Job Description


The Competence Lead / Data analyst role has a dual focus – staff responsibility and delivery.?As a Competence Lead you will have staff responsibility for employees within the same/adjacent competence as your own, working in different product teams.?Your staff responsibility goes across different Product Teams and tasks include competence specific conversations, salary review and other staff related activities. You will support, coach and help your team members grow and develop.
As a competence lead you will work with product managers, product owners, and other competence leads to secure the right competences and skillsets across the Data Analyst community. You will collaborate with stakeholders in other product teams/areas and enabling functions and build a broad network within Business Tech. What you will do

To do this, you will lead a cross-functional, multi-competence product team in close collaboration with key stakeholders, always keeping end users and customers at the heart of our focus. You will define the strategic vision for your team and create the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the market / industry, insights & data on your end users, and input from stakeholders across the company. Working closely with the Product Area Manager and other Product Owners to ensure overall alignment, you will set objectives & key results that your product will drive toward. You will also identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products, working to create a collaborative network and manage dependencies. Furthermore, you will:
Set ambitious and clear product mission and OKRs and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog that drive agreed KPIs

Job Description


In the role as Sustainability manager you will be responsible for defining and implementing our sustainability strategy aligned with the H&M Beauty goals in connection with the H&M Group’s overall sustainability goals and strategy. You will work hands on to implement the strategy together with the H&M Beauty team and other stakeholders such as the global production offices, H&M Brand and the Global Sustainability department. Within the role you will work with areas such as packaging, formulas, logistic/transport, transparency, communication, I&D, social responsibility and external partnerships to mention a few.
We see stakeholder management as an essential part of this role and your communication skills together with a get it done attitude are key to succeed. Qualifications


University degree from relevant field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience within the sustainability field together in the Beauty industry
A self-starter and self-leader that get things done and creates results in line with business goals.

In the role as Sustainability and quality manager you will be responsible for defining and implementing our sustainability strategy aligned with the H&M Beauty goals in connection with the H&M Group’s overall sustainability goals and strategy. Job Description


As UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for the user experience and interface design of Weekday’s online shop (weekday.com). Use insights and research to design e-commerce site that considers user experience, visuals and brand identity.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible designer of the UX/UI development for Weekday.com, always in line with brand aesthetics and current customer expectations/behavior.
Collaborative partner with both internal and external partners for UX requirements
Identify and drive development of the site beyond our access.
Conduct user research and tests to identify user centric improvements.
Making sure old and new design are meeting WCAG requirements.
Constantly monitor online sales, online/web development within the company and worldwide and suggest actions.





Qualifications

You are creative with a visual eye with high customer focus to ensure the best customer experience. We also believe you are strategic, organized, and structured, with strong communication and cooperation skills.
To be able to enjoy and succeed in this role you need to:
Have minimum 3 years of working experience as UX/UI designer, with a well-documented experience of tasks involving UX/UI in regards to complex applications (advanced customer journeys, web shops, etc.)
Have a strong portfolio with work proving your digital design skills with emphasis on accessible digital products from a user centric perspective.
Work frictionless within the most common design programs (Sketch, Figma, Miro, Abstract, Marvel).
Be fluent in English.
Have understanding of HTML and CSS or other languages relevant for digital design

In the role as Sustainability and quality manager you will be responsible for defining and implementing our sustainability strategy aligned with the H&M Beauty goals in connection with the H&M Group’s overall sustainability goals and strategy. You will work hands on to implement the strategy together with the H&M Beauty team and other stakeholders such as the global production offices, H&M Brand and the Global Sustainability department. Job Description
The H&M Group consists of 8 unique brands with more than 1 billion customers and 100 million members in 50 different online markets. The Group customer data team is on a mission to ensure that customer data is correct, transparent and shared across the H&M group. We also create data assets that provide a unified and holistic view of our customers.
As a Data Specialist in the Group customer data team you will take ownership of the quality, architecture and related processes of our data. You will build a strong understanding of how our business processes create the data, how it is cultivated and used and how it all fits together. You will support product teams and other stakeholders with knowledge of the contents, timeliness and quality of our data. Furthermore, you will help product teams with finding data, providing ad hoc extracts of it and collaborate with Data Engineers to onboard the data correctly. You will keep up with changes in underlying systems and the impact and effect it has on our data. ?
We are looking for you who
Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers in product teams to find and understand the data they need?
Maintain a deep knowledge of the H&M Group customer data domain
Advice the users of our data on how to use it, the quality of it and its contents?
Ensure that customer data is structured in a flexible way meeting existing and future business needs
Establish and maintain the customer data assets that captures, validates and distributes data throughout the value flow
Perform data modeling, or support data modeling activities, to create logical data models?
Structure and document our data as well as onboard new data in collaboration with data engineers?
Keep yourself up to speed on changes in the landscape/products that affect the data in the domain?
Support with root cause analysis of incidents related to data?
Ensure quality of customer data managed throughout the value flow and information life cycle through proper governance and KPI´s

Qualifications
You have a strong ability to translate between business processes and the data they produce
Strong understanding in working with large and complex data sets
Hands-on experience of a data query language (such as or Python) is a requirement
Previous experience working with data layers and ETL/ELT is a strong advantage
You are communicative and can explain data and its implications to various stakeholders
Ability to balance requirements and questions from multiple stakeholders
You can establish clear priorities, goals and responsibilities to achieve a high level of performance
Ability to evaluate different options proactively and ability to solve problems in an innovative way. Develop new solutions or combine existing methods to create new approaches

About the role
The role has a dual focus including both staff responsibility for employees within a competence area, as well as contributing as a software engineer within your product team. Through your own deliveries you keep a connection with the ongoing business to remain a relevant speaking partner to the employees. The Software Engineer role is broad and will give you an opportunity to learn and use your functional knowledge, configuration, testing, development, and technical competences.


You will be a part of the Online Order In Store team that work with H&Ms; Click & Collect product. This is a highly prioritized omni product that are continuously developed and rolled out at a rapid pace around the globe. The team consists of 8 members with cross competence that works collaboratively to make sure the product is meeting our customer’s needs. You will take a leading role in the technical development and make sure that our solution is scalable and determine how it will evolve.




Responsibilities


Work with professional software engineering principles and best practices for the full software development life cycle
Translate product strategy and objectives into suitable, maintainable, and scalable solutions
Work with performance management and salary review for employees
Support employee development through continuous dialogue

Responsibilities
As a Cross Delivery Coordinator, you secure the operations of SAP solutions in the Product Area and that the Managed services for Application Maintenance deliver according to agreed expectations, you act as a SPOC for the Product Area and all the Product teams working within SAP. You also play a key role in supporting the product teams in estimating their SAP license needs and coordinating these needs with the central SAP platform team. You will be responsible for the managed service contract for Test and ensure optimum utilization of the service while aligning with the overall Product Area Test strategy and ensuring that this meets the needs of the product teams. You will also play a key role in helping drive the Product area strategy within SAP Test and Operations. Some of your daily work includes:
Be responsible for follow up of and actions in relation to the vendor for SLA by setting goals and directions for the maintenance work and driving alignment between involved parties, follow up and regularly report to stakeholders about progress and status
Work collaboratively with business to align application delivery with business needs
Work closely together with vendor and product teams to find way of working for processes, methods, and tool usage
Be responsible for the feedback collection and interaction between products and vendors
Work collaboratively and cross functionally with Run Service team in Tech Enablement domain and other areas and teams in the organization as part of the strategic offshore transition work
Be accountable for updates and leading the negotiations with vendor.







Who are you?


We believe you have 8 + years of experience working with operations, vendor/managed service management and ITIL processes. You have extensive knowledge of complex environments, SAP implementation and service now. You have the ability to navigate and build relationships across the organization with our vendors and secure the service delivery according to the agreement. You are driven and service minded. We believe you have management and team leading skills and have previous experience in managing distributed teams. You are a team player but have no problem working independently. Furthermore, you have:
Experience from managing service and outsourcing models
Experience in working with Service now
Knowledge of working with accounting and controlling processes, such as monthly cuts, year end close, is qualifying
Experience in QMetry and Jira is an advantage.
