca Boca as a whole.

Creating game-ready UI assets and implementing them in-engine with the support of the rest of the team.

Developing documentation and style guides for the project as the game grows, ensuring it remains in line with the overall project vision.

Iterating on the visuals to make sure they are accessible and understood by all our players.


Is this you?
You are an experienced UI Artist who’s comfortable designing for touch screen devices (be it from working with games or other mobile apps).

You’re used to working with Illustrator and vector graphics and UI art tools in general. You might have an interest in UI animation and/or 2D illustration.

You have a strong appreciation of UX design and an ability to see beyond the wireframes, turning them into magic. You understand how color, shape and placements have an effect on gameplay and player behavior.

What we’ll be looking for in your portfolio
We are looking for a strong UI art portfolio showing finished projects you’ve worked on as part of a team. We’d like to see you explain your thoughts and share your explorations, so we can understand your process. We would like to see examples of vector icons and playful graphical UI details.

As a Producer in the content team you’ll lead a highly talented and dedicated group of artists, animators, programmers, QA and designers in their day-to-day work. You’ll remove obstacles, enabling the team to perform their tasks efficiently and sustainably.

What you’ll be doing
Ensuring timely, high-quality content drops is one of the most crucial responsibilities at Toca Boca - and as the producer you’ll be the one to make it happen. You’ll plan, oversee and lead the development of content updates for Toca Life World. This includes new playsets, gifts, home designer packs and so on.

You’ll continuously improve the processes within the team and make sure there is a sustainable and healthy work environment for them. The team currently consists of about 20 people, and you’ll share this responsibility with our other producer Tommy.

You’ll ensure stakeholders and others are kept up-to-date on project progress and status.

What you’ll be doing
You'll work closely with the rest of the art team to maintain and improve the visual quality in Toca Life World, and deliver high quality assets for one of the most popular kids’ apps in the world. You’ll take an active part in the ideation and concept work, producing art assets including playsets, characters, seasonal events and gifts.

You’ll join the team for the morning daily meetings, discuss priorities and dependencies, sync with other artists and with the developers who will implement your art into the game.

You’ll attend creative workshops, sketch sessions and collaborate closely with other teams like the Home Design, the Features or the Marketing team.
Is this you?
You have a few year’s experience of digital art production in a game studio, ad agency or similar. You’re proficient in Adobe Illustrator and have a strong portfolio fitting the Toca Life World art style.
