We have recently started the transition from mass marketing to behaviour based marketing and now we're looking for a Lifecycle Manager to join our Commerce and Lifecycle Team who can set us and our players up for success. Sounds like a journey for you?

What you will be doing

- You have full ownership of setting up/building/optimising the foundation of our Lifecycle management, including planning, execution, coordinating and reporting on all players' lifecycle, triggers, channels and new opportunities throughout the entire player journey.
- You will be responsible for both short-term and long-term lifecycle management strategy, planning and execution.
- Support and amplify integrated Campaigns and Commerce initiatives through the entire player journey with lifecycle channels (Push, Email, Web, Launcher etc.).
- Help us make sure we build what we need, partnering with web and game teams on best practices, tools and processes.
- Collaborate with the development/game teams on requirements of MarTech, Tools and Capabilities.
- You will play a key role in the transition from mass marketing to behavioural based marketing and supporting the entire portfolio strategy and ecosystem.
- Use internal tools to build, optimise and, activate our campaigns and lifecycle events.
- Define and coordinate monthly plans.


What we believe that you

- Need to be passionate about building out the foundation, best practises, rhythms and constantly looking for business opportunities and optimizations (e.g., how can we optimise the conversion rates, how do we improve the localization process, and triggered email events.)
- Hands-on experience creating/setting up campaigns.Have experience in marketing automation- in app messaging/Email marketing/Push marketing.
- Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Are able to work cross functionally and be a great communicator to easily convert statistics to business language among all stakeholders.
- Are experienced working with customer engagement tools (e.g., Braze, Symplify, etc.)
- Are a phenomenal project manager with a clear Why that inspires the rest of the teams in the organisation.
- Preferably working experience in the gaming industry.Experience working with mobile games would be a plus.
- Have an understanding of what’s appealing and attractive to our players.
- Have a result driven and proactive mindset.

- Aktivt ta del av och förmedla relevant information och kommunicera den inom varuhuset gentemot medarbetarna

- Genom att använda en datadriven strategi och kombinera den med djupgående marknadsinsikter, förse inköp med relevant information från driften

Rollen: Som Regional Manager på Today Mobility är du en nyckelperson i den dagliga verksamheten och är ytterst ansvarig för både drift och resultat i din region. The position



As a game designer, your focus is to deliver world-class gameplay experience to our players, including new features, system and content. By seeing the world through our users’ eyes, you are bringing content for a one-of-a-kind game to a unique audience. Since we release weekly, you get almost instant feedback on the players' reaction on the releases. You will collaborate with different parts of your team and craft and coordinate work ensuring cohesive design and implementation.

The position

As our QA Engineer Lead, you will lead and drive the team towards developing a quality first mindset, own and drive better quality practices, and together with the team continuously deliver on agreed quality standards. The role is split between doing hands-on work with testing and test automation, and as a leader with full personnel responsibilities including 1:1s, salary setting and coaching the team. You will work closely with all QA teams cross function, where your focus will be on our game foundation, core game development, tools and the game engine area.

Responsibilities

Leading the testing activities and coaching the team on how they can reach the next level in quality.

Defining & Owning Test Strategy including processes, tools, test levels etc within the team

Writing scripts for automated tests

Testing the old and new content/feature/functionality.

Performing different types of tests as required e.g Functional, non-functional (Performance, load, stress).

Collaborating and communicating with multiple teams.

Reporting and tracking defects to closure.

Recording, monitoring test results and KPIs.

Lead and coach individuals towards targets through 1-on-1 meetings.

Make sure you have a happy healthy team

Conduct hands-on talent planning short and long term, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and salary reviews within your team. Ensure workplace requirements are covered with support from the People function.

We think you…

We think you are experienced in test automation, and preferably experienced in automating tests for proprietary software. It is also a bonus if you have experience in automating tests for iOS and Android, and C++ knowledge.

We believe that you are independent and proactive in driving processes forward. You have attention to detail and care about user experience. You feel comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and can communicate with various stakeholders within the organization.

The position:
We are now on the lookout for a Customer Happiness & Player Safety Manager to lead the Customer Happiness team and guarantee a secure and delightful playing experience for our players. We want to ensure that our players and their parents get the best possible customer support experience and we aim to cultivate an environment where players feel not only safe but also genuinely pleased to reach out to us, whether they encounter issues or simply seek engagement.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operational activities of the Customer Happiness team to ensure seamless functioning.

Mentor and coach team members, conduct salary and performance reviews, and foster a positive work environment.

Collaborate with the CMO and analytics team to create and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational objectives.

Handle crises efficiently and coordinate with stakeholders to address challenges effectively.

Work collaboratively to establish tools and processes that enhance the overall customer experience.

Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that player perspectives are considered in decision-making processes.

Define and implement long-term strategies and goals for the team that align with the company's overarching objectives.

Constantly evaluate and challenge existing methodologies, select appropriate partners, and adapt tactics to provide the best service to our players.

We think you:

Have over 3 years of experience leading teams, including people management and salary review processes.

Have exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Is proactive and driven, capable of initiating and driving processes and development

Are Fluent in written and spoken English, with a preference for proficiency in Swedish.

Have demonstrated experience in crisis management.

Have the ability to comprehend the broader organizational goals and make challenging decisions when necessary.

Have previous experience in working with vendors and managing outsourced customer service operations.

Are flexible and empathetic, with a keen understanding of individual differences.

HR Generalist

As an integral part of our People team your role will be crucial in attracting, recruiting and developing our talents while sprinkling magic dust along the way. Transcribe ancient scriptures aka rewrite HR policies & guidelines.

Be the master (super user) of all people/HR systems: ensuring they reflect accurate info.

Game Design Lead

Star Stable Online is a 12-year-old MMORPG with players ranging across a variety of ages. While the game already has a captivating main storyline, we are committed to ensuring that Jorvik is a world that players can’t wait to return to and spend time in. And this is where you come in. We need to modernize our gameplay for a new generation of gamers, and our new exciting world as a cross-platform game. To help us on this journey, we are looking for a dedicated Game Design Lead who can help us adapt and thrive for another 12 years and beyond!

The Game Design Lead we are looking for is someone who wants to take our gaming experience to an all-new high. You will be investigating how we can make more replayable content by looking into how we can build out new gameplay systems but also build upon existing ones. The Game Design Lead at Star Stable drives the design work within the studio, helping the project teams turn the creative vision into tangible design that gets into the hands of our players. Since you’ll be working on a live game, you will have a great opportunity to employ player feedback to enhance the gaming experience continuously. Moreover, you will lead the design area, coaching the team to bring the director’s vision to life. As the team manager, you’ll also be responsible for 1:1s, recruitments and welcoming new members to the team.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the directors on the vision and the goals for design. Coaching the project teams to turn those visions into tangible designs.

Provide design direction to the team, this includes delegating work, coaching, mentoring and planning together with the producer and other stakeholders.

Spend around 50% of your position doing hands-on design work. Conceptualise, prototype, test and implement gameplay systems.

Drive discovery phases and other design processes with support from the associate producers.

Drive collaboration with other disciplines such as art, production and engineering, ensuring alignment and cohesion for the overall game experience.

Contribute to improvements in our design pipelines and strategy.

Drive documentation of guidelines, workflows and best practices.

Stay up to date with relevant game information such as KPIs, player surveys, new releases and updates.

Conduct 1:1 meetings with the team, recruit, onboard and offboard team members.

We believe that you have:

Several years of experience as a game designer with a solid understanding of game loops, systems and their impact on the player experience.

Experience in a leadership role with the ability to coach a team on their personal development and goal setting.

Experience with prototyping and conceptualizing new gameplay systems.

A will to advocate for players and company goals and contribute to building a culture of constructive feedback within the design craft.

A passion for solving problems and overcoming challenges.

Strong knowledge of commercial and proprietary game engines and tools.

The ability to use data to qualitatively inform design decisions.

An ability to effectively document and convey ideas, complex concepts and design visions.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Experience in mobile and cross-platform development is considered a big plus.

Game UI Lead

In Star Stable Online, the player might choose to team up with the soul riders to fight evil, or maybe they rather hang out with their friends and compete in different races. It’s up to them. Now, we are looking for a Game UI Lead who’s ready to incorporate player feedback and ensure that we have a seamless and coherent gaming experience across all of our platforms.
