About the role
Instabee is currently seeking a Junior Corporate Legal Counsel with 1-2 years of work experience. You will have the opportunity to work on both commercial and legal challenges at a group level across European markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our commercial activities, negotiate and draft commercial contracts, develop new business models and collaborations, and provide high-quality legal and strategic advice and guidance on general corporate matters as we embark on a period of expansive growth.

Working in a cross-functional capacity, you will engage with various aspects of commercial law, including corporate law, contract law, consumer law, labor law, rental law, real property law, and more. As a key strategic partner to the entire business, you will encounter a diverse range of matters, varying in difficulty and nature. Depending on your interests and skills, you will have the opportunity to work in own projects and carve out a personalized role within the organization, independently or with support from the other Legal Counsels in the team.

Given that Instabee Legal is still in its early stages as part of the company's scale-up phase, this position offers a unique chance to contribute to the development of our legal function and grow alongside the company.

The role is based in Stockholm, and you will report directly to the General Counsel.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a candidate with a law degree from a Nordic university, coupled with 1-2 years of work experience, preferably from a reputable law firm. Experience as an in-house legal counsel in a company would also be valuable. The ideal candidate will have an interest in commercial and business law, and possess experience in working with commercial contracts.

About the role
As a Junior Accountant at Budbee you will be part of our Finance team at our headquarter located in central Stockholm. You will be an integral part of a multinational organization where you will be in charge of the accounts payable process for our Swedish entities. About the role
Our first Tech Compliance Manager will be responsible for building and leading Budbee’s Tech and Data Compliance function. About the role

Om rollen

Vi söker en Terminalchef till vår terminal i Brunna. Som Terminalchef på Budbee har du en nyckelroll i att både kort och- långsiktigt leda verksamheten i terminalen och regionen som helhet.

Rollen inkluderar ansvar för personalen på terminalen samt nära samarbete och dialog med våra partnerterminaler och åkerier inom region Stockholm Norr och du förväntas ta ett stort ansvar för helheten.

About the role
Budbee is looking for a business savvy, hands-on and data-driven Strategy Manager Commercial Operations to join our team in Stockholm! The role is new to the company, will work across the full Nordic organization (Sweden, Denmark, Finland) and report to our Head of Ground Operations. You will be responsible to build up a new function for Budbee in the Nordics but will also set the standard and structure for how Budbee works internationally with Commercial and Operational Excellence. You will work cross-functionally with supporting different departments and decisions makers in the company. Your job is to create simplicity out of complexity and push our thinking beyond "here and now".

The role is based in Stockholm but will include travels to our >13 sites in the Nordic countries.

Some of your work tasks will be:

- Leading operational development with our key merchants, tailoring setups to improve leadtimes and offers, and working closely with the commercial team and merchant team both in new sales negotiations and with our established key accounts.

- Optimizing flows in linehaul, pickup, terminal production, and sorting, thus optimizing scheduling of hundreds of terminal colleagues. Designing and improving flows for when pickups from merchants should happen, optimizing lead times and making sure we use the full capacity in the network and being cost-efficient.



- Forecasting our capacity. Building data-driven tools for our linehaul that will help other internal departments' decision-making based on data. Calculate profit and loss, production costs, manual handling of parcels in the terminals, and pricing.


- Driving and developing the work with merchant Profit & Loss statements including calculation of production cost and pricing. Lead the improvement of accounts through continuously presenting findings and recommendations to the management team and commercial/operations team.

The person we’re looking for:
Apart from being a curious, structured, and outgoing person, we are looking for a self-sufficient, proactive, and goal-oriented generalist. - A University degree within a business, finance, engineering, or another similar discipline.

About the role
We are looking for a ML engineer to join our amazing team in Stockholm. We think you have a MSc or equivalent with relevant focus and a couple of years of work experience. You have experience serving ML models in production at scale - starting from a practical goal, creating a prototype to setting it into production. About the role
As a Merchant Success Specialist, you'll provide excellent service to Budbee's Key merchants by handling cases with high efficiency and with end-to-end ownership. You'll work in close collaboration with our Commercial team to keep updated on all matters concerning our merchants. You'll play an important role in the onboarding of new merchants and thereafter as their main contact regarding all operational matters.
