Climate Strategy works hands-on with our customers to measure emissions, identify emissions hotspots, and begin highest-impact reduction efforts. Normative is now looking for a Climate Strategy Team Manager that will lead our employees to give the best advice possible to Normatives customers to aid them in their way towards NetZero. Together with the other team manager and our Director of Climate Strategy you will drive the net retention of our customers and support the team to reach the goals.

What you will do at Normative to aid the transition towards net zero emissions:

- You will manage and lead a team with team members both in Sweden and the UK where you will be the go to person for questions but also reassuring the wellbeing of the team.
- You will be responsible for the performance of the team, where you will drive the metrics to align with the Normative goals and vision.
- You will support our Climate Strategy Advisors in customer relationships, where you will sometimes be part of customer meetings.

Reducing emissions begins with understanding where they come from. Our Data Services team ensures that Normative’s emissions accounting engine is supplied with the most accurate, comprehensive data available so it can generate the most accurate and comprehensive insights - and lead to the highest-impact emissions reductions.

As a Data Services Manager you will lead this team composed of sustainability data analysts. This team is responsible for securing high quality carbon emission calculations in line with the GreenHouse Gas Protocol (GHGP) for our customers. As the experts in their domain, they play a key role in the organization spreading knowledge about our customers, helping define product requirements, and collaborating directly with our team of engineers developing the product.



What you will do at Normative to aid the transition towards net zero emissions:

- Lead and manage a team of sustainability data analysts securing the delivery of accurate carbon emission calculations for our customers.

- Monitor team performance, set clear goals and expectations, and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to support the professional growth of team members.

What you’ll do:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to Norative’s CEO. In the role, you will:

We are now looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to set up our BI function for the commercial team. In this role, with the support of your colleagues in the Business Systems & Intelligence team, you will select and implement the appropriate BI tooling and provide feedback on the design of our DataWarehouse. You will mature our forecasting tooling, increasing accuracy and predictability. You will also recognise patterns in our data, and set the commercial strategic agenda with your insights.

In this role you will lead our talented product design team, working together to define the strategy, operations, and communications that guide the team to think big, ship small and most importantly address real customer needs. You will be expected to utilize your full range of people management skills, product strategy, product design, interaction design and visual design skills.

Our current team consists of two product designers using their craft to impact the biggest challenge of our time; climate change. We are looking for a humble and inclusive leader who can coach and inspire but also can use excellent product design skills in hands-on work such as mockups & prototypes, user research, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver great products. We believe that for your first 6-12 months you will have a 75/25 split between hands-on work and managerial responsibilities so this is a great entry role for a new manager.

We are looking for a product designer with experience in, and passion for making the complex seem simple. As a designer embedded in your product development team, you will work closely with your team to keep improving and help set a customer-centric strategy for your product area. You will also work with people all across Normative, including other designers, product managers, developers, climate strategy and marketing teams.

As one of the first designers you’ll be part of building a design culture at Normative: evangelising design thinking and user insights, collaborating with our growing team of developers and scaling up product design along with the rest of the organisation. Science is at the heart of everything we do, and our team of Sustainability Engineers constantly develops, expands and updates our scientific foundation in our methodology, taxonomy and thousands of calculation inputs. This area touches almost all teams at Normative and significantly impacts our customers’ Net-Zero journey.

Normative is now looking for a Senior Product Manager, Carbon Calculations who will lead the work on our core asset - Normative’s methodology. You will drive the work to further define, create and continuously improve our scientific foundation for our methodology - from our product vision and strategy to the implementation of specific calculation logic and inputs. You will work closely with our Sustainability Engineers and different functions throughout the company to ensure our customers and partners always benefit from the latest, first-in-class scientific product.

What you will do at Normative to aid the transition towards net zero emissions:
- You will lead the definition, articulation, alignment and execution of Normative’s core assets - our methodology and carbon calculations.

- Together with your team, you will define how our product calculates corporate carbon footprints - from the scientific methodology and taxonomy to the selection and management of emission factors, conversion factors and other calculation inputs

- You will lead the team through discovery and delivery processes, always ensuring that we are working on the most impactful things with a healthy mix between short term value and steps towards our long term goals

- You will collaborate closely with different functions such as Science and Climate Research, Climate Strategy Advisors, Product Marketing, Product Management, Design and Engineering to ensure we are set up for success, building for the future and get valuable learnings and insights around customer needs.

- You will represent Normative in external sessions with customers and partners as well as be the voice internally for our methodology

Normative is accelerating the transition to a net zero world. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints.

Our Finance team is the beating heart of the company, keeping the other departments supplied with the resources they need to carry out their roles. Without financial health, Normative disappears - and can’t help companies reach net zero.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Accounting and support in the daily work in the team. Normative is a fast-growing company and we are looking for someone who, except for their daily duties, is not hesitant to take on new responsibilities and tasks within their knowledge space to support the team.

What you will do at Normative to aid the transition towards net zero emissions:

- Support in Accounts Payable

- Support in Accounts receivable

- Contribute at month end close as well as year-end close



Experience we’re seeking:

- We believe you have some ERP-knowledge, where experience from working in Netsuite is considered beneficial

- We believe you have excellent skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets

- We believe you are fluent in English

- We believe that you have an academic degree within a relevant field and/or a few years of experience from a similar role

Location

We operate on a hybrid remote model with offices in Stockholm, London and Copenhagen. We believe that you are based in the greater Stockholm region and can be in the Stockholm office a couple of days a week, with the possibility to work remotely when it is more suitable for you and your work schedule.

The Role
We are looking for a passionate and curious Senior Frontend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role you will have a lot of impact on the client-side of our products and overall on the technical processes and approaches. Our goal is to further accelerate our work to make the accounting process as smooth as possible for our customers. Every improvement you make directly contributes to helping companies reach net zero emissions.

We use Angular, React and Svelte on the client, Typescript and Python on the server, and tools like SonarCloud, Sentury and GitHub actions for CI/CD.

- Accurately transform business needs into technical requirement in a close collaboration with the Product department

- Achieve goals as a team together with other engineers

- Deliver value often and get feedback from the stakeholders

- Perform code reviews and initiate discussions to find the best technical approaches

- Contribute to quality, and engage in improving engineering practices and processes together with your team

- Share your knowledge, coach and mentor your teammates if needed

Location
Normative operates on a hybrid remote model (based on time zone) with offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and London. For this role, you can be based either in one of our office hubs or work remotely. If you want to relocate, we only offer this to Sweden from European countries at the moment. More information will be provided during our recruitment process.
