Technical producer / Adops
Do you love design, coding and customer service? And do wish you could do them all at once? If so, we understand if you have a hard time finding the right job - but guess what, you just did!

SeenThis is growing quickly on an international level and we are looking for several Technical Producers / AdOps, who want to work at the very core of our Ads business.

Currently, SeenThis has 10 of them working towards well-known brands in different markets, all around the globe. Make sure to check out some of our campaigns here: https://seenthis.co/adgallery

About the Role
This is a hybrid role of code, design and client interaction - therefore, no day will be the same. We are looking for several new team members, and of course we can adjust the role to fit your skills and experience! If you are passionate about coding and producing creative material - we’ll let you get your hands greasy with that. If your passion lies within client connections and working with the process from idea to delivered product - we’ll let you prosper in that area. We believe a diverse team gives the best output.

In a normal day as a Technical Producer, you will receive and convert advertising materials from our customers; you will develop HTML5 ads and mockups in our CMS and work closely with the customer to get the best results; you will collaborate with the sales team and act as technical support (both from your desk and sometimes in customer meetings). This enables you to be part of the whole process, which makes it easier for you to understand the customer needs.

The tools you will use to create these beautiful ads are code development in HTML, CSS, JavaScript as well as video editing in Adobe Premiere.

I have a background in business and sales, but I missed the creative part and joined a Frontend Bootcamp in Stockholm. Later, SeenThis reached out to me and offered me a job in the AdOps team. This was the perfect opportunity combining coding and the social aspect of work. SeenThis seemed inspiring, cool, new, and exciting! Now I am the Chapter Lead for all technical producers worldwide, and I am excited to welcome more ambitious technical producers to our company.- Annika Ekström, Chapter Lead & Technical Producer ????

Who We Are Looking For ?
A service-minded superstar who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work independently, but who still likes to be a part of a team with a great spirit and a sense of humor. We are a diverse group of people - and we have team members that are super fast; we have the quality-focused ones; the code lovers and the creative spirits; we have extroverts and introverts. No matter who you are, we are excited to discover what you can contribute with. Do you aspire to lead and coach others? In that case - perfect! The Stockholm team is growing and there is good chance for you to take on a Team Lead role.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge in HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- Experience in developing videos, video edits, custom executions or design related work
- Professional proficiency in Swedish

Good to have

- Digital media experience and/or experience from ad serving systems, such as Doubleclick
- Experience in Adobe Premiere
- Basic knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and After Affects is a plus
- Experience as Team Lead

Sustainability Lead
We welcome you to be part of our collaborative, exciting and fast-paced team, where done is better than perfect, and priorities can change quickly. In this high impact role, you will help our clients reduce their carbon footprint overnight, while improving the quality of their online content. This topic is at the top of the management team’s strategic agenda, and you will work closely with them in determining how to position our commercial offering.

About SeenThis
SeenThis is a young and innovative tech company - founded in Stockholm 2017 and with local hubs around the world. We are obsessed with making things better and we want to evolve the online experience for everyone, everywhere.

Our streaming technology has been used billions of times to revolutionize how digital ads are delivered. We are now leveraging our tech in other products, most notably our website optimizer to stream images for websites for an enhanced user experience. We will not stop until every last person has experienced the difference and said “have you seen this?!”.

At SeenThis we have an encouraging, vibrant, and positive culture where you will have an opportunity to grow. We have a modern approach to creating success, which means we believe in your ability to deliver what is expected, and always with the support from your team.

Our journey has only begun, and we hope you want to be part of our fantastic team - to help us continue to challenge traditional mindsets with cutting-edge technology.

About the role
The Internet is consuming enormous amounts of energy. In fact, it is responsible for around 2% of the world’s greenhouse gas emissions - on par with the entire aviation industry(!). Our streaming technology reduces the data transfer required to display content on the Internet, and thus also reduces the energy required. Given the urgency of the climate crisis, and the business importance of ESG/sustainability at SeenThis, we are looking for a Sustainability Lead to spearhead our efforts on the topic.

As Sustainability Lead, you will:

- Lead, manage and structure our internal knowledge bank on Internet energy consumption - meaning you stay on top of the latest research and thought leadership, participate in discussions, talk to relevant stakeholders, and inspire and educate our organization on the sustainability impact of our products

- Manage the data collection and CO2-impact measurements of our own product portfolio, e.g. measurement on the amount of data that can be reduced by implementing SeenThis tech

- Be responsible for execution of sustainability/ESG initiatives across all relevant parts of the organization, incl. marketing, branding, and positioning, product development, commercialization and partnerships

- Act as internal and external spokesperson for ESG and sustainability, building excitement and momentum by clarifying how streaming of online content reduces energy use and therefore CO2 impact. You will be participating as a keynote speaker at conferences/client events, and you will write white papers and articles on the subject

- Set and drive SeenThis own internal sustainability strategy and agenda

Who we are looking for
We believe you are a communicative, focused team player with a “can do” attitude and growth mindset. Ready to collaborate with the Management Team on strategic discussions, but not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done, to learn about our business and tech for real. We believe you are interested in ESG/sustainability and eager to learn more about the field. In addition, we think you are interested in business innovations that strike a balance between finding commercial opportunities and executing them in the most sustainable way.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or other quantitative field

- Knowledge in change management, structured problem solving, communication (both presentation and writing), Excel, PowerPoint

- Experience from 3-5 years consulting or project management with proven track-record of delivering results, data-driven analysis and prioritization, hypothesis-driven approaches

- Experience from sustainability work, specifically measuring CO2 emissions in all scopes

- A keen interest in sustainability, and an eagerness to learn more

- Professional proficiency in English

Preferred
- Master’s degree

- Experience from MBB-type consulting, project management, leadership positions, strategy work

- Professional proficiency in Swedish

Application

We are excited to welcome you to the SeenThis-family!

Please apply as soon as possible as we review applications and interview on a continuous basis.
