The Role
MAJORITY are seeking a Platform Engineer (DevOps) to join our team and help us maintain our deployment pipelines, databases, infrastructure and security posture. You will be responsible for handling the non-functional aspects of the system, including on-call duties and conducting POCs with new technologies to improve ease of operation and cost savings. Additionally, you will be expected to script and automate day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the development teams with automation and architecture.
Automate and drive security and compliance for PCI Level-1 and SOC2 compliance, DevSecOps.
Improving the overall performance of the platform and all of its infrastructure with a focus on fast response time, scalability and resource allocation.
Continuously further develop and improve the internal tools for dev teams and help driving towards continuous delivery.

From a data perspective to support and enable the development of the risk product function at MAJORITY by:
Ensuring and preserving data quality
Performing data analysis on transactions, behaviors and risk rule outcomes

The Role
MAJORITY are seeking a Platform Engineer (DevOps) to join our team and help us maintain our deployment pipelines, databases, infrastructure and security posture. You will be responsible for handling the non-functional aspects of the system, including on-call duties and conducting POCs with new technologies to improve ease of operation and cost savings. Key Responsibilities
Assist the development teams with automation and architecture.
Automate and drive security and compliance for PCI Level-1 and SOC2 compliance, DevSecOps.

As our Senior Data Engineer, you will be a part of the data team where you will play a key role in bringing our data stack to the next level. This is a highly impactful role where you can take the lead in driving the direction of the technical architecture and roadmap for the company. In our data team you can work with everything from integrating with APIs with AWS Lambdas to advanced queries and data streams.
Our data platform is key in helping migrants from all over the world!

The team’s responsibility
Design, build and maintain our data platform architecture empowering our business intelligence
Build a scalable event streaming infrastructure to enable real-time analytics use cases
Model our data in our Snowflake DW with dbt
Help drive towards DataOps by building a robust testing coverage and ci/cd pipelines to ensure data quality & high availability
Govern data architecture to produce robust dataflows
Interact with business stakeholders to understand their needs & collaborate to build the solution the business needs

Experience we seek
2+ Years within Data Engineering/Data Modeling or similar
MSc (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science (or relevant professional experience)
Experience in modeling and building data platform architectures
Experience in ELT techniques and data warehouses
Experience with Data Ops
Some or all technologies: , dbt_ Python, Airflow, AWS (or other cloud data platforms). Event-bus tech like Kinesis data stream.

THE ROLE

MAJORITY is looking for a Customer Service Systems Automation Expert to join our team in Stockholm.

In this role you will be an integral member of MAJORITY’s Customer Service team, who will focus on creating and improving automations/flows within our customer communication systems.. You will also work closely together with the Lifecycle Management team in Stockholm, to ensure customer engagement is aligned with the company’s strategic goals. This position will report to the Head of Customer Operations in Houston, TX.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, produce, and implement automated workflows using various channels of communication such as email, live chat, and phone.
Increase resolution rates and speed for the most common issues while maintaining great customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to proactively reach out to our customers with relevant information to reduce inbound support queries.
Analyze and evaluate the performance of your workflows, iterate where necessary.
Help Head of Operations & 2nd line agents develop our in-house and third party Customer Service toolset.


QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant fields.
Experience working with customer communication platforms like Braze,Intercom, Salesforce, Five9, or other related softwares.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python and Javascript.
Previous experience from working in a high growth company is appreciated.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.

The 2 apps that we work on are written entirely in Kotlin.
The development team is up to date with Android development best practices and software patterns.
