Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden inkluderar:
Välkomna och assistera turister vid ankomst till Tours & Tickets på Stockholm Centralstation.
Tillhandahålla detaljerad information om olika turistattraktioner, evenemang och sevärdheter i Stockholm.
Sälja biljetter till olika utflykter, sightseeingturer, transportmedel och evenemang.
Ge personlig rekommendation och skräddarsydda förslag baserat på besökarens intressen och preferenser.
Hantera kundförfrågningar via telefon, e-post och personligt bemötande.
Säkerställa att turistinformationen är uppdaterad och korrekt.

Kvalifikationer:
Starkt kundfokus och utmärkta kommunikationsförmågor.
Entusiasm för att dela kunskap om Stockholm och dess attraktioner.
Erfarenhet av kundservice och försäljning är meriterande.
Förmåga att arbeta självständigt samt i team.
Goda språkkunskaper, särskilt engelska. Ytterligare språkkunskaper är en fördel.

Our vision is to provide the best sightseeing service in Stockholm with high focus on providing great service, efficiency, and safety for our passengers.
To reach our vision and targets we need a team leader that is adaptable to our business needs, motivates our staff to achieve our sales targets, follows our vision and encourage our team to give that extra to go above our customers expectations.

Key accountabilities
· Schedule staff for our sales spots
· Secure that your staff have full knowledge about our products, work equipment, routines, and internal communication.
· Make sure our PDA devices are fully functional and report faults to IT.
· Support your sales team on port calls - make sure sellers are ready to help and assist cruise passengers with tickets and information when they disembark the cruise ships.
· Manage the end of day reports and monthly cash reports.
· Daily update your team about the operation and follow up with weekly meetings and employee evaluations.
· Work as outdoor seller whenever it is necessary to cover sales spots
Requirements
· Excellent people management skill with ability to monitor performance and productivity
· Excellent customer service skills
· Great communication skills in Swedish and English
· Experience in monitoring sales and work towards sales targets

As a cruise ship host, you will be responsible for giving information and providing tickets to cruise ship passengers at the ports in Stockholm. We put a high focus on providing a service and experience beyond customer expectations. You will be positioned at the cruise docks on the days we have incoming cruises.
As a person, you are outgoing, flexible, solution-oriented and enjoy working at a fast pace. You have a good eye for service and are not afraid to step up when needed. You have no problem working independently and enjoy working in a team just as much. Your work hours will be mornings to be at the port when the cruise ship arrives. This is a perfect job to combine with other work or school. The cruise season starts in April, and will pick up more during the peak summer months.

Skärgårdsrederiet bedriver sightseeingstrafik i Stockholms hamn på uppdrag av Red Sightseeing som är en del av Tourism Group Stockholm. Sightseeingtrafiken körs året runt med fokus på sommarhalvåret och med reducerad trafik under vinterhalvåret.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
En vanlig arbetsdag tar du väl hand om våra passagerare och hjälper dem i smått och stort. Innan avgång förbereder försäljningsutrustningen och ser till så att det är välstädat och i ordning ombord. När kunderna kommer ombord kontrollerar du biljetter, hälsar välkommen och i början och slutet på dagen är det du som sköter förtöjningarna.
Några av dina ansvarsområden:
• Vara aktiv och tillgänglig vid av- och påstigning.
• Vara extra behjälplig vid dålig sikt.
• Ta hand om och biljettförsäljning ombord.
• Se till att det är städat och ordningsamt ombord.
• Se till att förbrukningsvaror är påfyllda.


Kvalifikationer:
• Giltigt läkarintyg för sjöfolk STCW Manilla.
• Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.


Meriterande är om du har:
• Intresse och kompetens inom teknik, säkerhet och nautik
• Tidigare erfarenheter av charter- och skärgårdstrafik och/eller erfarenhet av linjetrafik
• Kunskap av Stockholms turistattraktioner
• Giltig Basic Safety STCW Manilla.
