About the job

We are looking for a results-oriented, tech-savvy head with an ambitious and entrepreneurial attitude to join our team. Our customers are what we value the most, and at the moment our Customer team consists of more than 40 highly engaged employees across four different markets. Our customer team is growing rapidly and we are now looking for someone passionate and experienced to provide leadership and guidance to our team when we now level up our way of working.

You will be responsible for our internal processes related to Customer Operations and Support. You will work on a strategic level, but also hands on in defining processes related to both operations and support. You will analyze data, define and follow up KPIs on a global level and per market. You will work closely with our Team Leads from different markets and Product Managers. You will together with them build a robust Customer team, preparing both our Customer organization to scale up to new markets and support our existing markets. Areas of responsibility

- Professionalize Tibbers approach to Customer Support
- Support the leaders of the House of Customer on both an operational and strategic level
- Way of working with hiring and onboarding
- Securing knowledge level in the team and processes to support up on
- Scaling a high performance team in both existing and new markets
- Stakeholder communication


About you

You have an analytic mindset and a data driven approach to problem solving and have demonstrated capacity to take data-informed decisions. You have several years of experience in a fast-moving environment (e.g. scale ups) and are used to work with global teams. We are looking for you that have excellent communication skills and is not afraid to speak your mind.

Your true passion is to create the best possible customer experience and this reflects on everything you do. You are able to shift your focus across many projects and can manage many things on the fly. You love to build for scale and have that in mind in everything you do.

And most importantly of all, in addition to being able to set the strategic initiatives you are not afraid of getting your hands dirty.

About the job

As a Customer Experience Specialist for the Swedish market you will be working with the customer journey for our existing customers. You will get in-depth knowledge about Tibbers offering and work closely with the rest of the customer team, as well as our product, marketing and growth teams.

You will focus on activities related to increasing retention and improving the overall customer experience. As a part of the job you will be hands-on in creating communication to existing customers in our different channels and for different segments. You will be following up on results and doing adaptations based on feedback and results.

As a part of our team you will be engaging with tasks such as:

Coordinating communication between stakeholders. Seeing the customer journey from a holistic perspective is important, and you will be aligning with stakeholders from marketing, growth and other areas to make sure that our content is aligned throughout or different channels

In charge of outbound communication: Creating in-app and email messages to our customers making sure our content is educating existing and potential customers in our product and services.

Iterate and experiment on different content: Trying out different communication strategies and focusing on segmenting different messages based on different customer groups. Aligning on criterias and qualifications for different segments.

Monitor results and follow up on goals and targets: Together with the Customer Experience team set goals and targets, and follow up on the results.

Get customer insights: Collect feedback & insights from the different teams, as well as responses of ongoing surveys and analyze pain points, communication gaps and potentials.

Follow up on the Customer Journey: Identify communication gaps in our customer journey and work on ways to improve.

About you

You are passionate about excellent customer experience and you share our vision about making the customer journey as smooth as possible. You have strong communication skills, an interest in tech and a curious mindset. You have experience from customer communication, experimenting, and following up on results. You are creative and not afraid to get your hands dirty. Experience from working with different CMS is highly appreciated, and you are able to create content in both Swedish and English. - 3 years experience in communication or similar
- You are well structured and able to organize and multi task between different projects

About the job

As a Customer Success Specialist for the Swedish market you will be hands-on in our processes in order to increase customer satisfaction and retention. The different roles

The visible part of our technology is our Tibber app, but the magic happens behind the scenes. - 3+ years of experience within UX, UI working as Product Designer.
- Good knowledge of UX/UI principles for the web, theories, and interaction design.
- Designing in Figma or Sketch (we use Figma).

- A portfolio showcasing all of the above when submitting your application.


Nice to haves

What the role entails

A lot of pride and tons of work has been put into the development of our apps. We always strive for a top-notch app which means many iterations and a drive to always push forward. We would rather drop features than risking a user experience with high friction, inconsistent flows or poorly designed visuals. This has proven to be a successful mindset, our apps have great ratings: 4,9 for iOS and 4,9 for Android.

As an iOS developer at Tibber you will work with Swift and there are plenty of things to do and depending on your experience and your passions you can choose if you want to get more into structure and architecture or maybe into design. Mostly it will include fun stuff like building new features and functionalities and to make sure that the app keeps its high standard. You will also get the opportunity to experiment with the app at multiple devices at the Apple Platform! We are using leading, but sometimes also bleeding-edge technologies (no pain, no gain). We most often develop new code, but we also refactor stuff, simply because we want higher speed and less code-legacy problems. You will be a part of our front-end team and work closely with web- and Android developers.

About you

You wish to thrive with us as a team, as well as in your work role. We believe that you’re truly passionate about iOS development, IoT and doing something for a greater cause. You have already worked for several years with different projects within iOS development. As a person, you are structured, self-going, communicative and not afraid to speak your mind. About the job

Here you will get to work with purchasing and logistics for Tibber Store revolving products for Smart Homes and electrical vehicles such as smart hubs, charging boxes, and much more. Your main focus would be to keeping the stock volumes on a healthy level, produce forecasts in how much to order, and negotiate the best deals from suppliers and wholesalers. The main objective is to ultimately keep the customers happy with a smooth delivery experience. This regards both in the markets which are active right now and also for our future markets. You will also have the opportunity to set up processes regarding logistics and purchasing.

About you

We see that you have 1-3 years of experience from a purchasing role, preferably within the field of E-commerce and retail. We consider it meritorious if you have experience with logistics but most important is that you would be willing, and have an interest to work with this field along side with your other responsibilities. If you also have knowledge in sourcing hardware and experience in customs and shipping agreements, it is a big plus. As a person you are solution-oriented, structured and have a curious mindset. You are passionate about delivering the best customer experience and an interest in technology and the latest gadgets wouldn't hurt.

What the role entails

You will belong to a small and highly skilled team and together you will have a lot of code to crack. You will be part of implementing and maintaining our integrations/power-ups with devices and vehicles that are connected to Tibber and to our partners. The areas you would get to work with are centered around our Smart charging and Smart heating technology. At Tibber, we are at the forefront of technology. This means that what we do is both fun and challenging as we more often than not are required to reverse engineer existing tech to get to our goal. At Tibber, we put great pride in both our tech platform and simple to use apps. But building a solution that works for every use case is hard, which is also why we put a lot of focus on providing tools for the true power users out there to build whatever they desire. This ranges from integration to smart home gateways such as Homey, to DIY solutions such as Home-Assistant and publishing our own APIs. Everyone at Tibber also works closely with our users to understand their challenges so we know what to build next. While our integrations are built primarily in .NET Core, knowledge, and experience in NodeJS is also valuable. Aside from development, you might also get to dabble with extensive secure network communication.
