Job Description


As an Android Developer in this role you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset, be excited about creating something new and challenge the status quo. Responsibilities
Work with professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle
Translate product strategy and requirement into suitable, maintainable, and scalable solution design
Collaborate closely with product owner and other cross-functional teams, share best practice as well as discuss and motivate design solutions
Ensure the architectural and strategic technical roadmap for the platform and be in the forefront of new features adding to the product

Qualifications


3 + years of experience programming for the Android platform, using Java/Kotlin.
Have knowledge and experience to write high quality, clean and testable code.
Understanding and experience of the value that automated testing brings
Experience and knowledge of API design
Experience in agile software development practices (automated testing, mob/pair programming, CI/CD etc.)
Good knowledge, both written and oral, in English
It is positive if you also have (but not necessary)
Experience working with Android Studio, Firebase and/or Google Play services
Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Azure

Job Description


In the role as Sustainability manager you will be responsible for defining and implementing our sustainability strategy aligned with the H&M Beauty goals in connection with the H&M Group’s overall sustainability goals and strategy. You will work hands on to implement the strategy together with the H&M Beauty team and other stakeholders such as the global production offices, H&M Brand and the Global Sustainability department. Within the role you will work with areas such as packaging, formulas, logistic/transport, transparency, communication, I&D, social responsibility and external partnerships to mention a few.
We see stakeholder management as an essential part of this role and your communication skills together with a get it done attitude are key to succeed. You should have a commercial mindset and possess the ability to work both strategically and operationally together with team and stakeholders. We are looking for someone who can make our vision come alive, challenging traditional and old ways of looking at sustainability and be a driving force to help our teams deliver commercial products that our customers love in a sustainable way.
Main assignment and responsibilities, but not limited to;
Identify and outline the overall sustainability strategy for H&M Beauty. Set the roadmap and KPIs, map and engage stakeholders to drive the initiatives forward together with the teams.
Communicate clearly and drive cooperation and present solutions for improvement.
Report to all stakeholders, proactively and reactively and provide realistic plans and forecasts on performance
Set and maintain product quality and sustainability practices, and if needed, the relevant production technical processes for cosmetic and chemical products
Do research and support in sourcing of product suppliers, to set relevant and reachable goals in line with H&M Beauty goals and vision.
Monitor and report on brands and competitors’ sustainability and quality initiatives as a benchmark, and take appropriate actions.
Keep up to date with legislation, trends and innovation in the beauty industry.





Qualifications


University degree from relevant field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience within the sustainability field together in the Beauty industry
A self-starter and self-leader that get things done and creates results in line with business goals.
Both strategically and operational, with a problem solving and business mindset
Have the capability to build fact-based business cases in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders and find win-win-solutions
Confident in leading different projects simultaneously
Have excellent presentation and communication skills
Contribute with high energy and drive, inspiring both teammates and stakeholders

Job Description


As a Product Developer at Weekday you play an important part in planning, creating and developing the best assortment and products from start to end for our Weekday customer. You will be part of our Denim team and together with a tight product team including product lead, designer, pattern maker and planner, you will be responsible for the product development of our denim product, both men’s and women’s. Your focus will be to drive the product development in a responsible way in close cooperation with the team and production teams, and you will set and drive assortment and development strategy for your department. This includes both short- and long-term strategies in line with the overall assortment goals. You will be responsible for daily operational tasks of sourcing, booking, price strategy & profitability as well as sample and component handling. With a strong fashion intelligence, salesmanship and sense of commerciality, you can identify seasonal keys and act on relevant tendencies.
