Company Description
We are looking for a Product Owner for team that works with Mobile Devices in Product area Store Enablement within Customer Domain.
The new Store Enablement Area within the Customer Domain will play a key role in enabling the future store experience. The area is set on a mission to provide a unified and more streamlined experience to our store staff through a unified store staff experience, better coordination on rollouts and a simplified interface between Business Tech and our stores. The area will create a stable platform to build store specific applications on run on modernized devices, based on holistic store staff vision, journeys and release management.
The Store Mobile Device team is focused on delivering a mobile hardware platform designed for frictionless store use that is, secure, modular, and can evolve with future use cases. Our mobile platform supports both internal applications covering everything from inventory management to communication, as well as applications used for direct customer service.


Job Description
Accountable for the delivery, roadmap and product strategy and will have the ultimate accountability for the business and customer value delivered by your product.
To do this, you will lead a cross-functional, multi-competence product team in close collaboration with key stakeholders, always keeping customers at the heart of our focus. You will define the strategic vision for your team and create the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the market / industry, insights & data on your customers, and input from stakeholders across the company.
You will have a task to identify the right stakeholders and prioritize demands/requirements within the local and global organization for the delivery to our many stores.
Strong skills to market product ideas within the local country organization and H&M globally.
Working closely with the Product Area Manager and other Product Owners to ensure overall alignment, you will set objectives & key results that your product will drive toward. You will also identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products, working to manage dependencies.
You will have a task to identify the right stakeholders and prioritize demands/requirements within the local and global organization for the delivery to our many stores.

Qualifications
Direct experience in managing globally supported hardware & device technologies
Previous experience working with hardware procurement processes
Experience managing outsourced providers in delivering technology services to retail stores globally
Knowledge of Android OS and Enterprise Device management highly valued
Deep Knowledge of Lean and Agile software development processes
Customer obsessed!
Proven track record of strong salesmanship, communication, negotiation, and networking skills, both with internal and external partners
Previous PO experience or other leadership role leading cross functional team of tech experts
The stakeholder environment in this area is complex, diverse, and evolving! Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and integration skills are critical.
Strong in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow up together with a “can-do attitude”

This will be your role
As our Embedded Hardware Engineer at Enerpoly, you will collaborate closely with the product development team to enhance our battery management system design through innovative embedded hardware solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing critical hardware components for product performance and reliability. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the design of BMS circuit components and PCBAs.
Developing vendor processes, including component selection and supplier communication.
Conducting electronic design, prototyping, verification, and validation.
Documentation of the workflow, progress, and activities.

What you do

- Set direction for market segmentation and targeting in order to define the market opportunities for the product portfolio within the existing business strategy or propose to change direction of business strategy.

Who you are

Your skills

Job Description
We are looking for a strong leader and Identity & Access Management principal that can lead our governance of our future IAM service services portfolio in our IAM Centre of Excellence.
You will ensure that core capabilities are in place to manage the identity and access lifecycles in an effective, efficient, and secure way. We have currently an ongoing IAM transformation project with a roll out of a new IAM platform, as well as our current IAM platforms. You will work to create, coordinate, and manage the overall roadmap for all IAM teams to get a consolidated and prioritised view.
The role also involves receiving IAM business request from other H&M Group teams, and you will coordinate and priorities these activities with the current operations as well with the IAM transformation project.
You will set up and facilitate the IAM Change Request Board, with invited stakeholders and Cyber Security managers to get approval for change request and prioritisations for the overall IAM roadmap. This also includes owning and creating the overall operational IAM KPIs and delivery OKRs.
Qualifications
Lead the Enterprise IAM Center of Excellence as the overall governance including KPI definition as well as managing business demands. Additionally, defining high level requirements and ensuring compliance to IAM policies and standards.
Managing the day-to-day activities of the business requirements IAM Analyst team and ensuring the teams are meeting operational and performance objectives.
Professional development of staff to ensure they have relevant skills and qualifications.
IAM area and team level budgeting, planning, roadmap.
Stakeholder management to ensure that the IAM program meets the needs of the business and complies with all relevant laws, regulations and enforcing company policies and procedures related to identity and access management.
Responding to audit findings, prioritizing remediation measures and manage the budget for the IAM area including staff, contracts, and technology.
Identify demands, objectives and key results and define and monitor supporting KPIs and metrics.
Manage and improve IAM specific processes, dependencies, and integrations.
Reporting on identity and access management system performance.
Ensure the availability, stability, performance, and security of the IAM platforms and services.
Assess and manage risks to the effectiveness and security of the IAM platforms and services to protect against current and emerging threats.


Additional Information
Have a track record of successful IAM deliveries in complex and large environments, both operations and change programs/projects.
Have experience from designing, implementing, and deploying IAM/IGA solutions in an enterprise environment, and driving IAM process change and implementation activities.
Have a proven ability to drive and catalyst the creation, maintenance, and enforcement of policies and procedures to ensure effective provisioning, de-provisioning, and entitlements of identities and accesses.
Have managed end to end delivery of projects with hands on involvement in the development and configuration of products around IAM.
Have a security mindset and general knowledge around security concepts to go with it.
Are an experienced leader that understands team dynamics and personal development of staff.
Have top-notch collaboration and communications skills.

Holding a relevant certification is beneficial: CISSP, CISM, CompTia Security+, Identity Management Institute (IMI) certifications.
