we’re on the lookout for a Senior Content Developer who will take the lead in building and maintaining our most complex benefits and custom content pages — all while playing a key role in driving continuous improvement across the organization. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to and support the product roadmap to facilitate further improvements. While you will be part of the Content Development function, your daily work will take place in an Agile squad alongside various other functions to ensure successful implementation, delivering a coherent, compliant, and fully tested solution.
As a Senior Content Developer, you will:
Design, build, and maintain our most advanced benefits and custom pages for both new and existing clients and suppliers.
Monitor and manage the Content Backlog, ensuring smooth prioritization and delivery.
Identify and lead internal improvement initiatives that enhance our platform, scalability, and ways of working.
Onboard and mentor new colleagues within the function, ensuring knowledge is passed on effectively.
Actively share best practices and technical insights across functions in a structured and impactful way.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the user experience and scalability of our platform.
Requirements:
Experience working with configuration/UI layers or similar technical content roles.
Bachelor’s degree in systems science, media technology, or a related field.
A strong sense of ownership and drive for improvement.
Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is required for this role.

Desired qualifications:
Experience writing HTML and JavaScript.
Experience working at a SaaS company.
Previous experience in benefit platforms or complex system configuration.

The role as System Owner As a System Owner at Benify, you will be part of our Enterprise Tech team, sharing overall responsibility for our internal systems alongside a colleague. Asan Integration Platform Specialist, you will work with a variety of interesting and leading-edge integration components, tools, and setups within our Integration Platforms team. About the role

The role as Sustainability Manager
As our Sustainability Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our sustainability initiatives. This means leading the charge on CSRD reporting, collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to identify and prioritize sustainability goals and initiatives, and ensuring our processes align with our ISO 14001 certified Environmental Management System (EMS). You'll be responsible for creating and managing sustainability initiatives, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, and fostering a culture of sustainability throughout the company. You'll be the go-to person for both strategic sustainability initiatives and operational execution, ensuring progress towards our targets. You'll also be responsible for steering and refining the sustainability strategy while serving as a strategic advisor and a supporting resource across the organization.

Conduct regular assessments and audits, pinpointing areas for improvement and recommending practical solutions.

Du kommer exempelvis:
Besvara inkommande ärenden från kunder och leverantörer via primärt telefon, men även chatt och mailkommunikation förekommer.
Leverera exceptionell service kopplat till vår förmånsportal Benify och besvara relativt komplexa frågor om friskvård, tjänstebilar och löneväxling, samt mer kundspecifika frågor från administratörer hos våra kunder.

About the role
The Solution Consultant plays a critical role in the success of any project. They act as a bridge between the client and the internal technical team. They are responsible for engaging with clients and providers alike to gather all relevant requirements needed to design a Benify best practice solution. As a Buyer Enablement Advisor, you will act as a strategic business partner to the sales organization, focusing on empowering prospects throughout the buyer journey. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Nordic Enterprise Sales, the Head of SME Sales, and other functions within the organization to support account strategies, solution positioning, and value propositions.Our goal for this role is to provide you with the right tools from day one so that you can succeed to the best of your ability.

We are looking for a Benefit Developer/Affärsutvecklare to join our Core Benefits team.If you're passionate about product development, adept at finding creative solutions, and excel in communication, this role is tailor-made for you!This is a temporary employment until August 2025, with good chances of being extended.
You will contribute to defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Benify's overarching vision and goals. You will maximize the value of benefit products by driving important business outcomes. You will find innovative ways to increase transactions, enhance client stickiness, and elevate engagement with benefits.
Your team's main mission will be to oversee and develop services and benefits in areas such as wellness and mobility. You will gain knowledge and learn about all our various benefit areas where you will be responsible for specific projects. This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of existing benefit categories while also finding new ways to grow our business, all while communicating and collaborating with many parts of the organization.
As a Benefit Developer you will:
Expand and increase growth within existing benefit areas.
Expand our benefit offering.
Optimize usage within the benefit area and identify revenue opportunities.
Drive and project-lead process improvements to enhance supplier business outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to increase transaction volume, improve stickiness, and elevate engagement with benefits.
Efficiently lead and execute benefit development initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities and addressing challenges in the field with innovative solutions.

Qualifications
Experience in and strong skills in project management and negotiation, with a strong business mindset.
Several years of professional experience in similar roles where you have worked within business development, partnership management, communication, or marketing.
You have a technical interest and enjoy IT solutions. It's advantageous if you have previous experience in specifying requirements for IT departments.
Previous experience in working systematically on projects and good at supporting this, as well as prioritizing.
University degree, likely in economics/business or marketing.
Professional language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

It's an extra if you also have...
Previous experience in specifying requirements for IT and understanding of HTML or other coding.
The role also involves interpreting tax regulations, which is advantageous if you have experience in compliance.

Om rollen:
I rollen som Manager Customer Service Operations kommer du leda och coacha Benifys Customer Service Operations team bestående av 12-14 personer. Du kommer ha fullt personalansvar för dessa medarbetare och ansvara för personalplanering, utveckling av team och individer, rekrytering, prestation och samarbeta med andra team på Benify.

Teamet har hög närvaro på vårt kontor vid Hötorget i Stockholm och därför söker vi en person som vill och kan spendera sin arbetstid på kontoret heltid.

Rollen innebär även:

- Målsättning och måluppföljning av korta och långsiktiga mål.

Om rollen som Governance Risk and Compliance Officer (GRC Officer)

Som GRC Officer arbetar du med oberoende kontroller inom Benify. Ditt huvudfokus är riskkontroll och regelefterlevnad kopplat till gruppens finansiella företag. Verksamheten innefattar enklare betaltjänster (penningöverföring i samband med fakturahantering), försäkringsdistribution och oberoende investeringsrådgivning (algoritmbaserade fondval inom pensionssparande).

GRC Officer-funktionen bedriver sitt arbete oberoende från affärsverksamheten men är organisatoriskt placerad inom legalteamet på Benify bestående av fyra personer. Utöver företagsledningarna i Benifybolagen så kommer du interagera nära med Head of Regulatory och Group Controller.

Du kommer exempelvis att:

- Samordna de årliga revideringarna av interna styrdokument.

- Utföra riskanalyser och föreslå årliga kontrollplaner.

- Genomföra oberoende kontroller av verksamheten.

- Organisera workshops och utbildningar för t.ex. operativa risker och AML/CTF risker.

- Rapportera till styrelser och ledning.

Som Account Executive - Partner Recruiter för Benify Edge arbetar du med partnerrekrytering och ansvarar för hela rekryteringsprocessen för våra nya partners i vår plattform, där din prestation står i direkt relation till Benifys fortsatta framgång. Därtill arbetar du i en roll med fokus på att se värdet och hur vi kan utvecklas med våra befintliga leverantörer. Som en del av vårt försäljningsteam rapporterar du till vår Head of SME sales och arbetar nära med våra Partner Managers och core benefits teamet. As Technical Delivery Lead, you will also:

- Undertake both strategic and tactical work, making decisions on which technologies to implement and how to roll them out.

- Configure, customize, and develop integrations using the Benify platform, APIs, web services, integration tools (such as Node-Red), and other relevant technologies.

- Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth integration deployment.

- Scope and implement data transfers.

- Test and troubleshoot solutions, whether you've built them or they've been created by others.

- Handle documentation and knowledge sharing.

Personal attributes

We are seeking a senior candidate who can work independently, make informed decisions, and contribute to shaping and driving the integration strategy of Professional Services International. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you'll need to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We also see that you have:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Excellent understanding of and long experience with Object-Oriented Programming, preferably Java.

- Proficiency in integration technologies, APIs, web services, and messaging protocols (REST).

- Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

The role
As Office Coordinator, you will have the responsibility for our office experience in Stockholm. You will contribute to a positive atmosphere in the office, ensure efficient operations and take great responsibility for the office being an inspiring place that our colleagues wants to go to every day and feel proud of .
Your everyday life will include:
Welcome employees and external visitors to our HQ in Stockholm
Provide internal service for colleagues from all our offices, both in Sweden and internationally, for example helping with bookings, order lunches etc.
Receive and send mail and packages
Admin tasks such as sending invitations to new Benifyers to participate in our introduction days at HQ in Stockholm
Ensure everything is neat and tidy, restocked and purchased to the office
First- point of contact for our suppliers, including reporting errors
Coordinate smaller events independently for fellow Benifyers and support in bigger events such as Christmas-party and client events
Be one of the responsible persons for office safety
Initiate and support in Office-related projects

Experience working in aservice-related role, preferably as receptionist or in a store or restaurant.
Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
High school diploma
Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially in Outlook, Excel and Word.
