Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant at Stegra, youwill perform a variety of administrative and supportive tasks and contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personal and prompt support to the management team in their day-to-day business. This role will support multiple members of the leadership team andoffers variety, responsibility, and the chance to work at the heart of a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
Providing administrative assistance, such as e-mail correspondence, drafting memos and creating presentations.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage and prioritize the managers’ calendars and set up meetings.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Basic desktop research.
Managing information flow.
Administrate our managers expenses and receipts.
Be a part of planning team off sites and other internal events.


Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
A good feel for organization and prioritization -you know how to manage multiple tasks with ease.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive mindset paired with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Stellar communication skills in both English and Swedish -written and verbal.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can represent Stegra with professionalism and according to our values.

Sales ControllerAs our Sales Controller, you support the Head of Sales in controlling the order-to-cash process. This includes an active role in controlling the business performance by product line, customer and market. In this role you report to Head of Business Control.
You will play a key role in the continued development of deliverables including reporting, budgeting and forecasting of Net Sales.
During our build up phase you will be part of establishing the framework and policies, procedures in the order-to-cash process in tight cooperation with the commercial logistics team and the finance team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the Sales forecasting (volumes, value etc) and actively be involved and contribute to the Sales and operations planning process (S&OP;).
Support the Sales team to understand sales, orders portfolio, margin, and potential future result, and be responsible for the analytics and reporting of customer and product profitability.
Co-ordination, control and follow-up of price changes; Pricing analytics
Coordination Customer Contribution to ensure alignment with monthly/annual business planning.
Providing appropriate tools and methods to analyse net sales and profitability scenarios.
Credit controls of customers.
Monthly follow up of accounts receivable aging and work closely with the finance team in the follow up of overdues.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
University degree in Finance or Economics.
Experience in Sales Controlling.
Experience in Business controlling is an advantage.
Experience in steel industry or other capital-intensive commodities an advantage.
Advanced level of English.

Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent analytical skills.
Good communication skills.
Team player.
Good common business sense / understanding and practical approach.
Knowledge of informational systems: CRM systems, BI reporting tools, Microsoft Office Package, Excel.

Expertise in strategic planning frameworks and tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to break down complex ideas into actionable plans and inspire cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus.

We are seeking a motivated and analytical intern to dive deep into energy and consumption projects in northern Sweden, focusing on the period from 2026 to 2035, with potential projections up to 2040 and 2045. As a Cost Control Specialist, you will help streamline account usage, ensure there is a clear cost center structure, and monitor statistical accounts. You will also investigate any outlier costs, review related agreements, and assist in preparing the budget.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control costs at our Stockholm headquarters, ensuring accurate usage of accounts and streamlining cost reporting both actual and forecast.
Establish and maintain a well-structured cost center structure within the functions.
Investigate and analyze any significant deviations in costs, verifying contracts, internal guidelines and agreements.
Prepare and support the budget and forecast process, providing input on cost forecasts and expenditure.

Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in cost control, financial controlling, or a related role is meriting.

Detail-oriented with an interest in cost analysis and financial performance.

Project Manager - Hydrogen Technology
As Project Manager, you will be the hydrogen technology interface towards Stegra’s hydrogen projects under development. You will manage the technical scope of Stegra's projects together with the engineering and project teams. This includes managing the projects towards the hydrogen equipment providers and developing the relationship with them over time. Additionally, you will continuously support Stegra in evaluation of new projects, vendors and technical solutions. Throughout these tasks, you will manage a significant number of stakeholders and partners, both internal and external, while continuously pursuing the optimal technical solutions and project enhancements. Lead the project technology contracts and Stegra’s relations towards hydrogen equipment providers for the Boden Project, incl. supporting continuous evaluation of new vendors applicable to Stegra’s projects.

Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a relevant field required; master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 4 years of experience as technical project manager, technical business developer, management consultant or similar role in the project management and/or business management field.
Previous experience in the industry is considered an asset.
Experience in problem-solving of complex analytical situations and strong analytical toolbox.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills and proven skills in leading multi-disciplinary project teams. Able to effectively interact with other teams and steer the path forward with several organizational counterparts.

As a Process Engineer, you will belong to the corporate Technical team which supports the company’s different projects and installations in all phases of their lives; from feasibility, through design and engineering, to project execution and operations, maintenance and asset management. Currently, the team is fully focused on driving and supporting the progress of the Boden project. We are in an exciting phase of the project, going from basic to detailed engineering. You will have an important role in contributing to the design, development, and implementation of the annealing and galvanizing processes, as well as collaborating with various teams to ensure the functionality, reliability, and sustainability of these processes.
The role will be based in Stockholm, Sweden but openness to relocate to Boden in future is positive.
Responsibilities:
Conduct reviews, verifications and provide technical support of equipment suppliers’ engineering solutions (focusing on safety, process, installation and product), making sure we keep high design standards.
Leading and/or participating in work groups for cross-functional design challenges.
Provide expert advice for construction and site support activities as necessary for equipment installation, (site acceptance) testing and commissioning.
Design and implement maintenance strategies for installations.

Qualifications:

Represent Hydrogen Technology in engagements on new early-stage projects (concept and early engineering phase), incl. channeling of information between projects and representing Hydrogen Technology in new project developments.
Identify, develop and manage the technical baseline and related queries for new hydrogen projects, including communication and collaboration with both internal and external counterparts.
Build the tools and models for how H2GS identifies and develops the most attractive new projects.
Run techno-economic analyses on plant design and technology choices and situations.

Coordinate all technical efforts from engineering to vendor relations in new project developments.

Qualifications

Lead Project Cost Engineer
Are you a skilled cost control expert with a passion for driving financial excellence in groundbreaking projects? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join us as a Lead Project Cost Engineer. As part of our visionary team, you will have an important role in ensuring impeccable cost control and compliance with financial regulations for one major area of the Stegra Boden Project - one of the largest industrial projects in the history of Sweden.
This role will be based in Boden, Sweden.
Responsibilities:
Supervision, cost management for major areas, estimating in alignment of project objectives. Providing support to the given EPCM Contractors and assistance in resolution of problems.
Co-ordinate monthly meetings with EPCM contractors to review Cost Reports, cashflows, change management etc. and establish a process to accurately forecast cost upwards from construction contractors and supply vendors.
Coordinate the interface with stakeholders, including finance and accounting, to prepare written cost analysis and reports on timely and accurate forecast of project cost status.
Coordinate with Area Managers on cost review meetings monthly. Interface with the cost team and finance to prepare monthly internal reports.
Prepare and assist the Head of Project Services in the development and delivery of written/oral presentations to stakeholders.
Keep abreast of the ongoing work of the project to discern adverse trends, potential problem areas, opportunities and participate in their proactive management.

?Qualifications:
Approximately 10 years of experience in cost control on major industrial projects, ideally with EPCM contracting approach. Strong grasp of project delivery phases and associated activities, as outlined in cost management procedures and guidelines.
Proficient in the application of cost engineering, estimating, and planning practices outlined in AACE and PMI standards.
Comprehensive understanding of cross-functional collaboration, including interfaces with engineering, procurement, construction, safety, quality, finance/accounting, planning, and document control.
Familiarity with cost control software and the ability to analyze cost-saving value engineering scenarios, implementing effective reporting in line with guidelines.

Sustainability Analyst -LCA
As our Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Analyst, you will play a key role in developing H2 Green Steel's Product Carbon Footprint models (PCFs) and LCAs for our current and future hydrogen, iron, and steel products based on our customer needs. As part of our Sustainability & Corporate Affairs team, you will contribute with expertise in environmental sustainability, using data-driven and analytical approaches to address all aspects of environmental impact.
Initially, you will be responsible for developing and managing our PCF models for H2 Green Steels product portfolio, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you will play a key role in developing our LCA capability to support existing and emerging projects. An important part of the role will be to collect and interpret data, perform in-depth analysis based on the results and present findings.
As a member of the sustainability team, you will also participate in initiatives and projects initiated by the team to drive H2 Green Steel's sustainability agenda and deliver on our promises, as well as providing guidance and expertise to other teams across the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a company with no legacy; where you will have the possibility to shape the future of environmental modelling.
You will report to our Chief Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer but will work especially close to our team focusing on corporate sustainability. You will engage cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure sustainability is integrated into all key processes.

Set up, manage, and develop LCAs and PCF models for current and future hydrogen, iron, and steel products.
Provide the organization with expertise and guidance in environmental sustainability for our Boden project and other emerging projects.

Compile data, perform in-depth analysis and effectively present findings to support decision-making.

Qualifications:
M.Sc. in relevant field such as Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or similar.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience within the field of Life Cycle Assessment, preferably in industrial applications.
Strong analytical skills with deep understanding within the key elements of Life Cycle Assessments and Product Carbon Footprint modelling.
Familiarity with relevant standards such as ISO 14040, ISO 14044, ISO 14067, GHG Protocol and EN 15804.
Proficient in relevant LCA softwares and LCA databases, MS Office suite and a general ability to use digital tools. Demonstrable experience in programming languages such as python is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive critical package deliverables, resources, assurance requirements and interfaces

- Manage technical aspects, including
- Define scope of work

- Monitor & measure performance (including schedule and budget), and report, and escalate internal and external performance related issues for all scope in their Unit. Have a hands on approach to achieve the KPI.
- Ensure robustness of and adherence to schedule
- Monitor overall Unit risks and lessons learnt, compliance with process (review etc.) and ensure timely close-out
- Ensure Design Review & Assurance process being followed incl. schedule of reviews
- Internal meetings, general admin and coordination
- Participate in reviews, including documents/deliverables, and design reviews incl. any pre- and post-work
- Resource management including resource allocation and management of team (They are the link between the core engineering team and the Design Lead)


Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical or a related field).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant design and project management, preferably in the steel or heavy industrial sector.
* Proven track record in large-scale greenfield projects.
* Strong knowledge of Site Infrastructure and integration with core production processes.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Our first Hydrogen based steel project in Boden is broken down into 4 areas: Hydrogen manufacturing, Iron making (DRI), Steel making, as well as Site Infrastructure and utilities.
As Steel Mill Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Area, and you will assume responsibility to deliver scope from engineering to hand-over to operations. As one of our Managers, to optimize project delivery, you work in a matrix structure including Site Execution, Project Control, and Engineering.
Your main responsibility is to deliver the scope on time and budget by driving key contracts and coordinating resources across the internal team as well as with our partners. You will report status and escalations of the project directly into the management team and other stakeholders (such as Board) as necessary.
In addition to delivering the Boden project, you will develop H2GS' ability to execute projects in a way that competes on a global scale. You will be seen as an expert in project delivery within your area and will develop your cross-functional team accordingly.
The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, with regular travel to various project, contractor, and fabrication sites as required.


Responsibilities:
· Lead the Mechanical, Electrical, Piping and Controls delivery for the Steel Mill Project (internally and with external partners) in setting priorities and delivery targets necessary to achieve the company’s goals for the project.
· Ensure design, procurement, contracts, and construction (internal and external) are delivering to project requirements and against cost and schedule targets.
· Setup and implement H2GS governance structure for your scope across disciplines (e.g. procurement, engineering, construction, commissioning), ensuring it is functioning as required for driving communication, decisions, and control.
· Own and deliver against scope, schedule, and budget within overall project requirements.
· Control scope source of truth and clearly communicate this to the team, keeping them on critical task. Ultimate line of ownership for change management.

Qualifications
· Minimum 15 years industry experience, of which at least 10 years with hands-on project leadership experience in demanding industrial environment (e.g. Steel, Oil & gas, semiconductor, automotive, battery manufacturing)
· Engineering degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc. or similar) or similar is required
· Fluency in English
· Track record as project manager driving complex projects, covering both planning/designing phase as well as execution phase
· Experience working on an owner’s team is a plus
· Experience working in multi-cultural environment is a plus

Our first Hydrogen based steel project in Boden is broken down into 4 areas: Hydrogen manufacturing, Iron making (DRI), Steel making, as well as Site Infrastructure and utilities.
As Head of Water Treatment Plant, you will report directly to the Head of BOP Area, and you will assume responsibility to deliver scope from engineering to hand-over to operations. As one of our Project Managers, to optimize project delivery, you work in a matrix structure including Site Execution, Project Control, and Engineering.
The primary scope of delivery for this role will be the Water and Waste Water Treatment plant and potentially the Air Separation Plant, with a heavy focus on the Water and Waste Water Treatment scope.
Your main responsibility is to deliver the scope on time and budget by driving key contracts and coordinating resources across the internal team as well as with our partners. You will report status and escalations of the project directly into the management team and other stakeholders (such as Board) as necessary.
The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Water Treatment and Air Separation Plant delivery for the Boden Project (internally and with external partners) in setting priorities and delivery targets necessary to achieve the company’s goals for the project.
Ensure design, procurement, contracts, and construction (internal and external) are delivering to project requirements and against cost and schedule targets.

Engineering degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc. or similar) or similar is required, preferably in chemical / process engineering. Water Treatment Plant experience is a major benefit.

As Area Construction Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Construction Management of the Boden project. Your main responsibility is to oversee the successful completion of all construction management activities and deliverables within the approved safety, schedule, cost & quality criteria for one of the 4 main areas of Boden project. This includes responsibility for detailed daily/ weekly construction work planning and execution of activities necessary to successfully construct the project’s scope of facilities according to approved success metrics and best practice construction project management principles.
In addition to managing the construction for one of the 4 main areas of Boden project, you will also contribute to the development of H2GS' ability to construct projects in a way that competes on a global scale. You will be seen as an expert in project construction management within your area and will develop your cross-functional team accordingly. To optimize the site construction effort, you will work in a matrix structure in close cooperation with the rest of the H2GS Site Execution, Project Management, Project Controls, and Engineering functions.
The role is site-based and full-time in Boden, Sweden.


Responsibilities:
· Ensure construction teams and contractors perform exceptionally in the context of EHS.
· Ensure EHS policies and procedures are adhered to within your construction area.

Sustainability Specialist

As our Sustainability Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our sustainability reporting and expanding the team's sustainability expertise. The current team has a strong background in climate and environment and we are looking for someone who can add expertise in the social aspects of sustainability, beyond sustainability reporting, to better support the organization.

Initially, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stakeholders have access to timely, reliable and credible sustainability data and will be involved in developing our ways of working to streamline data processing. A key activity will be to prepare for CRSD compliance.

As a Sustainability Specialist, you will also participate in initiatives and projects initiated by the Sustainability team to drive H2 Green Steel's sustainability agenda and deliver on our promises, as well as providing guidance and expertise to other teams. - Set up, manage, and develop the internal sustainability (ESG) reporting structures and processes, and support preparations of the annual sustainability statement.

About the role
Our first Hydrogen based steel project in Boden is broken down into 4 areas: Hydrogen manufacturing, Iron making (DRP), Steel making, as well as Site Infrastructure and utilities.
As Head of an Area, you will report directly to the Project Director of the Boden project, and you will assume responsibility to deliver such an area from engineering to hand-over to operations.
Your main responsibility is to deliver the project on time and budget by driving key contracts and coordinating resources across the internal team as well as with our partners. You will report status and escalations of the project directly into the management team and other stakeholders (such as Board) as necessary.
In addition to delivering the Boden project, you will develop H2GS' ability to execute projects in a way that competes on a global scale. You will be seen as an expert in project delivery within your area and will develop your cross-functional team accordingly. In the Head of Area position, you work in a matrix structure in close cooperation with Site Execution, Project Control and Engineering to optimize delivery.
The role is based in Sweden, with regular travel to various project, contractor, and fabrication sites as required.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the area project team (internally and with external partners) in setting priorities and delivery targets necessary to achieve the company’s goals for the project

Experienced Instrumentation & Automation Engineer
We are recruiting an Experienced Instrumentation & Automation Engineer for the
hydrogen plant with previous experience from working in the oil & gas, petrochemical, carbon capture or energy transition industries. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining a well-balanced and efficient instrumentation and control system, reviewing instrumentation design documents, datasheets, specifications, RFQ’s, drawings and calculations.
You will act as the main point of contact internally on interdisciplinary interfaces and ensuring planned engineering progress with respect to the engineering deliverables. To succeed in this role, we expect that you are well versed in working closely with external consultancies, vendors and suppliers and experienced in establishing solid intra and interdisciplinary relationships. Review of Control system Architecture. Control Room Sizing, Panel engineering and MCT engineering for control room

- Preparation/review of datasheets, technical specifications, material requisition & purchase requisition, technical bid evaluations for various field instruments like electronic transmitters, level/flow/pressure/temperature instruments, skin temperature instruments, analysers, detectors, control valves, shutdown valves and safety valves, etc.

- Preparation/review of other engineering documents & drawings like Instrument Index, IO list, cable and junction box schedule, logic diagram, loop wiring drawings, level sketch, instrument hook-up drawing, pneumatic hook-up drawing, instruments installation drawings, cable tray routing, junction box location layout, instrument and air manifold layouts.

- Engineering of specialized packages used for green hydrogen plants like electrolysers, fuel cells etc. Familiar with different electrolyser types, instrumentation requirements for electrolysers, hydrogen standards and leak detection systems

- Technical specifications for bulk items like cable, cable tray, junction box, hook-ups, bulk MTO for instrumentation items

- Sizing of flow instruments, control valves, PSV using CONVAL software

- Good understanding of documents from other disciplines like;
- Process: PFD/P&ID;’s, cause & effect, control narratives, shutdown philosophies.

- Safety: HAZOP/HAZID/SIL studies.

The Head of Engineering will build and lead a team to coordinate with the engineering firms and construction firms assigned scope needed to construct the Boden project Plant, while also closely collaborating with the Process Equipment providers engineers and field technical teams. This role and associated team will work closely with the H2GS Contracting and Construction teams. The role is a group function and will be highly influential in how H2GS will transform from designing, delivering and operating the Boden plant to driving multiple projects globally where concepts and scopes can be reused and repeated across projects. The Head of Engineering is the leader responsible for implementing the principles and strategies needed to scale engineering practices. A goal is to build a capability in the organization that becomes a key competitive advantage in H2GS’s business that will enable H2GS to be a forerunner in the industrial transformation happening globally.
The H2GS Project consists of:
760 MW H2 production facility consisting of several types of hydrogen production technologies
2.1MM MT DRI Production Facility
2.5MM MT Steelmaking and CSP Facility
Various Cold Finishing Facilities
Plant Power Distribution Grid
Plant Infrastructure and Water Systems


Responsibilities:
Build a strong team to coordinate and perform engineering activities and manage field engineering activities
Build world class engineering competence across specific disciplines (e.g. electrical, building information models, etc. )
Provide leadership and guidance on developing the engineering and design strategy and concepts.
Manage engineering work to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specifications, and process equipment operating targets
Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
Managing the development and implementation of Field Technical Services team consisting of H2GS, Process Equipment Vendor, and 3rd party personnel.
Manage ongoing field QA to ensure quality installation work.
Develop or select engineering and design standards and procedures to ensure that quality requirements are met and consistent.
Preparing and optimizing budgets.
Deliver engineering work on time, on budget, and with excellent quality
Qualifications
Making a safe work environment a priority.
Substantial previous working experience in major capital projects in demanding industry, e.g. metals industry, mining, oil & gas, semiconductor or batteries. Experience from steel industry is strong plus.
Experience in project planning, execution (including construction realities), management, and communication with all stakeholders in large successful capital projects.
Extensive experience in working with construction engineers and field contractors on large capital projects
Must be knowledgeable about industry best practices and change management.
Approx. 10 years of recent experience managing engineering and construction activities in large capital projects
Ability to recruit and build a strong team
