WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re looking for a seasoned professional to lead the design and evolution of our global network infrastructure across data centers, warehouses, and retail environments. You’ll drive initiatives for wired and wireless networks, with deep expertise in enterprise networking and hands-on experience with Cisco or Aruba platforms. Cloud networking (Azure) is a plus.

You will collaborate with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), technology vendors, and internal cross-functional teams to integrate next-generation payment systems into H&M’s retail ecosystem. WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will constantly follow, react and identify new sales opportunities based on selling, customer insights and surrounding analysis. With strong analytical skills, a commercial mindset, and salesmanship, you ensure the right assortment impact across regions to maximise growth and profitability. Analysing the selling data of our products and optimise the assortment planning and quantification on your category.
Acting in line with H&M values, you will drive the income and quantification strategy for your category through cross-functional collaboration, working closely with a business controller and having a close collaboration with other teams including pattern makers, designers, and product developers. You will drive and ensure that our global assortment is locally relevant and optimised for each region.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to optimise the best regional customer offer by using quantification and sales analysis, leveraging customer and competitors’ insights.
Understanding our customers and their demands for long- and short-term actions. Identify risks and opportunities from a planning perspective based on the set assortment strategy per region. Support the Business Controller in driving regional strategy through quantification, planning, and structured follow-up.
With a curious and driven selling mindset, conduct sales analysis of our products to identify patterns and translate them into actionable conclusions with the aim to make an impact and maximise the totality.
Manage and optimise stock flow between regions and channels, taking responsibility for effective moves and transitions.
-Demonstrate salesmanship & urgency for outcome. Bring a solution-oriented, positive, and agile mindset to change and complexity, driving clear action focus and follow-through.
Create best collaboration with the team and relevant stakeholders.

You will join a team of specialists with great passion for data governance and data management. Together as a team, we will work on building capabilities for federated data governance.

We provide legal support to the H&M Group in a wide range of legal areas such as Consumer Rights, Marketing Law, Competition & Antitrust, Data Privacy, AI & Digital and Environmental, Social & Governance related regulations.

As Legal Counsel within the Legal Compliance Team, you are?a team player full of drive and optimism. You must be comfortable in communicating with different stakeholders and be able to explain complex matters in an easily digestible manner. You have a can-do attitude and a service-minded approach with the great ability to structure and prioritize your work.

We also seek the following qualifications:
You have a university law degree.
A minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant work experience in EU consumer law from company, authority or law firm.
Experience in consumer rights, e-commerce selling models, drafting and reviewing terms & conditions, as well as answering questions and inquiries received from enforcement authorities, organizations and customers.
Experience in competition law, ESG (environmental, social and governance), product compliance and data privacy are also meriting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (professional English required).


Additional information
This is a temporary assignment, starting as soon as possible and running until the end of October 2026. The position is based at the head-office in Marievik/Liljeholmen in Stockholm.

Jr Product Developer

As a Jr Product Developer you will have an important role in the exciting and complex process of creating products for our collections to be sold in all our sales countries – all over the world. Together with a tight team, you work with identifying and developing collections according to current and upcoming global trends.

?Your main responsibility is to support the Product Developer, to develop our products for our customers. You will be an important link between Designers, Pattern Makers and Planners throughout the entire process and ensure everything runs smooth! Here you will get the chance to be part of our daily operational tasks, such as sample handling, as well as be involved in setting long-term goals for the team.
