Job Description


In the role as Sustainability manager you will be responsible for defining and implementing our sustainability strategy aligned with the H&M Beauty goals in connection with the H&M Group’s overall sustainability goals and strategy. You will work hands on to implement the strategy together with the H&M Beauty team and other stakeholders such as the global production offices, H&M Brand and the Global Sustainability department. Within the role you will work with areas such as packaging, formulas, logistic/transport, transparency, communication, I&D, social responsibility and external partnerships to mention a few.
We see stakeholder management as an essential part of this role and your communication skills together with a get it done attitude are key to succeed. You should have a commercial mindset and possess the ability to work both strategically and operationally together with team and stakeholders. We are looking for someone who can make our vision come alive, challenging traditional and old ways of looking at sustainability and be a driving force to help our teams deliver commercial products that our customers love in a sustainable way.
Main assignment and responsibilities, but not limited to;
Identify and outline the overall sustainability strategy for H&M Beauty. Set the roadmap and KPIs, map and engage stakeholders to drive the initiatives forward together with the teams.
Communicate clearly and drive cooperation and present solutions for improvement.
Report to all stakeholders, proactively and reactively and provide realistic plans and forecasts on performance
Set and maintain product quality and sustainability practices, and if needed, the relevant production technical processes for cosmetic and chemical products
Do research and support in sourcing of product suppliers, to set relevant and reachable goals in line with H&M Beauty goals and vision.
Monitor and report on brands and competitors’ sustainability and quality initiatives as a benchmark, and take appropriate actions.
Keep up to date with legislation, trends and innovation in the beauty industry.





Qualifications


University degree from relevant field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience within the sustainability field together in the Beauty industry
A self-starter and self-leader that get things done and creates results in line with business goals.
Both strategically and operational, with a problem solving and business mindset
Have the capability to build fact-based business cases in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders and find win-win-solutions
Confident in leading different projects simultaneously
Have excellent presentation and communication skills
Contribute with high energy and drive, inspiring both teammates and stakeholders

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a driven, honest, and open-minded candidate with a strong interest in product development. You have leadership experience from product development projects with a mix of software, electronics and mechanics. Having an interest for all steps of the product development cycle is important: from refining ideas into requirements specifications to getting all the details in place for mass production of the final product.

We believe you have an educational background in engineering, preferably with a master's degree in in relevant subjects, e.g. Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

As the first Project Manager in place, you need to be flexible and able to handle unclear situations. We expect you to take responsibility for creating clarity for your team and facilitate the necessary steps towards creating well-functioning operations together with the Engineering Manager on site. We believe you will actively contribute to the development of the new Stockholm-site.

The role as Project Manager is collaborative and requires the ability to interact with many persons inside and outside the organization. Apart from the above, we believe the position requires excellent social skills enabling a good team spirit.

You communicate easily in both Swedish and English, verbally and written.

THE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TEAMS

The Multichannel Products department is part of the Extended Video Products organization within R&D. The department is focusing on development of new video products from idea to mass production. The typical team member has a master's degree in engineering and works in roles such as software engineer, electronics engineer, mechanical engineer, technical lead, imaging engineer, project manager or line manager. Other crucial members in our product development projects are industrial lead, production test engineer, sourcing engineer and quality engineer.

Our goal is to run highly efficient product development projects and to deliver high quality products to the market to strengthen Axis' market leading position.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, focusing on M365 adoption.
Solid understanding and interest in the M365 applications and a curiosity when it comes to new features, new applications, and Gen AI.
Experience in driving user adoption and change management initiatives, create guides, conduct training sessions and engage with end users.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to influence and motivate end-users.
Analytical mindset to track adoption metrics.
Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and adeptness at navigating matrix organizations efficiently.
A track record of facilitating growth and partnering with communication teams on a global - regional - local level to implement M365 products successfully.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities
Mobile device management, packaging and distribution of applications within MDM
Responsible for testing, certification, troubleshooting and documentation of new hardware
Develop new features/functions for our hardware
Drive and participate in special projects
Training the Country IT teams as part of the special projects or new products
Coordinate maintenance work with Country IT teams
Closely cooperate with our external suppliers as well as H&M internal teams to ensure the daily delivery and keeping track of product road maps
Create and keep the various documentation updated

Qualifications
Most importantly, we are looking for a colleague with strong interest for the devices management at an enterprise scale.
Experience with various hardware devices, ex:?Mobile?Computers,?Tablets, Barcode Scanners,?Printers and?RFID Products
Familiarity with SOTI or another MDM tool
Experience working with external vendors and offshore teams

Some of your responsibilities will include:
