Meet the Counterparty Credit Risk Models team. Our role is to develop and maintain models for counterparty credit risk, ensuring compliance with EU CRR regulation and internal governance. Main responsibilities in this role:
Define vision: Establish the strategic vision and roadmap for business intelligence and visual analytics for credit risk reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement: Effective engagement to capture and manage stakeholder interest from different levels of the organization
Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the backlog to deliver according to the roadmaps.
Be part of an agile structure, with focus on defining, evaluating and prioritizing features working closely with development teams and relevant stakeholders
Meet with requirement owners to capture and translate complex business for Power BI developers.
Support modernisation of our existing reporting solution.
Participate in UAT ensuring delivered functionality meet business requirements.
Demo, train and support end-users when required

As the Senior Performance & Insights Analyst, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to turn performance data into decision?relevant insight: what is happening, why it matters, what is changing and what to do next. Your key responsibilities include:
Own the end?to?end technology performance reporting cadence: ensuring high quality, clear definitions and on?time delivery to senior governance forums
Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities and turn findings into concise recommendations for leaders
Proactively spot emerging anomalies and risks before they surface in governance, engaging relevant owners early to validate drivers and agree actions
Monitor and interpret KPIs, conducting deep dives and root?cause analysis to explain deviations and provide a clear “so what / what now” storyline
Partner with Group Technology units to define KPIs, targets and thresholds - aligning on data sources, ownership and what “good” looks like
Drive continuous improvement of reporting and dashboards (e.g. simplifying packs, standardising definitions, improving usability, increasing automation) together with BI partners
Prepare high?quality executive materials (pre?reads, one?pagers, talking points) and support senior stakeholders with clear answers and follow?ups
Contribute to benchmarking and performance perspectives that strengthen transparency across Group Technology

Who you are
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

Your experience and background:
+3 years of experience in performance management, analytics, reporting or similar roles
Proven experience working with KPIs and performance metrics
Analytical and reporting skills, with experience compiling management reports in Excel by combining data from multiple systems; confident in using functions like VLOOKUP and data manipulation, interpreting trends and deviations, and applying critical thinking to explain discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations
Experience translating data into insights and recommendations that support decision-making and drive follow-through to results
Fluent English skills and ability to give professional presentations
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science or a related field

It would be beneficial if you also have:
Experience from the financial sector or other large, regulated environments
Skilled at aligning diverse viewpoints and turning shared goals into concrete actions
Understanding of technology, IT delivery or data environments is an advantage

About our team
As a Product Manager within Nordea’s Risk Modelling team, you will own the product roadmap and lead backlog prioritisation for one of our core risk?modelling platforms. Vad du kommer att göra

Main responsibilities in this role:
Own the development and validation of transaction monitoring?models, with a focus on?model?documentation, model review and model governance
Drive?model?governance activities within TMU, including validation assessments and implementation of 2nd line feedback
Set and execute the direction for model development and experimental design by finding the right balance between analytical rigor and practical constraints
Document?model?design and outcomes, iterating with the analytics team to ensure accuracy, completeness and analysis of?model?assumptions, limitations and weaknesses

Main responsibilities in this role:
Architectural Leadership:
Define and maintain the high-level architecture vision for our core platforms across all our hosting solutions: Cloud, AI, Data Centre implementing industry leading hypervisors, APIs, portals, container platforms and public cloud enablers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Align all designs with Nordea’s target architecture, strategy and governance processes.
Compliance & Governance

Manage identity lifecycle and service account provisioning within Nordea’s strategic technology platforms.
Documentation & Standards
Produce and maintain High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
Document compliance status and justify exceptions per Nordea architecture governance.

Who you are
Your background and skills include:
Experience in enterprise architecture and cloud migration programs (Azure, AWS, GCP preferred).
Knowledge of Nordea IT Security Guidelines, Resilience Framework, and regulatory compliance.
Expertise in identity management, network security, and integration patterns.
Familiarity with FURPS+ non-functional requirements and architecture governance processes.
Experience in stakeholder management and ability to work across multiple teams.

It would be ideal if you also have:
TOGAF or similar architecture certification.
Experience with financial services compliance and cloud carve-out projects.

Your future responsibilities

Assess, understand and describe the local political and regulatory environment in relation to financial crime prevention and correspondent banking.
Plan, organize and conduct compliance calls to verify information and collect intelligence on customers.
Briefly present your KYC files in Nordea’s Evaluation Board meetings and answer questions in relation to your findings together with the customer’s Relationship Manager.
Provide expertise knowledge to the Relationship Managers on financial crime risks and mitigating factors related to bank and/or PSP customers.

Being a Graduate in Customer & Corporate Advisory
We aim to be the best-performing financial services group in the Nordics accelerated by technology, data and AI.
The Customer & Corporate Advisory area focuses on delivering tailored financing and advisory solutions to support customers’ business growth and everyday financial needs. By understanding customer needs and market conditions, advisors help client manage risks, invest and grow sustainably.
This area requires strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset. You also need a basic understanding of financial products, credit principles and advisory work, combined with clear communication skills and a willingness to learn.

To be a qualified candidate for the Graduate programme, you have:
A Master’s degree ready by 1 September 2026
A maximum of 2 years of work experience after Master’s degree
Excellent English skills
