We, the PostNord Retail team, is responsible for the PostNord Parcel Delivery solution that is used at our 3 600 Service Points and Business Centers in Sweden and Denmark. These solutions are central to our growth. As a full-time developer with us you will be part of an agile team that has cutting-edge expertise in the area of Parcel Delivery solutions. We handle on average over 300 000 parcels every day to and from satisfied customers from all over the Nordics.
In the role of QA you are the link between the business's needs, processes and technical development. You will be supporting the Product Owner with analyzing and gathering requirements and you should feel comfortable in discussing requirements with relevant stakeholders.
The role requires a few years of experience in similar work and the ability to understand drivers of the business and technical details, think innovatively, have analytical skills and understand the big picture.
In the role of QA you will be responsible for securing the process from customer needs to ready solution through tests and follow-up.
We have a great breadth and variety in our services and are often in collaboration with several different teams within our department Digital Solutions as well as several other parts of our Nordic group.
In the role, you will, among other things, work with:
- End-to-end testing of new functionality and new services.
- Ensure that bug fixes are prioritized, executed, tested and followed up.
- Further develop our QA processes.
We are looking for you who have
- Experience of qualified work within Quality Assurance.
- Documented competence in working with acceptance tests and developing quality assurance in the customer meeting.
- Extensive experience with digital services.
- Academic education in computer science or equivalent experience.
- English and/or Swedish in speech and writing.
It is advantageous if you have experience or knowledge of Customer data analysis, CRM, Marketing.
