Som systemingenjörskonsult hos oss kommer du jobba i uppdrag hos våra kunder eller inhouse i Avalons projektverksamhet. Du kommer vara en central del i framtagning av krav på produkter baserade på analys och kundbehov. Du är med och lägger grunden för utvecklingsteamen som ska implementera dessa krav i hård- och/eller mjukvara. En av dina utmaningar kommer att vara att göra kundernas krav realiserbara genom att bryta ner dem och skapa design och arkitektur. Flera av våra kunder jobbar med ny och intressant teknik i avancerade och komplexa system och lösningar inom många olika områden som medicinteknik, industri eller försvar.

Är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och övertygande i din kommunikation.


Har en högskoleutbildning inom elektronik, mekatronik eller annat relevant tekniskt område.


Du har ca 5 års erfarenhet av kravarbete samt mjukvaruutveckling i komplexa system.


Har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.


Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av systemdesign, IT-säkerhet eller tekniskt ledarskap.


Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från verifiering och test på systemnivå.

Om rollen
Du kommer tillhöra sektionen System SW Functions & Safety och bli en del av avdelningen Systems Engineering.
I rollen som systemingenjör kommer du jobba med kravnedbrytning och arkitektur – gränssnittfrågor i några av kundens självskydds-respektive spaningssystem. Du kommer ha tätt samarbete med andra grupper som jobbar mot hårdvara, verifiering och mjukvara. I arbetet kommer du följa system genom utvecklingsfas, integration och verifiering.
Du kommer tillhöra ett team på ca 19 personer och kommer rapportera till teamleader och sektionschef.
En välplanerad introduktion kommer ges på plats.

Arbetsuppgifterna kan vara bla
•Hantering av kundkrav och kravnedbrytning
•Design av systemarkitektur
•Medverka på projektmöten
•Medverka på interna samt externa möten med kunder och avdelningar

Vi söker dig med
•Högskoleingenjör med inriktning mot Teknisk fysik, elektronik, datateknik, telecom. Alternativt Produktionsteknik och design med kodintresse
•Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
•Minst 2 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom mjukvaruutveckling, systemingenjör eller systemdesign
•Förståelse för hur kravställningsarbete går till (Arbetslivserfarenhet alt jobbat med en systemingenjör och förstår arbetets gång)

Meriterande för rollen

The position
We are currently seeking a Commercial Lead for our new venture in the sustainable health data sector. As this is a new area of focus, it's important that you are driven to pioneer advancements in healthcare through new digital innovations. You should also be motivated to establish long-lasting and valuable customer relationships, and to contribute to driving and developing the e-health sector in Sweden and internationally.
Stepping into the role as the Commercial Lead for Cambio Platform your responsibilities will be to create go-to-market and commercial plans that resonate with our new platform and ecosystem offerings, sculpting commercial packaging and pricing strategies that speak to our customers, and staying up-to-date of market trends to ensure our offerings are always a step ahead.
You will be responsible for all commercial aspects of our Platform offerings with an in-dept anchoring in market trends, customer input and the competitive situation, gathering and prioritizing of requirements and working closely across all organizational functions to ensure the delivery on the related KPIs, including customer satisfaction, financial ambition and roadmap. You need to be an advocate of the Cambio platform’s customer value towards customers and throughout the Cambio organization.
Collaboration is key in this role; you'll work closely with product managers to align roadmaps and priorities, ensuring our products not only meet but anticipate the market needs. Your role is to be the architect of new business opportunities, and in collaboration with Key Account Managers nurturing both new and existing customer relationships to guarantee strengthening long-term, profitable partnerships.
Your insight and entrepreneurial mindset are important to understanding our customers' evolving needs in steering our organization's marketing and PR efforts. With a keen eye on the e-health sector, you'll provide the market insights that will guide our strategy. As a vital member of the commercial team, your influence will foster a collaborative environment across operational and strategic levels.

About you

We are looking for a person that are commercially driven and has a strong track record of sales and business development within E-health. Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of sales experience in software development and/or consulting services within e-health.
Excellent communication skills, presentation and speaking for a larger audience.
Strong leadership skills, able to exercise guidance and influence within the product management team and the company to forge commitment and consensus
Experience working with public procurements in Swedish healthcare system
Experience in digital transformation
Experience of introducing new offerings to the healthcare sector and proven track record of developing commercial packaging and pricing strategies
Knowledge of open platforms, standardization, and opportunities related to open EHR
Knowledge of regulatory opportunities and limitations related to health data
Fluent in English and Swedish
Relevant university degree

The positionAs a software engineer at R&D Integrations, you will be working in an agile team with experienced developers, scrum masters, business analysts and QAs where knowledge sharing is part of the daily work. You will also work closely with architects, product owners, and other stakeholders of the team. You will work with development of new integrations and interfaces as well as maintaining existing solutions.
Within Integrations R&D, we work with many exciting initiatives to enable various stakeholders within the healthcare area to securely exchange information with our journal system COSMIC. The integrations provide the possibility for patients to be able to read their journal online or book an appointment online. We also contribute to healthcare professionals at a hospital being able to exchange information with an ambulance system or manage electronic sick leave certificates directly in the journal system
