The next Swedish-speaking colleague will have an important role in enabling customers in the Swedish market. Sellpy has customers selling and buying second hand products, and our team is responsible for supporting customers in both areas, over chat, phone and email when required. Quality Assurance Lead at Sellpy
As Quality Assurance Lead, you’ll be a key part of the Quality team who contributes directly to Sellpy’s Operations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure quality standards are met across global sites while driving ongoing production improvements in a fast-moving, dynamic setting. Infrastructure Engineer at Sellpy
In this role, you will gain broad exposure to all aspects of Sellpy’s technical infrastructure. Reporting directly to our CTO, you will work closely with them on a variety of tasks, ranging from cloud orchestration to network design. This is a demanding position that requires the ability to think and work both strategically and operationally. You will take ownership of our infrastructure, growing with the role and responsibility to optimise our cloud environment for performant and cost-effective scalability.

Design, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions with AWS services like CloudFront, Lambda, EC2 and S3.
Manage cloud services (e.g., AWS and GCP).
Optimise our MongoDB database to enable efficient querying at scale.
Manage on-premise networking hardware.
Automate infrastructure deployment using tools like AWS CDK and CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor system performance, ensuring reliability, uptime, and security.

As a Customer Support Team Leader you are responsible for providing high quality and efficient customer support through overseeing a team of agents and several customer service channels. Customer Support Team Leader at Sellpy
As a Customer Support Team Leader, you oversee a team of agents and multiple service channels to provide high-quality support. You maintain a positive and efficient team environment, set daily and weekly goals, and communicate clearly with your team, providing feedback on performance. Plan and create content in Photoshop for Sellpy’s CRM channels.
Create engaging weekly newsletters in our CRM tool Voyado.
Develop and generate content for promotional activities.

You need:
A Swedish LL.M (Juristexamen).

Strong understanding of data privacy laws and intellectual property.

Vi kan stolt titulera oss som Sveriges ledande e-handel för begagnade kläder och prylar. Sellpy fortsätter att växa så det knakar och söker nu en Transfer Driver. Som Transfer Driver hos oss kommer du vara en nyckelspelare i att säkerställa att våra kunders varor transporteras inom utsatt tidsram mellan våra anläggningar i och runt Stockholm. Du kommer även ha ansvar för in- och utleveranser.

Du kommer inför varje pass att utgå samt avsluta från vårt lager i Rosersberg. Som Transfer Driver på Sellpy är det viktigt att du är punktlig, problemlösande, effektiv samt flexibel. Vi ser gärna att du tidigare arbetat i en liknande roll, t.ex. kört budbil eller levererat varor till kunder men tror du dig vara en oslipad diamant ute på vägarna så tveka inte att söka!

Du förväntas

- Inneha B-körkort för manuellt växlad bil - och trivas bakom ratten!
- Trivas i en aktiv och fysisk roll, tunga lyft förekommer
- Ha förmåga att motiverat ta dig an problem som uppkommer
- Ta eget ansvar och vara ett föredömligt ansikte utåt för Sellpy som företag


Vem är du som söker?

Som Transfer Driver på Sellpy är du full av energi och tempo. Du har lätt för att vända utmanande situationer till något positivt och peppande och kommer gärna med förslag på hur saker kan bli bättre. Du tycker om att ta ansvar och rycker gärna in och hjälper till där det behövs. Vidare är du trygg bakom ratten med en lugn och säker körstil, samt trivs med fysiska arbetsuppgifter.

Product Design Lead at Sellpy

Sellpy’s new Product Design Lead will lead our talented product design team in creating user friendly features across our wide range of products. We do our best to think big, do small and scale later to enable us to move quickly while focusing on the most important tasks at hand.

There are always new exciting projects on the horizon, like adding the Sellpy selling service to our app, personalized recommendations or warehouse automation. As a key member of the product team, you will help decide what we focus our time on and even more importantly how we spend it to get the most out of it.

A lot of the time you will of course use your excellent skills in hands-on digital design work such as mockups, user research, and creating prototypes in order to help us ship lots of great features to our customers.

In short, you will:


- Lead a team of three talented UX and digital designers

- Roll up your sleeves and contribute to the daily design work

- Ensure we have the right design processes in place to move quickly

- Own and develop our design system

- Work with product owners, engineers and designers to drive the right projects forward and make sure we offer an elegant service that customers love

- Coach colleagues and take part in future hiring processes

You need:


- 4-5 years of UX design experience in building software products

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a love for UX challenges

- Have experience in working with cross-functional teams in iterative product development cycles

- A passion for great leadership and seeing team members grow!

- B.S or M.S. degree in Engineering, Design or a related field

- Written and spoken fluency in English

We are impressed if you have:


- A background working in e-commerce or fashion

- Experience in hiring, scaling and leading a team of designers

- A developer background or know how to write some code
