The role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead an experienced team while staying close to the technology yourself. You’ll set priorities, support and develop the team, and spend part of your time running system and functional tests across the ARX solution.
You’ll also influence how testing evolves, working closely with developers and other stakeholders to improve QA practices, automation and ways of working.
What you’ll work on
Lead and mentor a team of testers, planning and distributing testing activities
Plan, prioritize and execute system and functional testing for new features and system behavior.
Run manual and automated tests across software and hardware-based test environments, system that consists of a Client/Server, Distributed Control Units, Readers, and Motor-locks.
Improve test automation, processes and methodologies using Python, Selenium and Robot Framework.
Troubleshoot issues and defects, working closely with developers and other stakeholders.
Perform functional, performance, stress and reliability testing across the complete system.



What will help you succeed
Proven experience leading a test team, combined with solid experience in system and software testing
Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing, ideally with Python, Selenium and Robot Framework
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with your team, developers and other stakeholders
A structured, analytical and proactive approach, with the curiosity to learn a complex product and the initiative to improve how things are done
Fluent English and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders


Nice to have: Experience with hardware-based test environments, Java, Embedded C, access control or security products, experience using AI tools to support test development and automation, and Swedish language skills.

We are now looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Internal Auditor to join ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems. This is a highly visible, global, and business?critical role where you will independently lead audit engagements, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to stronger governance across the division.


The role reports to the Internal Audit Director, Entrance Systems Division, with international travel of 20–30%, mainly within Europe and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute end?to?end financial and operational audits according to the annual audit plan and predefined work programs.
Assess the effectiveness of controls across core processes such as O2C, P2P, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Inventory, HR, and others.
Perform balance sheet reviews between local books and HFM, ensuring reconciliations are properly supported in alignment with the Group Accounting and Reporting Manual (ARM).

What you would do as our Trademark Paralegal
This paralegal role sits within the global Branding function at ASSA ABLOY and focuses on supporting the management and protection of the company’s trademarks and designs worldwide. The position plays a key administrative and coordination role in ensuring that the Group’s IP portfolio is well organized, properly maintained, and supported from both a legal and operational perspective. The role involves close collaboration with internal IP lawyers as well as external partners across different countries. You would also:

What you will do as our Senior Firmware Engineer
As part of our cross-functional R&D team, you will contribute to the evolution of connected devices that serve as the backbone of secure hotel access systems. What you would do as our Solution Architect

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect in industrial products, IoT cloud environments, data and analytics architectures, or a similar field.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure solutions in cloud environments, with hands-on experience in IoT-based wireless technologies such as ZigBee, BLE, and similar protocols.
A strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Good understanding of IT security including cryptography and preferably also PKI infrastructure
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and budget.
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Ideally, you also have relevant certifications in AWS or Azure or have experience in M&A and in the hospitality industry.

Färdigheterna och erfarenheten du behöver

What you would do as our Product Manager – Wireless Locks, EMEIA
We are now looking for a Product Manager – Wireless Locks to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of selected products within the Aperio®, Code Handle Door, and Cumulus portfolios, playing a central role in shaping the future of our Wireless Locks (WL) offering across EMEIA.
You will report directly to the Head of Product Management, Wireless Locks, and collaborate closely with colleagues across ASSA ABLOY’s market regions, including Business Development, Marketing, and R&D. As the Wireless Locks product unit enters an exciting phase of transformation, you will be instrumental in both specifying and leading the development of innovative new products while also driving the performance and success of our existing solutions.

• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in another major European language is a plus.

What would you do as our Investor Relations Analyst
You will be part of the Investor Relations team and work closely with the CFO, with the Investor Relations Officer serving as your main mentor. Key internal stakeholders will include executive management, business development, and various internal teams and departments. In this role, you will support both the Investor Relations team and the CFO by analysing financial and operational developments (similar to Business Control tasks), conducting peer company analysis (Business Intelligence), and assisting in the preparation of internal and external reports and events. While there may be some limited interaction with external stakeholders, this position is primarily focused on internal support. The role is based at our headquarters in Stockholm, and you will report to the Head of Investor Relations

You would also:
Analyse financial, operational, and macroeconomic data to support internal decision-making and external communication, including peer and sell-side analysis.
Support the CFO and Investor Relations team with internal financial reports, ad-hoc analyses, and insights into business performance and drivers.
Contribute to the preparation of reports and materials, including annual and interim reports, board presentations, ad-hoc releases, and content for internal and external use.
Assist in planning and executing investor events, such as roadshows, capital markets days (CMD), and site visits, and respond to investor surveys.
Maintain and develop Investor Relations tools, including the IR website, shareholder reporting, and internal financial systems like HFM.


The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong accounting and financial modelling skills, with a genuine interest in working with numbers.
Has solid understanding of capital markets and their stakeholders.
Is a final-year student or recent graduate in Economics or Business Administration, with up to a few years of relevant experience.
Has excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise internal and external reports.
Is proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in learning financial systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
