Job Description
The goal of the Online Sales team is to convert visitors on afound.com into paying customers. We believe in spending more time trying things out, getting closer to the magic, than writing briefs and requirements. As UI/UX Designer you will report to our Online Sales Manager and collaborate with Analysts, Developers, Product Owners and Conversion Specialist all responsible for afound.com.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Defining intuitive flows, wireframes, interaction design and prototypes as well as designing compelling graphic designs aligned with our brand guidelines.
Customer research, developing new concepts, and conduct concept testing.
Overall advocating Customer-centered design solutions.
You will be tracking the user experience metrics and report on the success of UX improvements and turning them into new ideas and improvements.
Work hands-on together with the team and drive design sprints on how to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, focusing on M365 adoption.
Solid understanding and interest in the M365 applications and a curiosity when it comes to new features, new applications, and Gen AI.
Experience in driving user adoption and change management initiatives, create guides, conduct training sessions and engage with end users.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to influence and motivate end-users.
Analytical mindset to track adoption metrics.
Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and adeptness at navigating matrix organizations efficiently.
A track record of facilitating growth and partnering with communication teams on a global - regional - local level to implement M365 products successfully.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
Prioritizing personal fit, quick learning ability, and a proactive, facilitative mindset over formal qualifications.

Responsibilities
Mobile device management, packaging and distribution of applications within MDM
Responsible for testing, certification, troubleshooting and documentation of new hardware
Develop new features/functions for our hardware
Drive and participate in special projects
Training the Country IT teams as part of the special projects or new products
Coordinate maintenance work with Country IT teams
Closely cooperate with our external suppliers as well as H&M internal teams to ensure the daily delivery and keeping track of product road maps
Create and keep the various documentation updated

Qualifications
Most importantly, we are looking for a colleague with strong interest for the devices management at an enterprise scale.
Experience with various hardware devices, ex:?Mobile?Computers,?Tablets, Barcode Scanners,?Printers and?RFID Products
Familiarity with SOTI or another MDM tool
Experience working with external vendors and offshore teams
Strong communication skills in English/Swedish (written and spoken)
Experience in project work

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with Product managers and product team members to gather and prioritize requirements for ongoing initiatives.
Lead the design and implementation of complex SAP CAR solutions.
Work with best practices for the full software implementation life cycle. This includes configuration in SAP, planning and executing tests, planning and execution of production deploy, and support for a limited period after go-live.
Optimize existing SAP solutions for performance and efficiency.
Play a key role in integration efforts with other SAP modules and external systems, overseeing data mapping and transformation processes.
Take ownership of resolving complex issues related to SAP CAR functionality, collaborating with technical teams when necessary.
Contribute to business process optimization and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
