About the role
As Corporate Legal Counsel (Commercial) at Instabee, you are offered an exciting job with both commercial and legal challenges on a group level across European markets. You will play an important role in developing our Commercial leg; negotiating and drafting commercial contracts; building new business models and co-operations, and giving high-quality legal and strategic advice in general corporate matters on our expansive growth journey.

You will work cross-functionally with various aspects of commercial law, such as corporate law, contract law, consumer law, labor law, rental law, real property law, etc., and you will handle potential disputes as well as provide general legal advice. As you become an important part of our organization, being a strategic partner to the entire business, you will constantly encounter a large variety of matters, both of varying degrees of difficulty and character. Depending on your interests and skills, you will have the chance to run your own projects and grow your personalized role.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for you with a degree in law from a Nordic university, coupled with at least 3+ years of work experience, preferably from a larger well-renowned law firm or as an in-house legal counsel in a company. You have worked with commercial and business law, perhaps in an international environment, and have good experience in commercial contracts.

Capacity management - We believe in quick, exact, and efficient delivery. To know when we can deliver a specific parcel, or how to maximize locker compartment utilization, we continuously adapt and gain knowledge about of the current parcel delivery capacity in our locker network and how it changes over time. We use machine learning to model consumer pick-up behavior and forecast future parcel volumes from merchants.

Driver route optimization - Driving is at the core of what we do. Well-planned routes are essential for driver happiness, consumer satisfaction, and our ability to offer sustainable deliveries.

Locker fleet management - Our lockers are equipped with a tailor-made computer, a 4G modem with an intuitive interface. With a large growing fleet of lockers in multiple countries, we solve problems such as performing safe and secure software roll-outs, inventory management, and detection of malfunctioning hardware.

About the role
We're looking for an experienced payroll professional with a natural interest in the subject that thrives in a constantly changing work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for payroll in all of Budbee's markets and play a crucial role in Budbee's continuous growth.

You will ensure accurate payroll management in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Our payroll is outsourced so you'll be responsible for providing and administering the correct data each month to our external parties and payroll partners. In this role, you will report to our HR Manager and work in close collaboration with the finance team.

Responsibilities and tasks

- Take responsibility for all activities involved in the end-to-end payroll process
- Ensure accurate payroll every month to external payroll partners with multiple employee types
- Develop processes and routines in the areas of salary and benefit management
- Capture and implement news in regulations and agreements
- Report accurate data to pension and insurance providers
- Onboard acquired companies and units to all payroll-related activities
- Ensure that all payroll-related queries from employees, authorities and managers are addressed timely and properly
- Support activities aiming to automate data integration between different systems and applications

- Set requirements on external partners when entering new markets


Requirements

About the role
As Technician Specialist at Budbee, you will work to provide support and service to all employees in the company, which today consists of 480 employees. You will help them with questions such as: staff access to our systems, technical equipment such as workstations and office devices, troubleshooting basic technical issues, etc.

About the role
Budbee is looking for a business savvy, hands-on and data-driven Strategy Manager Commercial Operations to join our team in Stockholm! The role is new to the company, will work across the full Nordic organization (Sweden, Denmark, Finland) and report to our Head of Ground Operations. You will be responsible to build up a new function for Budbee in the Nordics but will also set the standard and structure for how Budbee works internationally with Commercial and Operational Excellence. - Experience from management consulting, growth management, commercial excellence, and/or pricing (1-3 years)

About the role
As a Merchant Success Specialist, you'll provide excellent service to Budbee's Key merchants by handling cases with high efficiency and with end-to-end ownership. You'll work in close collaboration with our Commercial team to keep updated on all matters concerning our merchants. You'll play an important role in the onboarding of new merchants and thereafter as their main contact regarding all operational matters. Soon enough you'll find yourself being the first point of contact internally regarding questions about our merchants. You'll be responsible for supporting and delivering on internal data analysis and reporting using backend admin and database management systems

What you'll need

- Your communication skills are as high as the sky
- We expect you to be fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
- You take a lot of ownership in your job
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a sense of ownership and attention to detail
- Experience from Customer Success is a strong plus
