Role overview:


As an OSS, NOC, SOC Test Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and security of mission?critical telecom services through rigorous end?to?end testing and validation.
You will work closely with OSS, Network Operations Centre (NOC), and Security Operations Centre (SOC) teams to validate network infrastructure, systems, and security mechanisms supporting highly available telecom environments.


Key responsibilities – in this role, you will play a key part in:
Developing and executing comprehensive test plans for OSS, NOC, and SOC platforms, including service assurance and service fulfilment
Validating end?to?end integrations between OSS / NOC / SOC tools and telecom network elements such as switches, routers, and firewalls
Conducting functional, performance, and security testing of network management, monitoring, and incident handling systems
Supporting disaster recovery and business continuity testing, documenting results, and recommending improvements to reliability and security



Requirements
Must have:
Strong understanding of OSS, NOC, and SOC functions within telecom environments

Your new role

Job description

ITB-MED is looking to add a Clinical Budget Management Director / Associate Director to the team. In the role, you will have primary responsibility for the development, oversight, and management of all matters related to ITB-MED's clinical budgeting and forecasting. This includes strategic planning, process development, and active involvement in the tracking, editing and reporting of the clinical development budgets for all ITB clinical programs. You will work cross-functionally and with all external vendors to prepare accurate study budgets and forecasts per company time lines.

The position is based in Stockholm, and will include occasional travel e.g. to the NYC office.
You will report to the VP Head of Operations & Program Management.

Your responsibilities & duties

Lead the budget and forecasting process, which includes the development of protocol and non-protocol budgets in collaboration with all ITB functional departments and the mapping of budget proposal activities to the overall clinical development budget program.

* Provide oversight for a wide range of activities, including but not limited to forecasting, reporting and management of the clinical development budget process for all ITB clinical development activities.
* Collaborate with ITB executive management to establish and adhere to best practices for clinical budget management.
* Develop and lead a strategic budget process that is comprehensive and transparent to meet the current and future needs of ITB.
* Proactively work with department heads to improve financial outcomes and works with leadership to provide budgetary and analytic support to optimize the use of ITB financial resources.
* Serve as the principal contact for all ITB clinical budget issues.
* Evaluate and monitor the performance of ITB clinical development programs against their respective budgets/forecasts.
* Work with department heads to understand and explain any significant deviation between budget/ forecast and actual.

What you'll need to succeed

You likely are, or have been, working at a large to mid-sized CRO company.

To succeed in the role, you need:

* 10+ years' experience of accounting, budgeting, auditing, or financial analysis
* Strong understanding of drug development process
* Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills in the management of various projects and functions
* Ability to apply mathematical concepts to such tasks as budgeting, cash flow, forecasting, probability analysis, statistics and scenario planning to support corporate planning process
* Advanced MS Excel experience
* Experience working with international clinical studies/programs is required
* Ability to establish goals, structures, and processes necessary to implement a strategic vision.
* Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Job description

ITB-MED is strengthening the team with an Accounting Director to manage comprehensive accounting and tax functions across all group companies. In this key role, you'll be responsible for everything from preparing consolidated financial statements to ensuring tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You'll collaborate closely with other finance and operations teams, streamlining accounting functions and optimising operations to help us meet both our short-term and long-term objectives. Your expertise in IFRS, statutory reporting, and internal controls will be crucial for keeping us compliant and setting us up for growth. You will work with both internal colleagues and external experts and accountants.

The role reports to the group CFO in the Stockholm, Sweden office.



Your responsibilities

Reporting & Compliance:

* Prepare and coordinate standalone and consolidated financial statements, quarterly and annual reports for both the Company and group entities.
* Ensure compliance with statutory, IFRS, and tax reporting requirements across all jurisdictions.
* Manage timely submission of internal and external financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Tax Management:

* Collaborate with tax functions for effective tax planning and adherence to federal, state, local, payroll, and other applicable tax compliances.
* Monitor and maintain tax filing schedules and requirements for the Company and group entities.

Accounting Operations:

* Streamline accounting functions and optimise operations across the company and group entities.
* Oversee intercompany transactions processing as per established policies and agreements.
* Manage all accounting and tax operations including general ledger, receivables, payables, and financial reporting.
* Oversee fixed assets record maintenance; ensure accurate tracking of additions, disposals, and depreciation.
* Implement and enforce internal control guidelines; oversee month-end procedures and expense accruals.

Communication & Documentation:

* Foster effective communication regarding accounting issues at all required levels.
* Document, update, and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
* Assist external auditors during their quarterly and annual reviews; ensure readiness and provide necessary information for external audits.
* Stay up to date with IFRS, statutory reporting requirements, and other relevant regulatory changes and best practices.



What you need to succeed

To succeed in the role, you are likely to have a broad knowledge of technical accounting and reporting operations, preferably with a CPA certificate (or any other such as CA or CMA). You have a strong analytical ability and a hands-on mentality.

You need:

* Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
* Strong in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly MS Excel
* A bachelor's degree in accounting / finance from a properly accredited university or college
* Minimum 8 years relevant experience in an Accounting or Finance role
* Minimum of 2 years leading a finance or accounting team
* Excellent English skills (speaking and writing)

About the role/assignment:

The company is a leading PV inverter and energy storage solutions manufacturer starting up in the Nordics. By providing customer-centric after-sales support, the EMEA after-sales service team contributes to increasing customer loyalty and sustaining the sales growth of the company.

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for Level 2 service, supporting the local Level 1 technical support and hotline team to solve escalations. You are also in charge of training the L1 team and monitoring their performance. A typical day for a Service Engineer also includes direct interactions with the key distribution or EPC partners (e.g. in training activities), and interfacing to the service and R&D teams at headquarters. This position rewards with a deep technical involvement and a high exposure to several internal and external stakeholders (customers, service partners, R&D, product managers, sales, etc.).

Main responsibilities:

* Supporting and managing the after-sales activities in the Nordics.
* Training and supervising the resources of Level 1 support team.
* Constantly monitoring and analyzing service KPIs including customer satisfaction.
* Providing direct technical support to key distributors and EPCs, including remote and on-site training, commissioning, and troubleshooting support.

Arbetsuppgifterna innebär att stötta i exempelvis rekryteringsprocessen från förintervjuer till headhunting och urvalsprocesser. Tätt samarbete krävs inom både team, projekt och rekryterande chefer för att skapa en så sömlös och bra upplevelse för kandidaterna som möjligt. Kunden och Group IT är på en spännande tillväxtresa och i och med omvärldsläget är trycket på rekrytering högt. Stöd finns hos skickliga och prestigelösa kollegor som stöttar och gärna agerar bollplank för att hitta lösningar. Du kommer vara en nyckelresurs för kundens rekryterande chefer i deras mål att hitta rätt kandidater och växa framåt tillsammans med verksamheten.

Arbetsuppgifter/Personliga egenskaper:
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att innefatta löpande redovisningen samt hantering av bokslutsarbete.

Your new role
In your role as a senior process engineer you will be based at the headquarters in Stockholm and work in large pharma project throughout the entire project phases, from front end design, engineering design and execution. Om rollen
I ditt arbete kommer du att leda genomförandet av detaljprojektering för processrör. Det innebär direktkontakt med kunder samt leverantörer såväl som att agera stöd till inköp i tekniska diskussioner och installationsupport i verkstad och/eller under slutmontage. Som Lead är du delaktig i projektering av rör och mekaniska system, val av material, komponenter etc. Du har även ett budgetansvar och är ansvarig för delplanering. Vidare koordinerar och samordnar du inom process-disciplinen, såväl som med övriga discipliner i projekten, vilket också inkluderar att leda juniora konstruktörer och konsulter. Placering för rollen är på KeyPlants kontor i Stockholm alternativt Göteborg med möjlighet att jobba hemifrån 1-2 dagar/vecka. I rollen beräknas du ha ca 10-50 resdagar per år och finner du det intressant finns möjlighet att vara med ute på site internationellt.
